Worst experience iv had with horiible customer service and support. Im not likely at all to shop with them again or recommend them to others. Very unsatisfied!

I will say that in the past weve had a little bit of a rocky relationship with ICW. But this year they have been AMAZING. Sean, our rep, is literally hauling his ____ down the interstate right now to get me ice cream in time for our kids at school today. I know they are seriously understaffed but he has been AWESOME to work with!!!!!
