Chip recently cleaned and inspected two gas fireplaces in our home. This was by far, the single best customer service experience we have had in recent years. Chip was on time, courteous, professional, respectful and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me the parts of the fireplace we needed to be familiar with. He was careful to cover his work area and cleaned up everything when he finished. Both fireplaces looked like new units when he was finished. We couldnt be happier with this experience. The only sad part is, he did such a great job that we likely wont need service again for a couple of years!

We purchased an existing house in April that was built in 1955. The house came with a fireplace that was converted to gas. We had no idea what kind of maintenance had been done on the fireplace so we called Chimney Solutions. Chip came out and was a wealth of knowledge. He did an amazing job cleaning the fireplace and getting the “logs” arranged properly. He showed me how to turn the gas on and safely light it. He inspected the chimney inside and out and also made sure the gas line was installed safely. Chip gave me some proposals for some maintenance that he suggested and thoroughly explained everything. I highly recommend Chimney Solutions and especially Chip.

My chimney was knocked over in the recent storm. They would not even come to look at it.

These folks took a tiny insert and put their own in that is way more efficient and I dont have to put my head inside with the gas on to push the ignite button. They have come back twice to ensure nothing was damaged - once when the gas was shut off for a period and once when 2 very loud bangs hit the rain pan on the chimney. All to ensure the system was not compromised. Awesome company and service oriented techs!

Jonas house in Marietta did a wonderful job on new gas insert. Sick of carrying and cutting wood and we finally had them hook up the gas and install a slick insert that really kicks it. Thanks guys. JB

On time and cleaned the stove in our Woodstock cabin well. They suggested that we might want to upgrade to a more efficeent type of stove, but for the amount of time we spend there it is not worth it now. The guys were very polite though. Thank you
