I am a carrier, unfortunately they do not have enough space to unload the merchandise, the warehouse is over-saturated and everything is being placed in the parking space for the trucks, it is very uncomfortable and incidentally very irresponsible on the part of the managers not to do anything to give good service and insurance for the carrier.

Absolutely horrible service and attitude from the Marietta location. The Atlanta location is a different story. Great service from the Atlanta location

Lady by the name of Caris answered the phone. We requested parts, she replied, I am the parts counter. We asked for a concentric vent kit. She said two or three. We needed a price for a customer, she obviously did not know the product or what it looked like because she put us on hold to ask her Manager who was at lunch. Evidently, he was sitting nearby eating his lunch. Because when we asked to speak to him, she said well you can call him back in an hour. Funny to me, when you listen to your advertisement while on hold, it states that you are the premiere example of customer service for parts and manufacturers represenative in the business. Far from premiere when the manager or at least someone who knows the product is sitting by and will not pick up the phone to help out a client!

Called the store for a solid 10 minutes and never got anyone on the phone.
