I can not say enough good things about Atlanta Chimney Doctor. I called because I smelled a faint gas odor in my bedroom, which I feared was coming from my gas fireplace. Chuck Connor came the same day and inspected the fireplace. While the fireplace is actually fine, it had been improperly installed when we had it put in and is not being vented out of our attic. He laid out our options for fixing it. He refused to charge me for coming out, even though I had fully expected to pay for a service call.Chuck is professional and extremely knowledgeable. While he was here, I had him inspect our masonry fireplaces, as well, which are in dire need of a cleaning. They will be out next week to complete the work on those. I am thankful to have found Atlanta Chimney Doctor.

Ever since we moved into our home, we have used Atlanta Chimney Doctor. We needed a multitude of repairs to correct issues that were not to code once we moved in. The fireplace had not been used in years, and Chuck and his team did a wonderful job on the repairs. We now bring them back for annual cleanings, and love their promptness, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Chuck and team added a custom chimney cap to our chimney. They also installed sheet metal to cover an old unusable barbeque flue. It will undoubtetdly keep the water and critters out of our chimney and it looks great. The team was professional and Chucks secretary is a great communicator.

ACD came on Saturday to give my chimney a cleaning after the first cold snap. They properly setup, moving items from around the fireplace, and taping the area. They cleaned and inspected the chimney from the bottom and from the roof.I have no issues, the price was good, the work was done well and the fireplace is drafting better.
