This place is open 24/7 the staff doesnt hound you, for its size it has everything it you can possibly fit in there from free weights, treadmills, bikes, machines for every part of your body, hydro bed, tanning beds, lockers, showers and restrooms. If there was even one more item in this place there would be no room to work out. It has the vibe of a real gym where someone might try to show off but most guys that love arm day skip leg day so well they flex with a 65lb weight in there hand ill flex with 600lb on the leg press...

Probably the worst workout anytime in this area. Scanning hardly works, the people at the desk are not friendly. It’s also not as clean and doesn’t offer as much as the other Workout any times in the area. Avoid.The one on Kennesaw due west blows this one out of the water and it’s just better to go to that one.Edit: forgot to add, buddy with the yellow teeth at the front literally laughed in my girlfriends face when she was just going to try out the gym. Totally unprofessional. Will be contacting a manager.

Kept very clean and everybody I’ve seen is polite. Very classic gym when it comes to contracts and billing but past that it’s a great gym

I got a personal trainer here. here’s his ig: @_tkeyfit . if you look at his page, those same very apparent goals he sets for himself he sets for you. very personalized experience. i can’t explain how much it’s helped me actually want to go to the gym after knowing what i do now after these sessions.faculty is awesome. facility is so clean. so many machines and also free weights. large variety of materials available to suit your needs.try out the training. it’s absolutely worth it.

Recently signed up. The gym is small and quaint. Tons of cardio equipment and the stairmills are really nice. Has most of what you need. Only downside they only have one squat rack and no deadlift platform. But everything else gets the job done. The manager Tim was super nice and we had a great time talking about powerlifting and fitness overall. Looking forward many good sessions.Edited: tried to give this place an honest chance but after a month I’m cancelling my membership. First off going at 4:30am was sketchy as heck. There were people hanging out in the bathroom as if they had been sleeping there over night. Their squat rack is dangerous for someone my height (5’6”). Because it’s a squat stand and not full power rack you can’t adjust the j-pegs. Gotta go on my tippy toes. This place is also super cramped and hard to navigate. Also simple stuff like a landmine set up they don’t even have. I’m sure it’s a good fit for others but I just can’t make use of this gym. Also be mindful and make sure you’re fully aware of their cancellation policy.

Great pricing. great parking. great staff. GREAT trainer. ask for mr tim for a session. after that session you’ll be hooked on how much strength you may not have known you were capable of without that motivation tim gives. i 100% recommend it and am signed up for a year of training sessions because of how much it helps me, during those sessions and after when i workout alone.

I was unable to access my account online to cancel and fees have been piling up.The owner Virginia Holding personally reached about a 3 month freeze vs. canceling. During the freeze, I was unable to log in to cancel (they use the same portal as several gyms/studios) so now ABC Fitness is calling nonstop about fees and Virginia has ghosted me.Im trainer and this kills the reputation of the fitness industry. I understand agreements but you need you consider the unique circumstances were in.Its hard enough to get folks to the gym, especially during a pandemic - extend the courtesy of alerting members of their account status so they can make a decision.

The most cramped, rickety, disgusting facility Ive had the misfortune of using. Half the equipment is in disrepair. The equipment is not cleaned. Machines are on top of one another to the point the weight area is claustrophobic. COMPLETE WASTE of money, and they will then harass you daily for weeks after you cancel trying to collect more fees. They even charge $20 for the plastic key tag. I regret every dime I spent here. Save your money and go to a reputable, clean 24 hour gym like Fitness 1440.

While the location has a very workable layout the staff and OWNER are not professional, they lack knowledge (except 1 person), do little about keeping the floor picked up and especially the owner are very petty in dealing with members from other clubs. DO YOUR RESEARCH and find a location acceptable to everything you ask NOT JUST THE PRICE!

This is a really well equipped gym for the size. The staff here is friendly. Equipment is clean, as well as the restrooms. This is my favorite location to go to. I’ve tried 3 other locations, and only go to one other one since it’s on the way home from school. It’s much bigger and the equipment seems newer. It does get crowded during the busier hours, but I found the perfect times to go where there is only a few other people working out. When staff isn’t there in the evenings, the front door locks and you get in by scanning your key card.

Best experience Ive had at a gym. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean environment and 24/7 access all for $40 a month for my sister and I. This price also includes tanning and hydro massage. In addition, I have enrolled in private sessions with Virginia and she has helped me tremendously to stay motivated and focused on my goals. In the first couple of months I lost 16lbs and Im very happy with how everything is going. I am more positive and I have more energy on a daily basis.

Its a home away from home for me. Very crowded during days best to go at nights and or evening.

I just wanted to rave on Stephanie who has recently started working at this location. Been going to this location for a few years now and would watch employees just sit behind the desk on their phone. Stephanie is actually taking pride in this location, keeping it clean and organized. Very friendly as well. Youve got a great team member here.

Unnacceptable to treat a customer in such a fashion in the midst of a pandemic where finances are short to force a customer to pay for additional months of service to cancel. When the 12 month contract happened to have been reached to satisfy the contract with no need to pay additional fees. “We don’t charge a cancellation fee”. Is complete BS bc you charge extra service time to cancel making you money off the customers

I enjoy the work out I had over there. I like the set up of the gym. It seems to be fairly popular, but at the same time not crowded at least during the time I went there. The front desk persons he seems to be well informed and knew how to explain the plans that they have over there. I am currently doing a 14 days trials which I like that because it allows me to taste the water and see if that fits. While it is not huge gym, but I would recommend if you are just simply looking to stay fit.

This is my go to gym. I go here all the time because I am a member. The staff is great, and its a no pressure zone. Come in for 25mins or Stay there for hours working out. Everyone is to themselves and getting in a nice burn! Which reminds me...i should be heading there myself shortly. Come check it out. You even get a free run of the place to see if you like it. Near local shopping areas and bars if you want to meet up as well so its not far from civilization. Great weights and equipment, definitely will get a good workout. Have not tried out the hydra bed or anything yet. Plus it has showers if you care to use them. I have. Its a good way to stay fit for the new years and its on your time 24/7!!

The gym is super clean, always well organized, and the staff there are very friendly people that are constantly working hard to maintain the gym, especially right now during this pandemic.

Okay at best. This gym is very small and has absolutely no space to stretch. Forget trying to do lunges or jump rope. The people who work there use the equipment and talk to friends while they are supposed to be at the front desk checking people in. It would be very easy to sneak in if you werent a member because, like I said, the workers are too busy to notice because theyre trying to get their own workout in. I dont think I will renew my contract when its up.

Workout anytime is mostly for Seniors that belong toSilver Sneakers who belong to a Medicare plan that allows them to work out for half an hour for free.The staff is friendly and helpful I found that the equipment wasnt well taken care of it was loose in certain areas where it should have been tighter and stronger to use I was hurt by a machine that was to lose to us properly it should have felt tighter at the right places. So sorry.

People do not put their weights away at all!! Its frustrating having to unload everything before using it

Why even have to give this place one star the customer service my buddy received for walking in the gym and immediately asked if he can use the restroom and immediately was met attitude and rudeness not even asking if he was going to be some a member etc just going off his looks he was dirty at the time from helping me fix my car but he owns his own business doing gym equipment repair for big nice gyms as in crunch and la fitness going through past reviews from other I can see why people complain about rudeness fr the front desk not only that but then screwing over hard working customers with making it nearly impossible to cancel memberships and continually charging for services not wanted pitiful this place truly does not car about its customers and rather try to get rich off bad business

We love this gym. The facility is clean and all new machines that work!!! The staff, especially Donna, are awesome and helpful. Best 24/7 gym for the price and machine variety. Best thing ... its not overcrowded.

Workout Anytime in Town Center is great place to come and workout. The staff is always friendly. The facility is always very clean and feels safe even when you come here at strange hours, as they are open 24/7. The price is very cheap compared to other gyms and they have a wide variety of equipment. Ive been coming here for several months and plan on coming here for many more!

While I enjoy that its 24 hours, I hate that theres nobody around during staffed hours. Its very upsetting that I pay for a service and cannot use it. I like tanning, its why I pay for a more expensive membership but half the time its worthless. Whats worse is that what if I was someone trying to sign up? I guess no new money for them? If I was the owner I would be very upset!!

Went in asking were the restroom is, was immediately told I couldnt use it if Im not a member. Seeing as my bladder was full I didnt feel like explaining the finer points of customer relations and humanity. Being a business owner who fixes gym equipment for a living I deal with a lot of gyms and you never know who your turning away

Ive been here since March and havent had any problems with the gym. Ms Donna who works up front is extremely friendly and welcoming. The equipment is all new and the payments are very cheap. Ill stay with this gym a long time.

Semi decent equipment if you just want to mess around in an average gym... But beyond terrible business model. Don’t join this gym unless you wanna jump through 25 hoops to cancel your membership. You have to write a letter and mail it to their BS financial company like its 1997... DO NOT JOIN THIS MESS. Also they will charge you for an extra 30 days AFTER your membership is canceled. Do not be fooled by their “$15” dollar signs and get ready for a gym that smells like garbage and has homeless people living inside overnight. End of rant. Spend the extra 5-15 a month and PLEASE go elsewhere!!!!

Perfect for my schedule​ having access 24/7 with every kind of work out machine available I am able to run through my complete routine with ease of stress and mind. The hydro massage is a great way to relax before or after my work out or just by itself after a long days work. Donna is the bomb!!!

This gym is amazing!!! Always immaculately clean, machines are in new and maintained consistently! The staff is incredible, from Alex at the front desk to Chris and Virginia, trainers. Terrible customer service/marketing skills from the owner. Came in as a guest with a friend once. I liked it so I went online & got the week guest pass so I didnt have to always go with my friend. After leaving the 1ST day of my guest pass, I immediately got harassed when try to walk out of the door. The owner at the front desk sat me down and began trying to sell to me. She was aware I was using the guest week and began asking me about what part of the membership I could pay that day- as if I had already told her I was interested in purchasing a membership lol. I told her I could pay nothing today, and was simply trying to find the best gym in my area. She then so generously removed the cheapest fee ($20) from membership in exchange for the guest pass to try to convince me. Meanwhile, Im looking at the cost of membership which includes multiple unnecessary fees that go right in their pocket. She couldnt even tell me what they were for when I asked. As soon as she found out I really wasnt going to buy a membership after the first day of my guest week, she wouldnt even make eye contact with me while speaking and basically waited for me to leave. Her last words were well I tried to help you out but you just dont want it. Signed up for Planet Fitness for $1 the next day and she called my phone offering the SAME $1 sign up fee after trying to get $50+ out of me. Weird. Will never recommend this place and the owner needs to go back to college to figure out how to correctly advertise/market to customers.

Do Not join Workout Anytime. The only good thing about Workout Anytime is that it is clean and staff is friendly. Otherwise this place is HORRIBLE! I am so glad that I am cancelling my membership. I am even having a horrible time trying to cancel my membership. Workout Anytime needs a serious over haul. If you ae looking join a gym all I can say is you should RUN! Run as fast as you can and do not look back.

Been a member of WOA for about 5 years now. The gym is always clean, the staff is helpful, and the equipment is brand new. Im in there about 5 days out of the week, and its almost never crowded. But even during peak hours from 5-7, you wont have to wait around for a machine or piece of equipment to open up which is a plus. I recommend strongly to join this gym, you will not regret it.

Awesome 24/7 gym in the heart of kennesaw with easy access to the gym with plenty of parking around. The gym it self is very very clean and well kept with brand new equipment. The staff is awesome, friendly and gorgeous but thats just a perk of being a member. They greet you every time you walk in and help you out with anything you need, I could not ask for more out of gym.

Just left this gym with a broken heart... a place where I go to get away from everything.The front desk manager said that I was not allowed to work out without showering first because she received complaints about my odors.She said “You all tend to have a perculiar smell that a lot of people don’t like, we have free showers in the back that you need to use or you will not be allowed at our club.”Who says such a thing? I came in with a smile and left with tears.

Front desk woman was rude! I’ve been to several workout anytime locations with my husband on our family plan and this was the first time there was an issue. Won’t be back here! Cartersville location is awesome if you have the chance to visit.

Would highly NOT recommend this facility. First of all, the equipment is subpar. Half the time cardio machines don’t work. Second, they reel you in with a month-to-month program. I was told upon signing my membership agreement in June of 2017 that if I ever needed to cancel I would just have to call the financial company they use. My husband even called to cancel his membership in July because he found an establishment he liked better. Easy enough right? Wrong. Here I am 7 months later trying to cancel my membership since we moved 40 miles away and I do not have one close to me anymore, now they are saying I have to write a written letter to headquarters in Arizona. I was told that they’re policy had changed, but I never received notification of it changing. Definitely a waste of time and money. Would not ever be a returning member.

Been a member for 2 years. Used to be great. Recently there have been some staff changes and the gym is a lot more dirty and less kept up with. Staff doesnt clean the restrooms before they leave. The mens room has paper towels and dirty water on the floor and counters that wasnt cleaned before the staff left, and it smells like waste. Overall, the equipment is great and the gym has potential, but the staff have a ways to go.

Some pros would be that the gym is larger than other 24/7 Fitnesses and there is almost always equipment open for you to work out on. Some cons would be the cleanliness of the equipment and customer service. People unfortunately dont clean up after themselves and leave equipment gross and covered in sweat; Ill go in the next day and it will still be gross. The employees should enforce the concept of wiping down the equipment after usage or get around to actually cleaning the equipment themselves cause its nasty.

Do NOT join unless you like bending over backwards and jumping through hoops to cancel a membership. They make you write a letter and MAIL, yes you read that right MAIL it to the physical address of the gym. NO, you CANNOT hand it to them, you must mail it. But still after mailing in May the payment is coming out of our account. You only talk to their staff and cannot speak to an owner about the matter. Poor business model, get with the times and update your systems to an electronic cancellation system.

This is just about the highest quality workout anytime Ive been to. Even though I go to one closer to my house, its still worth reviewing this place.

BUYER BEWARE! This place is a complete scam! They got me in by saying I would get free training from a personal trainer; and then they could never get a hold of the trainer. They will be really friendly at first and make sign up very easy, but they charged me $150 just to get started and a few months later when I tried to cancel my membership they said I had to snail mail a letter to some PO Box in a different state and they would still deduct another month of membership. So far I have tried everything to cancel my membership and they are still deducting money from my account. Its been over four months! All they want is your credit card number and rest assured you will get screwed. They are a predatory company and I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Secretary of Commerce.

I had a chance to try this gym to see if we liked it...It is very small, but I did like how upper body equipment was close to each other. The kicker was, there was only one tanning bed!!!

The gym is ok. I was a fairly new member but decided to cancel when I found a better gym that offers the services I need. When I first enrolled was told that a personal trainer would call me to set up an appointment to see what areas I would like to focus. Well that NEVER happened, I let it go and did not make a fuss about it. Now that I want to cancel my membership I have to jump thru a ring of fire.. I call this location an the young lady at the desk told me I should be able to cancel online or by contacting their billing company called ABC Financial. I looked online and it did not give me an option to cancel so I called ABC and they told me that I will have to physically mail in a letter via regular mail or certified to cancel my services. The representative stated that it was the agreement between them and my gym. I asked can I fax or email it, he said no. Clearly the young lady at the gym has no idea how a cancellation works due to when I asked she send me to a website or a call. Now this really really upsets me, this gym was so eager to get my money and sign me up but makes it difficult to cancel!! Why??? With ALL the technology nowadays why make it so difficult..

Love going to the gym here especially at nighttime when it isnt crowded and I can put on some music and workout.

I have moved over 30 min away from this gym and they will not let me cancel my membership!! Worst experience with customer service ever. Donna was so sweet when I first came and now that I want to leave she is making it impossible and is very rude. I will probably never join a gym ever again because of this terrible experience. DO NOT GET TRAPPED LIKE I DID.

Nice workout facility. A bit small and can feel really cramped at times. Their customer service by far is the worse ive encountered from a gym. Extremely pushy at the beginning when you sign your contract. And then dont even begin to think canceling will be a breeze. They prolong it to squeeze another billing period out of you, even when you follow their dumb cancellation procedure.

My go-to gym for the past year or so. Always clean and has a great staff. Definitely recommend over all others in the area

Its a good gym for a great price. Its small but has what you need and since its open 24hrs a day you can go whenever you want.

Extremely pushy on the personal trainer bit. Having a pretty cheep 24hr gym is a great convenience, but not so cheep or convenient if you let them rope you in to the personal training stuff.
