Incredible, helpful, gracious staff. I came in close to closing hour one evening last week to get my wifes phone replaced due to screen being broken. We had issues accessing things needed to do the trade in due to the screen not being viewable, but, the two staff members were patient and stayed much after they technically closed the store to ensure we got the phone traded in and that I left with a working phone for my wife.Amazing people with incredible customer service!

Chris was very knowledgeable and helped me solve problems with my older phone, helped choose a new phone and taught me how to use it, very courteous and patient and took time to show me how to use my phone so when I leave the store I feel comfortable using my phone. Do NOT go here! I had an absolute horrible experience here. Not only was the guy rude to me but when I tried to get an unnecessary charge taken off the manager over the phone was rude to me as well. I dont like confrontation so it wasnt like I was giving off an attitude to be rude to. Dont waist your time here and go to an actual Version store. They charge you more for a set up fee that they do not charge at a regular store. I would have never known this, but when I went to an actual Version store they told me this. Getting a new phone should be a good experience. I was up here for hours and then after a very long uncomfortable visit they called me back up for another uncomfortable hour at the store.

I bought a phone here awhile back and honestly recommended so many people to come here. The service was amazing... but I was promised a 500 dollar trade in for a new phone. I would of never bought a new phone at 1500 dollars otherwise.Dude writes down like 50 different things on a a piece of paper in poor handwriting me showing me quotes but promising Im good.Couple months later still not seeing it, I call Verizon. They say it may be another month or two till it shows. Couple months later and I go in. This lady is nice and and we discover that he quoted me a 500 dollar trade in but it said 200 in trade in and 300 in rebate which was never disclosed to me... so the rebate is expired by now and I didnt even get the 200. I got 150...She tells me she will contact the district manager but give it a week or 2. Well its been about 2 months and no ones reached out. So either the issue died with her or the district manager doesnt care about his customers.Ill make sure everyone in the area I come across goes to a different branch.

** this is a Verizon reseller, not an actual locationNot happy with the service received at this location. I had Verizon for 11 years before traveling abroad. Upon returning, I went to this location to restart the service. It took almost 1 hour to do so, which was understandable because it was a new employee. But the employees were not knowledgeable on the plans what so ever. Then, they tried to sneak that I had to pay a $60 activation fee which included some water insurance AFTER I had said no 5 times to wanting any sort of insurance on my phone. Then I was made to pay $30 activation fee. Just received my bill & now it’s the bill PLUS a $40 activation fee, which there was no mention of in store. I called Verizon & they stated I definitely shouldn’t have been charged twice for an activation fee. That is shady business, and makes me incredibly upset.

Where do I start. I went from having to a personal account, to a business account, and I’ve always had the best experience with their associates. A fewmonths back one of their associates mistakenly ill-advised us on making a change that costed us not knowing about a technicality, but once I pointed it out they took care of it right away and gave me a credit for that time, that’s what counts to me. Most recently I’ve been working with Malon, he is knowledgeable and friendly, and takes the time to listen to what’s going on. This review is long overdue. Kudos to these guys, and honestly when you have more than a couple people they are just as affordable as AT&T (which I use to have), but the coverage is a worlds difference, I actually get service in my basement.

Jewels made updating my phone a pleasant experience. Her explanations were detailed and understandable. She answered every question with patience and kindness. Sometimes even a demo. I learned some very useful info about my new phone. Wish I could say how relaxed she made this non techie during this process. Great job.

Aside from the fact that this Verizon is around the corner from my house, what has been the deciding factor for me has been the customer service! Shacresha spent hours working on getting our phones set up, backed up, with cases, screen protectors installed, and finally switching our account to a Business account. She was incredibly patient, and has a great attitude overall. Highly recommended. It’s always a pleasure to deal with the team at TCC. Keep up the good work.

Malon at this Verizon store was the biggest help! We came in, got helped and couldn’t ask for better service. I always dread coming to Verizon because it takes forever and 9/10 I don’t get my questions answered. This was by far the best experience I’ve had! Highly recommend asking for him if you ever are at this location.

Shacresha made buying my new iPhone such a fun and pleasant experience. You guys are extremely lucky to be able e to her one your own. She was so wonderful she makes me want to come in and buy a new phone every week.

This is not an actual Verizon store. They will charge you their fee and then you will be hit with another fee from Verizon. The guy that works there was nice but it took twice as long as it should have and he did not explain all the charges that I was going to have to pay to add a line.

Nialon and Shacresha went way over and beyond their way to resolve an issue that I was having with a Black Friday deal that I placed on line and that have been dealing and having the run around sine then. They were on hold for an hour ( while they were helping other customers) then talking to the customer service representative for another 45 minutes and never giving up and with always a smile on their faces and truthfully happy to be helping. I will not go to any other Verizon store and truly recommend this store and these two awesome employees!

I Really enjoy this location. The staff work really well with each other. They are eager and willing to assist with anything that you need. They are not pushy, but very knowledgeable. If they dont know the answer, they were willing to find the answer. I highly recommend this location for your Verizon needs or just to stop and visit.
