WORST store ever... the heavy set manager helped me and when he realized he messed up he tried to switch it around on me... not only did he completely embarrass me in front of everyone he also gained me a 718 dollar bill for equipment i NEVER got to use... which was where he messed up! Him and his little side kick got very LOUD and unprofessional you can tell that is there normal lifestyle
I went to the store Austell road location) on Monday, May 3 right before they closed. AJ is the representative that help me. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for your assistance. I was frantic. My kid normally takes care of any internet issues. I don’t speak the language. A.J. Took the time to help me fully understand. I took my new equipment home and followed his instructions. Thank you for being so kind and so patient with me. This location will be my Xfinity store from now on.

I was having such a hard time trying to get service over the phone and then we came into the store to do it and it took Jason five minutes to set it up for us. He was awesome! Customer service was incredible. Also Meridian was dealing with a very difficult customer who was not being cooperative or listening to her and she kept a very professional demeanor. A+
There was a young lady helping me and my boyfriend to upgrade his phone, she was new but was VERY HELPFUL and had Great customer service, but the people who were supposed to be helping her were NOT they weren’t able to give her any answers no matter how many times she asked . Everybody was flustered, had attitudes, and simply did not want to help . We were prepared to spend the money over $600 to get the upgrade but the service made me want to keep all my money in my pocket and transfer to another service. I felt bad for the young lady having nobody to guide her and help the Customer. I’m making it a priority to never come back to this store and advise nobody else to either !
Had the absolute best customer service experience at this store today. I was greeted by Brittany with the sweetest smile as soon as I walked in the door. I told her I wanted to sign up for Xfinity Mobile and what phone I wanted. She had me in and out in less than an hour, and another young lady (unfortunately can not remember her name) was so kind to get my four year old nephew some crayons and a coloring book and put Spider Man on the TV for him. He was entertained the whole time I got my service switched over. I was so pleased! It is so hard to find good customer service these days, but this staff seriously nailed it.
They are very nice and professional. The vibe is amazing and they are very helpful. Jason and his supervisor helped me. They were very patient with me and for that i am grateful. Thanxs guys!

Everyone at this store was super nice and informative. The lady who helped me was new but very sweet! They got me in and out no issues. Was having an issue with my modem not getting updates and they informed me of and gave me a new one. So i upgraded to it too 💙 Thank you guys so much!

There were three reps assisting other customers when we arrived and we had a long wait. However, when it was our turn for assistance, the CSR was very knowledgeable, efficient and went above and beyond to make our in-store experience with Xfinity a great one. I dont remember ever being assisted so thoroghly for as long as Ive been with Xfinity whether in the store or by phone. Kudos to this rep and if we could promote her for her excellent customer service then we would!

Customer service is non-existent. Doors are locked at 11:30. Hand-written sign on door internet down. Sorry for the inconvenience. With a frown face drawn underneath. I needed to trade out a modem. Knocked on the door, they looked at me and went back to their conversation. Never even came towards the door!
No comment. I will never use comcast again. Just opinion.

Very poor service in location. The store Manager is rude, unprofessional, and appallingly bias in his interaction with customers! My customer service experience was terrible and insulting. Wife and I waited 2 and half hours for service to transfer over. And after waiting all that time the store manager in a rude and ugly way said, he was being fecetious towards me& wife! When we left we still did not have operating devices. The terrible customer service experience added insult to injury! The store manager is Black and apparently has a wanton disregard for Black mature/Senior African-Americans! If you want a a bad experience visit the Xfinity Austell store!

I’ve been trying to speak to a person for 3 hours..and can only reach automated lines & chat. Your customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. As soon as I have a better option I am leaving & I hope your company goes bankrupt

The service i got was not good i went to exchange a box for my wifi and although they had the box because it wouldnt scan he told me to come back later.

I have tried to activate my internet service, it has not been possible because in the app it indicates unauthorized access, therefore I have not been able to activate, I have tried by all means to get help but to date it is not possible, apparently not there is the option of speaking with a representative who can provide a solution, as a new customer I am not having a good experience with this service
