I am in East Cobb (Marietta). If it worked, it would nice, but it doesn’t. Since we signed up, we have had almost daily problems with internet and cable. Customer service is nonexistent. In fact, they hung up on me or transferred with out solving my problem almost every time I called. I have easily spent 6 hours on the over the past 30 days with no resolution. Product is so bad, that I am paying early termination fee to get out of contact. Despite all the problem, which they are aware of, they still want a fee to cancel the contact. Do yourself a favor, avoid Xfinity/Comcast like COVID 19.
Do not have issue with this store. But need place to vent. Service was supposed to be out for a little while yesterday am to switch to fiber (I guess). Here we are 2 days later and still no service. Cust service is not taking calls and nobody can provide insight when service is to return other than as soon as possible. Set up to recieve a text when service is restored. Expected longer outage yesterday as none of this is easy or quick to do. However, more realistic updates should be provided.
I just changed the location of this store. Its near Simply Mac and not where it shows currently. Also NO WAY to call the store to check on available inventory!!!! Bad.

Shoutout to this xfinity store for providing some of the best customer service and problem solving that I have ever seen at any type of store! When I came in I was immediately greeted and Jasmine came over to assist me with my problem. Not only was she so kind, but she and her team worked for a solid 15 minutes to try to solve an issue on my account. She fixed the problem perfectly! Seriously the kindest person, so so so happy I decided to come into this location, instead of trying to contact online support. If you are in the area, go see Jasmine because she is a sweetie, and she is a genius!
I have stopped in to this store on two occasions and was warmly greeted both times. Origen helped me in a kindly manner the first time and another time a nice young lady helped me and gave me tips on cell phone use.
Went to this store to upgrade our cable, landline, and internet and they were so nice, Origen, who works at this store was amazing, he got everything done and it was fast and easy! I was having wifi issues and they sent out a tech, Austin, who was awesome and fixed everything. Overall great experience with this store! Definitely recommend.
