I dont understand? I needed to purchase a desk and chair for my online workspace so I came into the store sat down in a chair at a display desk and got on work zoom call. I was VERY comfortable and even enjoyed eating my hoagie. BUT about halfway through my work call a very RUDE employe decided to interrupt my work call and said I was disturbing other customers and he also said that my hoagie is making a mess on the desk I peacefully ignored him as he rambled on AND THEN HE HAD THE AUDACITY to tell me to get out of the store.long story short dont waste your time reading reviews its a great store and I highly recommend it.

Shout out the absolutely fabulous technicians I spoke with today, Mike and Bobby! This was the third Office Depot I went to this morning looking for tech help, and I was greeted by Mike. He was very calm and collected, said he saw the problem I was experiencing before, not to worry, they would have a solution, and that their tech support was second to none. And wouldn’t you know everything he said was spot on? I was immediately put at ease all due to Mike’s knowledge and customer service. I received a call early this afternoon from Bobby, we discussed what was wrong with the laptop, I came back and watched as he installed the the required hardware. Great guy, very intelligent and conversational, and very helpful.Bottom line here is that this type of work, servicing other people’s devices such as my laptop, it can be very high anxiety for an individual like me who doesn’t understand what is being done, let alone if the problems can be resolved. I am very pleased with the services received at this location, and will absolutely recommend Office Depot to anyone and everyone I know if and when they experience the challenges I faced today. I also want to add that everyone here, the employees, they all seemed to genuinely want to be helpful and genuine and welcoming. You’ve got a good group of people working here and they should be rewarded for their efforts!Thank you very much!

They now CHARGE for computer recycling. Guess just giving them gold and silver isnt sufficient. That was my last remaining reason for coming here. Bye...hope yall still have jobs next year.

I ordered a notary stamp on a Thursday. Called back on Tuesday to check on the order. The order never got placed. Manager said she would order and put a rush on it. Called back Thursday and no one new how to tell me when it would be received because the print manager, store manager and district manager are all on vacation....... Called corporate and they couldnt find the new order at all. RIDICULOUS!!!! Buyer beware!

Ive shopped here for probably 10 years and was on a first name basis with a couple employees. Something changed. Maybe there is a new manager or maybe hiring standards have gone down, but I wouldnt recommend going here anymore. After being treated very poorly by two employees I can say with a high degree of confidence that I will not be shopping here anymore.

Drove 15 mins out of the way to come to this location because it said the hours were until 9:00 pm. Only to see a note on door that they close at 8:00 pm due to coronavirus. Need to update website to reflect change so this doesn’t happen.

My office has been using this location for about seven years for mainly printing. Over the years the quality of service has fluctuated. It wasnt until they hired Dominique that weve had consistent quality service. We appreciate her attention to detail, professional attitude, and efficient service. She has always some thru for us in a crunch. From my experience, the print shop only seems to run well when shes there. The store manager is also very nice and always helpful.

If you need a print job of any importance, DO NOT use Office Depot, or at the very least, store #6437 merchants walk Johnson Ferry, Marietta GA. The entire process and more importantly, the staff, to include Dominique the print specialists, exhibited the worst customer service and absolutely no solution NOR help getting one. I have 2 local magazines and I’ll never set foot in another Office Depot ever. If you expect quality service I suggest you find another provider.

There are Office Depots closer to me, but I tend to come here for their print center. Ive had better/faster results when Ive been in a time crunch. The store itself is snug, which isnt a bad thing. Theres less wasted space and I spend less time walking from aisle to aisle looking for what I need.

Wow, what a difference. This recently remodelled store is amazing.Its bright and cheery, and everything is displayed well. The store is well stocked, and multiple employees offered help during my visit. I was very impressed with their staff at the computer repair desk.Its worth stopping in to see this remodelled store.

We had 3 device issues that we needed help with and were moving out of state this week. CJ handled our questions and helped us with our devices so thoroughly. And for an issues that Office Depot couldnt handle in house in that time frame he still was able to give us info on sending it to the manufacturer, time frame, and pricing. This dude knows his stuff and helps his people.

If you have an issue with your computer, see Bobby! I have been tinkering, building and getting myself into and out of trouble on computers for years, but I thought this time my goose was cooked. I got the dreaded incorrect password error during safe mode on Windows 10 and could not get to a valid command prompt to correct. Bobby saved me money, time and energy that would have been spent reinstalling and reconfiguring Windows, restoring from back-ups, etc. Never thought I would be so happy to see the normal Windows boot screen! Thanks again Bobby, although I did feel old when I found out my tower computer case, which has been through at least 5 motherboards, was likely manufactured the year you were born. :)

This Office Depot has very friendly and helpful employees. While I was deciding on an item an employee asked if I needed any help. I do not remember his name but he answered my questions and I made my decision. Then at checkout Ethan made small talk while I completed my purchase. Overall great and simple purchase.

We went to Office Depot in pursuit of a color laser printer. In all likelihood, we would look but not purchase that night......but we had such a great in-store experience, that we walked out with a printer in-hand! Garrett, our sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. They DID price match so we were happy to give them the business. I find retail shopping to be such a hassle these days that it was a pleasant surprise to have such a positive experience. Thanks Garrett!

I had a less than stellar experience with a transaction a few days ago and made my opinion known via a survey. Which typically is like shouting into the ether, right? Well, I quickly received a reply, much to my surprise, from the store manager, Jason. He offered to make it right and invited me to come in. As a customer, all we want is to be heard, right? Ultimately have things fixed when there is an issue. Well, Jason went above and beyond to make amends. I hope someone from Corporate reads this because you have a valuable employee in Jason. Hes doing yeoman work to keep OD/OM customers; build and sustain your customer base and should be commended. Way to go, Jason!

Printing service is very dishonest. Color printing online pricing is inaccurate and will be much higher when you go in store to pick up. When i showed the employee the pricing on my phone he told me that is just the was it is. I will not be using this store again.

DO NOT BUT A PRINTER FROM HERE, AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT BUY THE SQUARETRADE WARRANTY!!!! I was told when I bought my printer in 01/19 that with the SquareTrade warranty, I would be able to return it if I had any problems, no questions asked, IN THE STORE, swapped out for another one. This is why I bought it. 6 months later, the printer would not wake up when it was sent a print job. When I brought it in, WITH THE DEVICE AND WARRANTY RECEIPT, I was told by Thomas, the Customer Engagement Specialist, that I had to call SquareTrade and deal directly with them to get a credit. I called SquareTrade and spent 30 minutes in the store on my phone filling out claim information to ultimately be referred to Manufacturer, HP! Sending pictures of the device to them and they would mail (snail mail, I assume) me a verdict. I use my printer for business and cannot go through this. I showed the email referring me to the manufacturer to Thomas and explained to him that this was not what I was told when I made the purchase in his store. He unapologetically told me there was nothing he could do for me. They lied about this warranty when work when I purchased it and did nothing to make it right. Awful! I will now have to go elsewhere to purchase a new printer. Untrustworthy!

The lady at the copy center, had a bad attitude this morning... Every question bothered her and she wasnt kind enough to hide it. The service didnt need much effort, yet she pretended as if I was asking her too much. Asked me if I wanted to do it, I said yes, she said oh well, thats not how it works. Smh

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mother went in to purchase a computer and the sales representative that was helping us (employee 289504) was extremely rude and was trying to over sell products and services that she did not need. When she tried to tell him that she did not need the extra services he had an attitude and rudely asked her why she thought she didnt need it and that he couldnt make changes to the sale (even though NOTHING had been purchased). I found his customer service and demeanor in general just horrible. With this extra service she was forced into purchasing, we were informed that she would be receiving the computer this afternoon. Upon leaving, we were confirming the time we would be able to come get the computer, and we were told it could be today but most likely tomorrow (when she would be out of town and unable to pick up her computer). We will NOT be returning to this OfficeMax in the future and will recommend others to do the same.

I was there at 9am this morning & there were more employees working than customers. Two employees walked past me while I waited at the print shop. No one spoke to me or even made eye contact. I asked someone for help and he told me the only person who could help was at the back of the store. I went over to her and she was VERY rude. I went back to the print shop and waited for her. Surprise - she continued her very rude attitude at the counter. Worst customer service ever
