I called I was stranded needing to get to work, she said it would be 20 to 30 mins and she didnt even come! I sat there a hour and no call,no show,no nothing...I was late for work and had a awful time getting there. Awful way to treat a customer.

The first time I used them, the Taxi cab took over 45 minutes for what should have been 15 minutes. Then tonight I called one. The guy was nice and told me it’ll be there in about 15 minutes and after a hour went by, they never called or came so I had to walk to my destination. I wouldn’t recommend anybody take a chance on this place.

This company provides excellent cab service. My daughter worked in retail and she used them for a while back and forth to her job and at various hours. They were always courteous, prompt, and professional. I also had to make many trips to the airport for my job and would make reservations in advance. Again, they were always on time and even called me in advance for very early flights. Just an absolute pleasure to do business with. Friendly, reliable, and prompt. What else could you ask for? I used them last week and again the same wonderful service. Id recommend them as my first choice for a taxi service. Im happy with the rates and the ride.

Awesome !!! I was in Marietta from out of town, didnt know where to go, found apple taxi. They came fetch me away took me places. I used them whole week and then finally to the airport. Super great service, friendly drivers and also good rates. I highly recommend them if you happened to be in town......

Based on Google reviews, this company had more reviews than most other companies, and had the most stars of any others - by a large margin. Maybe theyre fine for quick, short notice trips, but that was not our experience.I called the afternoon before to make a reservation for early the next morning. When I called in the morning to ask a question, there was no record of our reservation. To the companys credit, the woman I spoke to scrambled and found a driver and was able to honor our reservation.About 2/3 of the way through our trip, the taxi broke down. Again, to the companys credit, the driver was able to find another driver to pick us up and get us to our destination. But this was a stressful experience which I would not want to repeat.If we hadnt built an extra 45 minutes into our timing, we likely would have missed our train for our anniversary trip. Unacceptable! I would recommend other services rather than this company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for a taxi to literally go 15 minutes. What normally cost me $11.65 with Lyft cost me $35. The driver did 40 miles the entire time on I75. Just going from my place to the stop light was about $6.00. I literally watched the meter go up within seconds. The driver was on the phone swerving over the highway. The van was dirty. I will never use this service again.

I called for a pickup, and the driver (Gene) was there in about 15 minutes, as promised. He was friendly and we got to my destination quickly. Only complaint is that the cab was rather warm, since the A/C wasnt working.

Worst customer service ever. I called for a taxi and they said soon, I waited for over 30 minutes and then when I try to call back no one answered. I will not be wasting my time here again

DO NOT USE!!!!!! The driver was under the influence of something. He drove over the lane dividers for almost 2 minutes. I asked him what was going on and he gave me some crazy response that didnt make any sense. The meter over charged according to the rates on the door and then the driver didnt have a credit card machine (despite being told otherwise by dispatch) and I was decent enough to give the driver my credit card number b/c he was too blitzed to read them and he then over charged my credit card.

Ok I dont normally do this but this time I am compelled. I called the taxi service 45 mins ahead of time to arrange a ride for my wife to work. I scheduled 220pm by 240 the driver had not shown up and I called back. And he said he had to get another driver. At 250 he called back and said he couldnt get another driver and he had to pick her up himself. Needless to say we did everything right and the taxi service let us down and my wife was late to work. I normally take her but this moment Im in the hospital with gallbladder.

The absolute WORST taxi service ever. I basically put my life in their hands and they screwed me over! I called the day before I had a very important job interview and told them what time my interview was, what time I need them to pick me up in order for me to make it a little early and how far it was from my house. The Driver text me 6 minutes before my pick up time and said he would be here in 10 minutes. I text back how important it was for me to be there he assured I would make it on time..several text and 45 minutes later(which was now AFTER the time of my interview) he shows up!! HE text me several times telling me how I could of told him I wasnt going anymore..etc etc. I had to threaten him i would call the police for harassment if he didnt stop texting me. WORST SERVICE EVER!! BEWARE!

In a word UNBELIEVABLE!! This story starts out nicely. I had been trying to get a cab for hours, and no company could get anyone over to pick me up. So, I stumbled across Apple Taxi. I called them, and the dispatcher said, Ill get someone there in about 20 minutes. I said, Great! And in about 25 minutes the cab driver showed up. He (Robert M) seemed like a nice enough guy until I realized that he was taking me to my destination (Dave and Busters) via a longer route. I even mentioned that to him. So, I believe that he realized I knew what he was doing and then he started to pick up speed. And, did I mention that the meter was already running before I stepped into the cab? (And with that, I still gave this fool a $4 tip.). Inexplicably I left my keys in the backseat of his cab. I didnt realize what I had done until a few hours later. So, I call Robert back, and he says, Yes, I do have your keys. So, I asked when he could bring them to me? He said, I can bring them to you right now as long as you pay me the same fare I charged you to take you to Dave and Busters (Ive been taking cabs forevvvvvvver! And, I have never had a driver tell me that. First of all, most drivers take a peak in the backseat after their passengers exit to make sure they havent left anything behind.). So, I told him I didnt think that was a far price. And he said to me, do you want your keys or not? So, I told him to just drop the keys off at the office. So, he finally agreed to do so. This was Friday night, people!!!! I just finally got my keys back yesterday after finally threatening the owner of Apple Taxi to make sure I gave him a horrible review to anyone that would listen. In between Friday and Monday, I made no fewer than 3 trips over to their so called office. Each time someone told me, someone should be there shortly. Ill be in the office in 30-45 minutes. I spent more time, money and effort than they even know just to retrieve my own keys. He finally sent one of the drivers, who by the way, told me that he would drop my keys off into my mailbox yesterday morning to end this nightmare.For the record, I wasnt trying to cause the driver to lose money by using his gas to bring my keys back to me. I simply wanted him to be more reasonable and charge me less than the original fare. He did after all tell me that he worked the area in which I lived in.Bottom line is this. I WILL NEVER EVER USE APPLE TAXI AGAIN!! And Robert M like so many unethical cabbies out there will some day get his comeuppance. We all have to answer to a higher power.PS David, I am not your bro! Apple Taxi Cab service was on time, was very reliable, extremely professional, was recommended to use Apple Taxi Cab Service. I had WiFi in the car and a Ipad to play with! They even took my credit cards! Im from NYC so I am used to the yellow taxis and having to use the over priced Uber when I cant find one. My friend was supposed to pick me up at the airport when I got into MARIETTA but something happened and she was stuck at work. She told me NOT to take a cab and to call these guys instead. I said alright and called, I didnt have to wait long before a clean sleek black town car rolled up. The driver was great and took my luggage and then told me as we were pulling away that the car was equipped with Pandora, WiFi and an Ipad. I dont even own a Ipad! So it was an extremely enjoyable ride. Im glad I listened to my friend and didnt jump at the first cab I saw, I had so much fun, I didnt want to leave the car. The driver also told me a bit about this or that place as we passed and I made sure to get his card for my return trip to the airport (I told my friend she didnt have to drive me!) I will be going down to Atlanta soon and I have their number saved in my phone and ready to go! I wish we had a service like this in Brooklyn, Id never take the subway again!

I called the day prior and scheduled a ride to the Airport the following morning at 6:30am. At 6:40 I called them to see why the cab had not arrived yet, the woman who answered said she would make some calls see what happened and get back to me. I really couldnt wait much longer as I had a flight to catch so I hopped on the Uber App and had a car there in 5 minutes. Its been 2 weeks now and I still never got that return call from said woman. I would still be standing in the hotel lobby had I waited for their call back.

Called up this service for the first time ever today and I still regret it. The meter went up by 35 cents every 5 seconds! My entire journey ordinarily would have cost $18 but I ended up paying $30. Never ever going to use Apple taxi again!!!
