I recently began work for a church who had previously had an install project done by this company. I tried on multiple occasions to speak to someone who could give me some information on the work that was done and was never able to reach anyone aside from the receptionist.This company sold my church a series of very expensive products that were unnecessary and inappropriate for the space and then made the inner workings of those products inaccessible leaving us with an over sized system that we neither need nor are able to use or get rid of without a complete system overhaul.The work done by this company was not done to an industry standard.The company is incredibly difficult to communicate with and its near impossible to speak to anyone who might know something.
