One of the vacuum spouts was packed and wouldn’t work. One of the guys there came and cleared it out. He was super sweet!! Such an affordable car was too!

Stopped here to have my emissions done ($16.99). The gentleman who ran my diagnostics was extremely personable, professional, and friendly. Will be returning next year, because in addition I received a free car wash (that I didnt use that day due to a cloudy overcast), but they gave me about a week to use it.

I have been here several times and never had a problem. There has been a couple of times when the machine was down, but I just came back the next day and all is well. If you get your emissions done a car wash is free.

Stopped here to get the volvo cleaned one worker gave us a great pre scrub before we went into the car wash. This is pretty much a standard car wash but the also do emission testing as well.

The hours listed on Google are wrong. They are not open at 8am. Ive tried 8, 8:30, etc multiple times and they were completely closed.

Generally I have no problems at this location...quick/simple, in & out. However, today an employee approached me and said I owed him $3 for vacuuming. I thought he was joking, so I said...so does that mean I get a free car wash??? Long story short he goes on saying nobody ever gets past him with vacuuming and not washing their car in 2 years since hes been there. I was soo upset and cold and he wanted to continue to argue.I paid to vacuum and didnt wash my car like I planned on. Moral to the story...watch/be mindful and tactful on how you speak to others!

I purchased a drive-thru car wash, and my driver side mirror was damaged. One of the employees attempted to fix my mirror with gorilla glue (which I had to purchase), but 2 weeks later my mirror fell apart. I was told by the employee the car wash is not liable for any damage that occurs.A simple car wash costs me more than if I didnt go here in the first place. This is just a warning if you do go to this car wash, they will not take responsible for car damage done by their drive-thru car wash .

I stopped in there on May 8th at 7 p.m. and even though the sign says theyre open until 8 and the drive-through lanes were open I paid for a car wash, got partially through the carwash, and in the middle of the drying cycle the guy shut down the car wash even though he knew I was still in it. Then the kid shut off the vacuums even though they knew somebody had just paid to use the car wash so now I have to go pay somewhere else for a vacuum that should have been free with the carwash I paid $10 for.And when I asked if they could please cut the vacuum on so I could do my car I was told no because they were closed even though the sign said they were open until 8 and again the car wash cut off while I was still in it even though he knew I was in there.Ive been coming to this location for over 3 years and after this Im not coming back again.If they were going to be closing earlier than the sign said then they should have put the cones in front of the lanes like that location always does when theyre closing. If I had known they were closing I would have gone somewhere else instead of wasting $10 for a car wash. I didnt get to finish and didnt get to use the vacuum for. When I pointed outbthe vacuum service came with the car wash they said I didnt pay for it and that it was free, but I know from experience that if you dont use the wash and only the vacuum its $3, so yeah, theyre not free unless you get the car wash, which I did.

I stopped to get an emissions inspection and Curtis was very helpful. Along with the inspection I got a free car wash. Everyone was very helpful very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them.

The finished product is not equal value to what you’re paying. I might as well have used the hose outside the house because my car was still soaked after the wind tunnel (which leaves water marks). My tires were also still covered in brake dust so I had to clean them in the parking lot. Good thing I brought microfibers, a scrub brush, and a spray bottle because there were no tools or supplies on the cart to clean your car with.

Bad service. Employees are unfriendly. Machine dont clean good the cars left dirty.

Professionalism is obviously not a a concern for this business. I came to get my emissions test done, and pulled in passed the machine and wasn’t sure if I should back up or turn around. The attendant (only one visibly working) was rude and snarky saying “why are you here” and “you need to turn your car around” (which i was obviously trying to do) without giving me any information of where to go. I proceeded to turn my car around and pull back through the emissions booth and he yells at me from the other side of the lot “yo! what are you doing? GO AROUND” and made me pull back around the way I already came from... at this point I was annoyed and confused so I just sat there and let him lecture (yes - lecture) me about not knowing my license plate number. In the middle of doing the emissions testing the attendant saw a co-worker walking down the road to get food and he shouted the guys name and ran after him to give him money so he could get something himself and spent another 10 minutes talking to his friend. I’d appreciate the job to be done when I get there to have it done and not be shouted at or lectured during that time. should’ve gone to another place while I had the chance.

In and out is what I want to be. The service is great and the supplies you need are always available.

Wash was $5, one can get a more expensive wash but it is going to rain. Free vacuum and free access to towels and car cleaner. I do recommend wearing gloves.

Rear Window wiper was broken after the carwash. They said they are not responsible, claiming that the wiper was moving while in the tunnel. It was a sunny day, and there was no reason to use the wiper. It is unprofessional to deny the responsibility.

They dont police the loud music customers play. Signs only.

The additions in service; micro fiber towels for polishing and sprays are provided along with great pricing!!! I truly enjoy bringing my work and personal vehicles here every time. Car was still really dirty and soapy and had to go to multiple lanes to get it to read cars

Updated 3/28/19I found this location a year ago just driving by. I stopped in and got an interior detail. The service was good overall and I decided that I would come here as often as possible to support what seemed like a nice neighborhood location. I returned several times to use the drive thru services and was satisfied. I came to the location in August 2018 for another interior detail and was told that there was only one person working and they could not complete the service so I left and had it done elsewhere. I called the location today at about 1p and the line just rang with no answer, I was hoping to either schedule the detail or at least confirm there were enough employees to complete it. I came by the location only to be told that the employee did not know how to ring this service up and that the only one who did was not at the location and the associate could not tell me when he would return. As much as I try to support local businesses this will be my last visit to this one. The customer service is lacking, the training leaves the associates unable to actually provide service and the actual work leaves a lot to be desired.

You should come wash your car here..Hand wash and machine wash. They also do good car detailing. Was told they will start emission soon. The staffs are very hard-working people. They know their job very well.

Not bad at all for $4 and the unlimited wash plans are inexpensive. The workers will optionally hand dry your car and touch up your tires for you and I always tip. Super strong, always functional vacuums. Could use a mat cleaner to bump it up a star and sometimes they are vague when explaining things. Overall, you cant be the value for the cost.

Good place to wash your car

If ya need a quick rinse I recommend this. But went in paid for the triple expecting to leave the lot clean but still had a lot of dirt on the car. Wouldnt recommend if you want a really clean car but great for a quick wash.

I only didnt give it 5 stars bc it looks a tad bit run down and empty inside. BUT the attention to detail and customer service was superior to other places Ive been before that look brand new. So if you can get passed the appearance of the car wash itself then its GREAT. I would recommend coming.

Got the $45 wash and interior clean and couldnt be happier. Detail guy did amazing work in only 25 minutes and my car has never looked so good. Rims detailed, interior of windows washed, electronics, leather... they got it all. Ill be back.

I asked for basic $4 car wash. They charged me for $8 was plus tire shine. Didnt check the receipt until they did tire shine!And got a big scratch on side mirror during the automatic wash!So make sure to check your receipt and fold your side mirrors!

Can always get my Jeep clean and the service is always there to help.

Really cleaned my car thoroughly. The price for full detailed cleaning was 70 bux but worth it. They have a great massage chair and for a buck you can get a head to toe massage while u wait !

So I always go to this place to get my car washed. It was pretty much my favorite car wash until today. I pulled in to vacuum my mat. The owner walks up and tells me I have to pay him first to vacuum. I read the sign at the stall and the huge sign off the road and neither said anything about paying for vac. I mean if u dont want anybody to use the vac unless they pay then set it up that way. Otherwise a vac of a floor mat from someone who always gives u business shouldnt be a big deal. Ill find another car wash. I dont have time for the pettiness.

Im not normally to ridicule a business like this, but called ahead and was told that there would be attendants that will dry the exterior and clean the interior, windows, and mats (the person on the phone seemed nice). I arrived and there were only two guys in the tunnel which is reasonable. After getting sub par wash, nobody else was to be found to finish the job. Not a single person was inside the building (which still had old hookah shop sinage and merchandising equipment laying randomly throughout the room and on the floor), and nobody other than the tunnel guys were around. That said, I proceeded to vacuum do all of the interior cleaning myself with the dirty wet rags that were provided, along with the watered down window cleaner that was left on the cart. Way over priced ($30) for something I ended up having to do myself. Honestly a total rip off and I do not recommend this particular location whatsoever. Other locations may be better if they exist. This one was pathetic at best. I could have spent $2 in quarters at a basic wash station with the same result.

Dont buy their monthly package. Its fake and they dont even tell the whole thing. After you buy. They gonna say its unlimited but its not

Rude and sneaky, tells you a price that says it includes interior and exterior and after you pay 80$ they tell you oh no you only paid for a wax we don t wipe the seats!!!! seriously! And then his employees look so freaking worn out from working while hes in his nasty waiting area thats dirty as him and bathroom together stuffing his face. This place used to be good but dont waste your time or money, as far as employees...God bless them!

Being from out of town, we drove up late Saturday evening right before a rain storm. A baseball had smashed our rear window and we were in great need for a vacuum so we could get it covered up before the storm. It was already raining and the owner met me out front. He, without charge, provided a vacuum that could be placed under cover for us to clean up the rear window that really just exploded in the back of the car. Owner was so nice and kind! We appreciate his help to us strangers from out of town, refusing to take any payment. ❤

Scratched up rims in car horribly. Old machines I guess, and wash was subpar at best. I tried calling about rims, and they do not respond to emails or calls. Should not be “business owners”

They have taken care of my car and truck for almost five years now. Consistent service that is above and beyond. Even through their newest renovation they are still as good as ever. Express wax is the way to go.

This is truly by far the worst car wash to which Ive gone. I took pictures of the damage, but Im unable to load them here. Insert angry face here. This car wash scratched the roof of my brothers car and left mud/dirt in the pocket of where the wiper blades are located. I would not give this company any stars if I didnt have to in order to post this. $8 to cause over $500 worth of damage. Dont go!

You get what you pay for. Got a $4 exterior wash and it does an ok job of washing. Not as clean as expected. They also allow a 10 min free vacuum. However, the vacuum is very under powered. Does not have enough suction force to do a decent cleaning. It’s mostly self service the moment you drive up to the machine and order a wash to driving your car to the vacuuming area.

Ive been to plenty of inexpensive carwashes that left my car spotless. This is not one of them. I just left from getting a $4 carwash, with dirty bumpers, fenders, and sides. And I mean, visibly still dirty. I asked if I could go back thru to actually clean it and was advised that thats the outcome of a $4 wash. Again, Ive used plenty of $4 or $5 carwashes and left with a clean car. Ive even been to this location multiple times under different management and left with a clean car. So if you just need a quick rinse off, its great.Vaccums are great also.And yes, after the manager told me that my un-clean car was a result of choosing the $4 wash, I pulled to the side of the parking lot and typed this review. After a few minutes, he then approached me and offered what Id asked for a few minute earlier : a free wash, but with my receipt. Id thrown my receipt away while vacuuming my car, and he needed the receipt to do that. So....And I understand that its $4 and you get what you pay for, but again, Ive visited plenty of cheap car washes and my car left the lot clean.Thank you for replying though.

This is the worse car wash I ever been to. The only reason I went here is because I was looking for a hand car wash, and I thought it was until I payed and pulled around the rear. First, the place is raggedy inside and out. Secondly, their car washing machine looks like it hasnt been used in centuries; basically ancient and outdated looking. Next, my front bumper still had lots of dirt on it, and the windows inside my car werent cleaned. I warn you, if you go here you will regret it! Thanks for ruining my weekend.

Cant beat a 4.00 wash. Accidentally vacummed up a knob and they were able to find it in the can. vacuums are pretty powerful. They have Windex and all purpose cleaner and rags for detailing. Idgive them the extra star if they had a bottle of car freshner

Pretty cheap and they have different levels up to 12$. They have a free vacuum and let me stay an extra 30 mins to wipe my car down with microfiber towels.

I have been using this carwash religiously for over 2 years now. Until I was rear ended in the car wash due to the attendant not paying any attention to the car behind me. After that, the attendant gave me a blank gift card and told me $50 was on it for my troubles. I came back to use it a few weeks later and sure enough, the card has never been activated. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a car wash to regularly attend.

Paid $30 for an interior clean and they forgot to clean the windows and the front half of the car. I had to go home and re-clean everything. Also watched them shut off the vacuums 10 minutes before closing, making everyone who was vacuuming their cars pretty angry. Do not bother with this place.

I have been coming here 10 yrs and it is increasingly getting worse....I always get the double....they are very persistent in trying to get you to take another high priced package which I understand...however its gotten to the point of harrassment....then they tell you they will do the best they can since I didnt get the other package....all I want is the same thing I have always gotten...now they will try to get the windows clean....Time to find a new place...disappointing...
