I wish I could share the same experience as others who reviewed. I placed a large toner order of gallons and liters only to find out that not all colors that I placed were available despite their online system allowing me to purchase as available. They held my order for a week and still shipped short. Ordered their DataColor Pro camera and have had nothing but troubles with the actual unit since I purchased. Got it, installed it and a week and a half later could not get it to work or connect to my cellphone. Called their technical team and could not assist me other than with simple step by step instructions that had nothing to do with my camera. Once they could not do more, they had me call the camera manufacturer rather than them doing so on my behalf and get instructions to fix my problem. At the end of the day, it was them whom I payed to for the camera. Manufacturer also had problems getting my investment to work properly and decided to send me a replacement unit, which ended up not working due to new firmware not being compatible with their (VinylPro) database. Four months later I am still waiting on them to help me. The owner promised to send that same day a replacement unit that would work and to my surprise, he also dropped the ball. If I would had not called asking for a status they would had never sent it anyways. He said he was glad I called otherwise I would had never gotten anything. Sorry is all I got. I hope that the replacement puts me out of my misery of having invested $500 on something that had given me no other than headaches.

Walked in cold, they did the research and 20 minutes later, I am walking out with a custom blended interior paint for my corvette. Now, I just call in the order and pick up refills on lunch hour. They get my repeat business because their prices are competitive with other internet sales and I can get it on demand. Thumbs up!.

Online customer, great service and quick shipping! Beat anything in my local area in price and speed in getting me what I needed. If I lived in Marietta I would be in this store monthly. I just might have to redo my truck interior again just to check out their custom paint mixing.
