Brought in my custom built PC after it would continuously give me Errors booting up. Office was very clean, and welcoming. Moe greeted me instantly. I explained the issue, and he informed me he would take a look at it. 2 days later, heard back from him informing me My computer was ready for pick up. When I arrived, he explained what the issue was, and described what he did to fix it. He gave me pointers as to how to avoid the issue again. He also deep cleaned the computer very well. These guy are awesome. Took my computer to Best Buy and they wanted $410.00 to do the same repairs that these guys did for $80.00 total tax included. Computer works great and it took them one day to make the repairs. I will definitely use these guys in the future and will recommend them to everyone I can.

Does this place build a pc for you if you give them all the parts?

Needed a new network adapter that big box stores just dont stock any longer. Called in to Cyber-Tech, they confirmed they had one and it was a couple of dollars more than Amazon which was fair.The store isnt huge but they had what I needed. The guy who assisted me was friendly, offered case screws if I needed them as well. Definitely worth a call or visit if you need an item locally.

My computer was not turning on what so ever, so I took it to Cyber-Tech Computers. The attendant and I think owner Moe, was very courteous and professional. He fixed my laptop by the next day, it ended up being a bios reset and he explain to me what the issue was, how he fixed it, and how to prevent the issue. Unrelated to the original issue, I had a audio problem when I upgraded to Windows 10. He told me what the issue was and how to fix it and was not charged, and a couple of hours later (at home) I fixed the issue. Lastly, while I was in the store, I witness a elderly man needing help login onto the computer because the keyboard was messed up. Moe, quickly spot the problem (the keyboard was set to another language), corrected it and explain to the man what had happen, he also did this free of charge.Moe was nice, professional and from my two interactions with him, he appeared to be honest and technically proficient. If you have a CPU issue and cant fixed it, I recommend Cyber Tech Computers.

So, I recently built my first gaming PC, and took it to Cyber-Tech Computers because it was taking forever to boot, and I couldnt install Windows. Before going I talked to someone named Moe. He didnt pressure me into coming in and tried to help me figure out what was wrong over the phone. Later I decided to bring my PC in. It was very easy and very quick. Moe was really nice guy as well! He would call and let me know what was going on and ask me what I wanted. As well as give me good recommendations. I ended up having a bad SSD, so he replaced it with a top Brand SSD. All in all, I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! He was a very chill guy that didnt seem like he was just trying to take your money. Hes one person I can say I trust with my PC :) All in all my total was $150. $70 for the SSD and $80 for labor (in which he gave me a $20 discount). 5/5

I have had numerous marginal or unsatisfactory interactions with computer companies, including Geek Squad. After waiting to speak with someone for 22 minutes, I finally hung up.Frustrated and fearing my computer had crashed because it was locked and the screen was black, I found Cyper-Tech Computers. First, they answered the phone promptly and courteously. Secondly, they advised me not to assume the worse, but to let them look at the computer.Once there, my fears were put to rest. The business was clean and organized; the staff patient, professional and knowledgeable. True to their word, they called with a diagnosis and a very reasonable cost for repair. The work was completed even earlier than promised. The computer runs perfectly and is cleaner that it has been in quite awhile. Even the cords were neatly folded. Additionally, they told me how to prevent future problems. I couldnt have asked for more.I have since recommended Cyper-Tech to friends. Their experiences were exactly the same.
