Highly recommend. The customer service was superb. Needed an engineer to perform an assessment on our homes foundation with extremely short notice. Tony reached out and made himself available understanding our urgency. He was on time, courteous, and very detailed in his report. After his assessment he was professional enough to walk me through every single detail and answered all of my questions as he gave his professional recommendations to keep our home safe for years to come. The letter/report had all the images and instructions necessary for any contractor to follow accordingly and provide us with accurate cost estimates. Will definitely be coming back for any future projects.

Highly recommend! We were really pleased at the thorough evaluation of our home, provided at a reasonable price and scheduled right away. Tony was kind and knowledgeable, taking time to explain everything to us in laymens terms and answering all of our questions. I hired Tony to assist in a ~$50K project to structurally re-enforce a 20 foot tall retaining wall and car port. Tony provided an end-to-end solution that included technical design through to construction supervision. He delivered the project on time and on budget, and the standard of work was excellent. Tony is both diligent and professional and I would highly recommend him for any large project that requires an innovative engineering solution.

We hired Tony to inspect our home prior to it being sold. His report was very detailed and his solutions we more practical than other engineers we talked to. He was also very available for phone and email communication after he completed our report.

Engineer might be great but I wouldn’t know. The lady who answered the phone was not helpful, could not quote anything and told me it would be 2 weeks before I could even talk to the engineer to see how much it would be for him even to come out!! Poor service from the start.

Tony was very easy to work with and professional. In speaking with him on the phone he was very thorough in understanding our objectives and particular areas of concern. His onsite inspection was extremely detailed and Tony was gracious with his time to explain in detail verbally what he was seeing, educating us on underlying root causes, and the remedies. Tony Ganooni of Engineering Solutions made some structural repairs to our home as needed per our home inspection prior to the home purchase. We hired Tony for a number of projects after that including three bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, back yard remodel and a few smaller projects. We were very impressed with his attention to detail and hard work. Each of the projects came out beautifully!

I am surprised by some of the positive reviews that primarily focus on Tonys demeanor and not content. More fundamentally, he recommended certain solutions which were subsequently (and consistently) refuted by other structural engineers that I hired later. In hindsight, he was very superficial in his approach (for eg: he spent less than an hour to reach his conclusions mostly based on visual inspection). while subsequent engineers who charged less or similar fees were more thorough, relied on both instruments/ measurements and judgment, and thus provided better quality solutions and recommendations. To me, Tonys advice was not just worthless but also misleading. I will not hire again.Update based on owners response:1. The owner is making up fallacies at will - eg: utilized other incompetent companies before. To set the facts straight, you were the first and the most incompetent company I hired.2. Calling the customer dishonest is your way of responding to a customer complaint about bad quality. Dont you have a better defense?3. Another false claim about Tony bringing driveway issues that customer was unaware of. Sir, you are giving yourself too much credit! (it was one of the reasons i hired you)4. Allegation on change of scope - Tony doesnt have the professional sense to send a written proposal and get confirmation from customer before commencing work. When I reached my house, Tony was already working in my backyard, and started marking areas that were in/ out of scope. He then insisted 100% advance payment stating that he had already commenced the job. Enough said!

My real estate buyer client received a very thorough evaluation of a residence that she was considering purchasing, even though the engineer was asked to evaluate only one aspect of the property. The engineer determined that there were compounding factors which compromised the structure, and recommended how to correct the problem.

Tony Ganooni of ESI was very courteous and prompt. He did a thorough inspection and delivered the report within the promised timeframe. I will definitely call ESI for future civil/structural engineering needs.

Touraj Ghanouni, aka: Tony Ganooni is the worst builder in East Cobb. He is currently building in the subdivision, Windsor Estates which is his first and only subdivision in which he started about 7 years ago. He is very unprofessional. If you request any corrections to be made during your building process, he gets his feeling hurt and refuses to communicate as if he were a child. The quality of home he builds is suboptimal. He takes shortcuts on every item possible. My closing date was changed three times and I was forced to close by him before my home was complete. He didn’t even show up for my walk through. Since closing, he continues to be unprofessional. He does not correct any problems that arises. He should not be building homes. My floors are splitting apart and all of my trim is defective. Multiple other issues have occurred. I would never recommend Tony Ganooni. If you choose to purchase a home from him, get as many inspections as possible.
