I purchased my Ridgeline (SATIN) at auction. The truck had been stolen, spray painted black (originally gray), wrecked and recovered. Hello, I return to share with everyone how RJs went out off there way to make what was wrong right. They kept me up to date with pictures and called me the day before it was ready to let me know it would be done and washed up the next day.The care came out like new.I always like to give some a chance to make it right and RJs knocked it out of the part!!! DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. I took my car here to get the back exterior of my headlight fixed as well as a bump out and they took parts out of my car that interfered with my engine . They are scammers . Then he recommended me to a guy who can fix it just to get more money out of me . I should’ve known by how the customer before me was mad at them that these reviews are fake . DONT

Just bought a new car, it got into a minor accident when I walked into the office of RJ’s, they were nice and I felt like I have knew them for years. Melanie was there to greet me in a friendly way. Spoke to Jeff and he gave me an accurate description of details that needed to be done promptly. My car was soon repaired in the time estimate after that. Michelle was so great working with me during the process.

Excellent customer service. I went in to get a quote for my side mirror and Jeff was very detailed with everything as far in cost for parts and labor. The whole process was quick and easy. Very satisfied with the work that was done. Highly recommended and the staff is super friendly.

This is the 4th occasion of dissatisfaction with this repair shop. On more than one occasion have been scheduled to have work done, left my vehicle there only for it to be left without any diagnostic preliminary work. I’ve had my car carted off to other facilities without my primary consent for work they weren’t capable of completing in the first, as well as quoted for work, agree, only to have the price changed in a double talk fashion from the owner Jeff. I had become so wary of their tactics that I recorded my last interaction as proof so as not to be swindled. I’ve had enough of this repair shop and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to friends/family or Life University students!

Working with Michelle, Melanie, and Jeff is a wonderful experience. Michelle in particular took my call right at closing and was able to order my tire that evening! I have an odd tire size and they ordered 3 tires right away and had them on my car within a few days. A week or two later my 4th tire shredded (had plenty of tread) and they literally got me a 4th tire ordered overnight and replaced on my car a day later. Super fast, super professional. This is probably the 4th or 5th time I have used RJs for body work and tire replacement on my two family vehicles. Jeff shows you all the costs up front, doesnt pad the cost of parts, and does amazing work every single time. It is not often that you see such a great combination of professionalism, honesty, and passion for 10/10 customer service. My husband and I are customers for life!

My son had an accident in his 1996 F150 while interning in Atlanta just 2 days before having to return to school in Johnson City, TN. and had to leave it there.The truck belonged to his grandfather and is sentimental and we didn’t want it to be totaled.RJ’s was able and willing to work with us over the phone and have it towed to their shop and do an estimate and was able to keep the cost below the totaled out value.The repair on it is fantastic and they were able to keep the truck at their shop until I was able to come down from Nashville to pick it up.Jeff, Michelle, Edith and the entire staff there were remarkable to deal with from the beginning and I can’t begin to say how much I appreciate everything that they did!I highly recommend RJ’s for any work that you need done to your automobile.

My gf went to get a quote for this door dent she had on her mustang for years. She wanted to get a wrap for her carNot only did they fix the door at a reasonable price but they got the dents and rock dings out of the roof of the car. Best experience as i was there on passenger side and i was like wow this place is so affordable and the people are so friendly.We lived in Marietta at the time so it was perfect...Fast forward to today I live in Gwinnett county i could have found a shop closer but i wanted RJ’s touch so i drove the 30 min drive and i wasn’t disappointedMy car bumper was starting to lift off my car and they fixed it at affordable price the customer service was there that i like and it took them no time to fix it... i will continue to go here for any body needs for my car. Friendly, professional staff informed me that I did not need the repairs on my car that I needed and fixed it right there in the parking lot. They could have had me leave it, done the repair there and charge me/ins. company but they didnt. Very grateful for honest service, which is nice to still see. Thank you very much!

Jeff and his crew are great! After shopping around trying to get the work I needed at a reasonable price, I finally landed here. As soon as we walked into the office Jeff turned his computer so I could see it and showed me everything he was ordering and the labor involved so I knew that he was trustworthy and only doing the work required. After needing some additional work, Jeff even lowered my original bill down to keep me around the same threshold. Exceptional customer service, and trustworthiness. So I went to rj paint and body about 3 months ago to my windows repaired and my door hinges replaced. I have a old school Chevy el camino. The front windshield and rear window seals were old and leaking water, so I asked them if they could removed the windows repair the seals and reinstall them and also replace the old door hinges. Of Course they said the could and the gave me a quote for around 6 or 7 if the windshield breaks on removal. Of course the windshield broke on removal so the called and told me that the windshield would make the cost like 750, I agreed. They took a lil longer than expected to do the work so I wend and checked on it and they were doing what I thought was a good job. The following days they called and said it was ready and went to go get it. When this man Rj himself gave me the final price it was over 1200 dollars!!!! So I told him that wasn’t the price and he tried to act clueless and then change the price to like 9/950. Totally disappointed and felt took advantage of. I had there work looked over by another shop. The doors hinges were not seated all the down the door hinge itself and the rear window was still leaking water in the same spot. Don’t be business and make sure you get everything in writing from them.

The staff and the service was great. My car need a lot of work. Jeff, the owner, was great to work with. Hes a very busy guy, but he took the time needed to assess my damages thoroughly. It took some time, but they were able to restore my car back to its original condition. Adrienne and Melody were also great to work with. They kept me informed week to week. Had an excellent experience with RJs. Recently used them to have some work done following a run in with an animal and they did a great job! We actually went out of the way to use them given the quality of work they did with my girlfriends car. They were very friendly, worked very quickly (hold up was due to the insurance company) and did a great job. The owner actually brought my car out upon pickup, noticed that I had low air pressure and wanted to make sure he took a good look so he pulled it back in and filled it up for a double check. Very friendly people and quality work. Highly recommend!

This was the best auto shop experience we have ever had! We were road tripping and pulled part of the bumper off. RJ’s fixed the bumper in NO TIME despite being closed for renovations and the staff was INCREDIBLE - kind, welcoming, knowledgeable. What an honest body shop that does some great work. Usually thats not the case from my past experience at other body shops. I pulled in after finding them online. The owner came out immediately and gave a very reasonable estimate. I drop my truck off a few days later to get my hood repainted. Truck was ready as promised and the owner went above and beyond and took care of my bumper and headlights that needed some work without changing the original price he had quoted me. Truly a great family run operation that cares for their customers. Highly recommend.

I brought my car into RJs for some scratches and dents to get repaired, not only did make the area of scratches and dents look brand new but the team there went above and beyond and continued into the interior. They cleaned and detailed the inside of my car even when that was not my intention of bringing the car to them. Honest body shop! RJ gave me a free estimate on my vehicle that was in an accident. He explained everything very well and sat down with me at the computer to go over repairs and pricing. He even looked at salvage yard websites to get prices on used parts. It is so rare to find good honest people in the car repair industry today, but this definitely one of them.

RJs has been taking care of my cars since we moved to Atlanta. As I prepare to take my old truck in for a lot of repairs I am comfortable because I know I am getting the best deal on the best work. Plus, you will never find a more kind and caring shop anywhere. They do amazing work and are completely upfront about everything, no hidden costs or shady practices. If I can, I will always take my truck there. The one time I didnt (because I live about 30 miles away and towing would have been a nightmare) my truck had trash left in the engine bay and wasnt put back together properly. Trust RJs.

The owner is less than professional and would rather lose a customer, as opposed to keeping one, because of his temper. This is my experience. He billed more than $4K to the insurance company paying for the body work in my accident, had my car in excess of 30 days, and had the audacity to try and charge me for the $300 of extra work. I was more than happy to pay for the extra work, had they gotten my car completed in a timely manner, instead of emailing me several times with empty promises and missed deadlines.They did end up doing a good job on the body work, but no communication was started on their end to let me know what was going on during this 6 week time frame.Worst of all, the owner, Jeff Glatzer, threw my keys at me, hitting me in the chest while yelling profanities at me and to get out of his shop! This is not a small business that I will recommend. He was threatening and ridiculously out of control!

Great customer service. Great people. We got quoted $150 to fix our broken bumper on the Prius and they actually reduced the price to $50 after seeing it was much less to fix than estimated. Thats never happened to me! I will definitely go back!

WOW! Jeff, the owner of RJs got my family out of a major bind! While travelling from Canada to Florida on vacation we got into an accident in Marietta (bumper, hood work, fender, tie rods, headlight, paint, rim, etc.). I dropped our van off on Monday morning, and Jeff expedited our repair so we could continue our Disney vacation using a rental. Despite his shop being very busy, because of its excellent reputation, he managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule. On our way back from Florida 10 days later the van was ready! The delay to our vacation, including drop-off, paperwork, and pick-up, was only about 3 hours total (unbelievable) thanks to Jeff and the excellent staff at RJs. This is despite delays with my insurance company, and with getting some Canadian parts for our caravan. RJs worked very hard to get us back on the road as we were on our return trip back through Georgia. The repairs were very well done (zero complaints). I cant say enough good things about this shop, highly recommended!!! thanks Jeff for taking such good care of us, you took away a lot of our stress -- Wayne B. and family.

I was given an estimate which was fair and reasonable by Jeff. They currently had other work in process and told me that they could work me in between those jobs if I needed it ASAP. I told them it wasnt an emergency and asked to be rescheduled. I did return in a week. I was there early on my appointment day. Within 45 minutes they brought out what looked like a new version of my 14 year-old car. I dont think the headlights looked that good when I bought it! I was told that the lights were already aimed and the only items left were payment and collecting my warranty. This was an outstanding experience and I hope more businesses return to the practice of treating customers like friends and acquaintances, not just bottom line profits.

Where do I start, this place far exceeded my expectations! I took my car in for a repair that was a result of me side swiping a brick wall that borders my driveway. First of all, I chose RJ’s Auto Body Plus because of their positive reviews, and I was not disappointed ! Not only is everyone that I dealt with great, but while my car was in for the repair, our handicap van, which is my son’s only means of transportation, had a little mishap. He was starting school in 2 days and we needed to be able to transport him to his school in Fayetteville, GA. I took the van over to their shop and asked if they could possibly look at the van and could they please repair the damage so that I could use the ramp safely. They were more than happy to help me and to accommodate my time crunch.If I could give them 10 stars I would. Plus, my car looks great and no one will ever know that I had side swiped a brick wall.

I was new to this place and had no clue where to go to get the bumper fixed, I visited few places before going to RJ and the estimate which I was getting was not satisfactory as compared to the work which had to be done. I searched online and after reading the reviews I decided to visit this place. To begin with I was very happy with the way I was treated by Jeff and his staff, they were so polite and welcoming. The estimate he gave me was appropriate and fixed my car pretty quick. After that ..I always visit RJ for any kind of repair. I feel that my car is in good hands when I want the work to be done....Thanks to Jeff his team.

Our black BMW had a white very visible scratch on the front bumper, probably hit while being parked, and we brought the car in thinking that we would have to get the entire bumper repainted. After a discussion with David he recommended they buffer the area which removed the scratch. While removing the front bumper scratch they also removed a mark that had been on our trunk. There advise saved us money and time. I am always a fan of a business that makes recommendations that technically cost them money. During our visit they also gave us various tips to remove small scratches. RJs will be our new local body shop.

My sunroof was leaking. They were able to see me the same day and repair it. Great customer service.

By far the best recommendation ever! The customer service was amazing! Everyone with whom I had contact with were super nice. I was very nervous to leave my car with a shop that I had never been to, seen, or heard of but, I am very please with the quality of work, as well as the quick turnaround with my vehicle. It looks better than the day I purchased it. Jeff assured me that everything would be ok and it was better than ok. Thanks guys!

RJs Auto Body Plus has repainted one car for me and done paint and body repairs on two other vehicles that I own. This company will work with you to understand exactly what you want and when you need the work completed and they are reasonable in what they charge and they deliver on time. This is a company you can trust.

I had my car repaired at RJs two weeks ago. The car was read ended and needed a new bumper. RJs fixed it on time and kept my car clean. They also deal with insurance directly, and saved my lots of trouble. There was some miscommunication at the end that caused me waiting for 3 more hours than the planned time. Other than that, I was happy about their service and would recommend them to others.

Jeff and his crew at RJs Auto Body Plus were amazing to work with. It truly is hard to find this caliber of service these days.Jeff met me early in the morning to receive the vehicle and return the vehicle. As a small business owner, getting to the job site on time is crucial. Therefore, this little extra went a long way in my book.Jeff and his team went out of their way to save money on the repairs. Jeff showed me the different options on replacement parts and gave me his honest opinion on each one of them. After deciding, he made no attempt to convince me otherwise, he just ordered the parts and got to work.After disassembling the front end, Jeff decided that the brackets would need to be replaced or worked on. Instead of just purchasing four new brackets ($100/bracket), Jeff had his crew work on straightening the brackets (their only purpose being to hold the bumper on). This not only saved me a lot of money, but because of RJs Written Warranty on all repairs, my mind is at ease with the workmanship on the brackets.RJs actually received the vehicle and finished the repairs in one day. However, because of personal time restraints, I was doubtful of being able to pick up the vehicle before the shop closed. Jeff actually offered to stay late to meet me (mind you, this was after meeting me early that morning to receive the vehicle). I declined Jeffs offer on the basis of overstaying my welcome. Instead, Jeff met me, again early the next morning, to return the vehicle.I would refer Jeff and RJs Auto Body Plus to anyone I know. And should the need arise again, RJs will be my first stop without hesitation.

Extremely honest and nice!!!Last oil change I got, was at my dealership, they scratched my car by bumping into a light pole. I was told to get two estimates on the damage. RJs was the first stop for an estimate. They took a look at the scratch and wanted to see if it could be buffed before it would need painting and the buff got it out. Jeff, the owner, shook my hand and said the buff was on the house.I highly recommend this bodyshop a look before anyone else!
