I use to do System Admin for 2 different companies, so I have a hard time letting go and trusting someone else to cover IT for us. But these guys are great! I can trust them to be able to handle everything we need related to IT. The more I work with them, the more impressed I am. They have taken a real load of problems and worries off of our shoulders. I consider them a trusted business partner.

We have been a client of INSI-IT for over five years plus and have always had a wonderful experience. This company cares about its clients and employees, which has resulted in a minimal turnover for both. One of the unique aspects about INSI is that they have programs for clients who do not have any IT representation internally and those that do. Also, every client is assigned a Customer Service Manager (CSM) who becomes the single point of contact for all account questions and project management. Moreover, the program is scalable and thoroughly designed.
