My little car is really nothing compared to many of the exotics and high end European beauties sitting up on the racks but you wouldnt know it by the way Brian, Mike, young Cameron and owners Rocco - Frankie treated me the last few days. They each talked in length about what they do and how excited they were to make me happy!None of these cars are for the faint of heart but if you love your car and want it looking and running perfect - spend your money and get the value you expect, not to mention a 24 month, 24k mile warranty. The shop is absolutely spotless. They use fender skirts, floor protectors and the techs all wear protective gloves. Whats with that??Wheres the 6 on a 5 star review guys?Mark

When I experienced a Check Engine - Engine Control Fault warning on my car, I called the dealer for a service appointment, which could be no earlier than 1 month out, due to a full appointment schedule. Rather than wait with a potentially serious engine issue on hand, I decided to take it to Roccos European Garage for diagnosis.I had read a lot of favorable reviews online about their super clean shop floors and highly trained technicians, and found this to be true of my experience as well. They diagnosed my car quickly, explained the work it needed, and repaired it with parts ordered from the dealership. So far, so good, with the faults cleared and new spark plugs and ignition coils. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future for scheduled maintenance or unexpected mechanical issue. Well done!

I have been coming to Roccos garage for over 3 years for my 2008 Porsche Cayenne. They provide a great value if you do not want to spend tons of money at the dealership. Brian and Alex at the front desk are courteous and professional. If you are not car expert, they listen to you and help you figure what what service will be best for your car. You do not feel pressured in getting more things done than what you expected. Their technicians have certifications and experience in European cars. Make an appointment to avoid disappointment or long wait. There is a small but cool vibe waiting room with large glass garage door. Free WIFI and coffee is available so you can hang out there while your car gets repaired and chat with Brian and Alex. There is also an Enterprise rent a car close by where you can rent a car if you need to drop off your car for a longer period.They are not cheap but a great value for the money and a trustworthy team.

Took my vehicle in for a gas leak. And they quickly identified the issue and was able to have the vehicle back to me by the weekend. I was contacted daily and updated on any changes. Upon picking up my vehicle, it had been cleaned and was presentable. I am very satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be returning to them in the future.

I will make my concerns brief and honest. My wife and I had been using Roccos for several years for maintenance on both of our cars. I had issue with my Porsche locking and going into safety mode. Roccos first diagnose the oil sensor, which was replaced. Then I told it was electric issue, which the Porsche Dealer later resolved by simply replacing a relay switch. Still have the same issues the car it was towed to the East Cobb location on 2 separate times, then they suggest the PCM unit, they took to the Porsche dealership in Alpharetta to have it program. The unit could not be programmed then, I told the part was defective and need be replaced overnight coming from Germany, they took tow the car to Perimeter Porsche dealership. Pleases note new part was ship to replace the defective PCM, this was a complete dishonest statement by the shop. The car was completely mis-diagnoses. The car was left outside for 10 days or more doing some tremendous rain storms. The Porsche Dealership not Roccos identified the a defective windshield allowed rain to access behind the dashboard cause considerable damage to the electrical system. Roccos even charge me towing for the mis-diagnoses, in addition I requested Roccos replace and flush the braking system fluids the the Porsche dealer determine the fluid was old and had not been replace. I had pay the Porsche Dealership to correct the problem. I would advise to avoid using this shop altogether.

I have take timeout to leave a review for these guys. I never really do this,but I see credit where it fits. I’m intrigued by talented experience and knowledge this staff carries with them.If you have a European type vehicle and you haven’t been here bring your vehicle here. This guys has figured out what 5 other shops couldn’t figure out all in one day.I will definitely be back, however my diagnosis has me considering a replacement vehicle for my X5.5 Star repair shop/Customer Service/and waiting area. My experience with Roccos was great all the way around especially Richard help me submit a claim to my warranty company and went above and beyond his job to try to secure my rental car and all even when the company gave us the run-around he made sure to make everything happen in a timely fashion definitely will be using them again for any of my needs

The guys at Roccos went above and beyond to help me put. They were able to diagnose and fix an issue I had with the air suspension on my 2012 Porsche Cayenne. Disappointed, to say the least!I drove up from Charleston, South Carolina to purchase a 2011 BMW X3 35i M-Sport with only 56k miles on it; I used Roccos to do the pre-purchase inspection. I was buying the vehicle from a very reputable source, so really didnt even feel like I needed to do an inspection to begin with, but went ahead with it anyway. I brought the vehicle to Roccos with ALL of the previous service paperwork—which it turns out they didnt even bother to look at, hence the issue below…Long story long—this car had recently had the valve cover gasket replaced, as is very typical on a BMW with around 50k miles—very low miles for this model year by the way; yet another reason I was not worried about the vehicle—it looked to have been kept extremely well. Anyway, I have since learned that when the valve cover is put back on, there are several steps that MUST be done in-order, otherwise it will return a bunch of fault codes… and this is precisely what happened. So, rather than looking at the service records and realizing this was the case, they just put up this giant red flag and told me NOT to buy the car because it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to repair all the issues. Furthermore, the tech himself did not come out to even bother discussing it with me; he handed his results to the front office guy and expected him to know how to decipher it all. The front office guy fumbled in trying to even get through it, yet he himself was the one to put up the red flag. TERRIBLE!In case you are wondering, the codes were all electronic faults because of all the circuitry that runs through the valve cover were not reset properly on the reinstall. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS were on indicating any issues. It was simply due to the steps on the reinstall not being done precisely correct… which it turns out is no big deal!Long story longer—my brother in law is a factory dealership tech and I called him and gave him the codes. He told me not to even worry about it and what exactly they all meant. He lives out of state, otherwise I would have just had him inspect it. I bought the car, have had it now for a few months, its been in for regular scheduled maintenance and the BMW guys all said exactly what I have mentioned above. Had I NOT had a resource to call upon, I would have likely just listened to the guys at Roccos and ended up not getting the car I had been searching for. ARGH!All they needed to do was look at the paperwork I provided them and everything would have been just fine. We rely on our service guys to not only give us an honest answer, but to also to do their own due-diligence in finding out the bigger picture… which they DID NOT.Im not asking them to do a bunch of research… just look over the previous service records. Thats part of what were paying for, after all! I wish I had my $180 back.It would be my recommendation to look elsewhere for your BMW service center—there are plenty in the north metro Atlanta area and its my opinion that most of them would be far better. Again, this is only my opinion and nothing more. Cheers!

Update Sept 24, 2021. in my opinion, these guys are the best mechanics I have ever worked with.They have been my trusted shop over 5 years, and they stand by their work, if there are any issues, they correct it immediately, no charge, no fuss.If you have a Jag, BMW, or other European make, these are the guys you want to take your car to. I previously took my XJ to the dealer, where they often did poor work and charged me an arm & a leg. You can trust that Rocco’s will do an amazing job for the right price.

Rocco’s performed a Pre Purchase Inspection on a E350 I was considering (and ultimately did) purchasing. They were honest up front and professional. Daniel the young man working the front desk is particularly awesome. He exemplifies professionalism and went above and beyond when I called 3 days after purchasing the car. I had difficulty navigating the infotainment system and on a whim called Roccos to see if they could help me. Daniel told me to stop by and he would sit down with me to help me figure it out. Theyve worked on just about everything European. I also like how they text or email you the estimate very soon after looking at your car. And the prices seem more fair than the dealers.

I went to roccos recently because they had called me on regards of the review I had left about my Mini Cooperand they offered to help fix my car again for free to make me happy and I really appreciated it, there services was excellent.

I was referred to Roccos after taking my car (Audi ) to the dealership for recommended services for a timing chain, which was not needed after speaking with Brian. Gino and Brian were very professional and honest about the repairs. Brian explained all the repairs to me and showed me the parts that the dealership didnt replace. His knowledge and professionalism was great!

The team on Roswell Rd in Marietta went above and beyond when my BMWs cooling system failed. They stuck with the job until all was resolved and worked incredibly hard to put me back on the road as quickly as possible. Gino even texted to make sure I made the drive to Savannah safely. The whole team is so professional! I havent had such a great customer service experience in a car repair shop in a very long time - quite refreshing and very much appreciated!

I cant say enough about this roccos location. they are always professional and dont push un-necessary or up sells. i have used them several times on my 2015 bmw 325i xi, they are always able to get the tasks done . sadly BMW repairs can be expensive but you get what you pay for. They are able to work with you to identify what can wait. really love them how they treat you well and take care of your car at the best price.

To be quite honest, I like Roccos...however on my most recent visit to there East Cobb/ Roswell Rd. location, they required me to pay the bill in full, immediately after asking for a deposit and before rendering service!Needless to say I felt disrespected and insulted...I was happy to give a deposit, thats understandable...Ive been going there for years and had never been treated like an untrustworthy or under valued customer until now...not coolOf course Ill be researching and looking for a more respectful mechanic who truly values longterm customer patronage.

I recently went to Roccos to have a car evaluated before I bought it. Not only were they very friendly and accommodating (they fit me into their schedule without an appointment since my time was limited), they went above and beyond to go over all the small issues the car had and recommended what should be done so Id have a complete picture of the car I was (and did) buy. Rocco and his team were even nice enough to help explain many details I was unfamiliar with so I could negotiate a better deal at the dealership. I truly appreciated their help and skilled work and will be taking my newly purchased Mini to them for service in the future. Its hard to find a place thats run efficiently, honestly and is also patient and friendly with its customers, especially when they have lots of questions, like I always do. I cannot recommend these guys enough -- theyre the real deal.

I never actually went to the location or met Gino face to face (had local dealer drop off car at the shop for PPI), but it was a great experience nonetheless. The guys at the shop were thorough with the inspection and told me everything that was right and wrong with the car and made sure to follow up on all my questions. There was some issue with receiving the report through the email, but Gino worked that out and all is well. I would definitely recommend this shop for all your needs for any type of car.

I had a left wheel bearing replaced, when I was informed at another establishment that it was the right wheel bearing. These guys are A-1! Service was impeccable. Gino was super helpful. My Mercedes 1999 SLK230 k-40 relay module was faulty they repaired it and also found that I needed my belts and pulley replaced. My car is running smooth! Will definitely use these guys again!

I dropped off a Mercedes-Benz S Class over the weekend to Roccos European Garage for a pre-purchase inspection, for peace of mind and to make sure that the vehicle was in good shape before purchase. Frankie performed a detailed, in-depth inspection of the vehicle and also did a road and highway test drive. He advised of a few minor issues that only a thorough and meticulous inspection would uncover, and he also advised what could go wrong and what is likely to go happen with the vehicle in the next six month to a year. Frankie gave me the peace of mind and advice necessary for me to purchase the Benz in confidence, and for that I am truly grateful. I purchased the car yesterday and I will definitely bring it to Frankie and Rocco for my standard maintenance and repairs. These guys are the gold standard.

Because it should be covered by Audi under my warranty, I asked them to prepare a summary of the issue so I could take it to Audi USA and the dealership. They were nice enough to go out of their way to do that for me. Highly recommend!

I had my car fixed here in October of last year. They replaced the spark plug coils and wires. I was very pleased at the time of service because the customer service was great and so was the turn around. Now, a little over a year later, I am having to have them redone because the parts they used are cheap Chinese parts and 3 of them are already malfunctioning and cracked. You would think a European car garage would use better quality materials, especially given the prices they charged. I would not recommend bringing your car here.

This is my second time this year to have repairs done. Each time no sugar coating, just the exact cause of what was wrong and the costs were very reasonable compared to the dealership. Ask for Chris when you stop by the Roswell Road location, very personable and extremely professional. Highly recommended if you own a European car or SUV.

These guys are the real deal! Honest and great auto shop....yep I just used honest in my description!! I found them!! Took my Range Rover and Audi into these guys for a couple of odd issues recently and was crossing my fingers that they were as good as their reviews. End result? Could not have been happier! They did a diagnosis on the Range Rover and explained why I actually didnt need any work done right now, simple tweak, and what to watch for in the future...read that again! Ever been to a dealership that did that?!?! NO! Then they walked me through the issue with my Audi. They did the work efficiently around my schedule, was exactly the amount they told me and its running great. Incase you are wondering, no Im not related to anyone there!! Lol, this is just one of the best shops Ive ever been to (and Ive lived all over the US). You will NOT regret taking your vehicles here. Great staff, friendly owner...great work. I took my car there after a week owning it to have it inspected. They didn’t do anything to it, they didn’t recommend me any maintenance and they’re service cost me $300. When I got the car back, the right reverse light is out, and both front tires are low on pressure. Did they even pull my car into their garage? What did they do with my car for three hours? I guess it’s a nice shop if you like wasting money.*Update: After writing this review I got a phone call from Roccos general manager to clarify that I was charged $390 for an oil change service, engine air filter, cabin air filter replacement, and a walk around inspection. They only did that based off the mileage the car had (Not actually checking if it was a necessary service). That’s not when he got me riled up. It was when he told me at Roccos they mark up their 5 quarts of oil at $50 because that’s how they stay in business. The general manager also said they only use OEM parts in Rocco, which is a lie. They use OE parts which usually cost 1/3 of the price of a true OEM part. I don’t have any problem with using OE replacement parts, but you know it’s wrong to mark it up as if it came from Audi themselves and tell me it’s OEM. So I called the general manager out on his bs. If Roccos charges that much for a job that requires minimal tools then why wouldn’t I just go to the dealership. I told him i wasn’t going to go back a second time to point out what they’ve overlooked and then get charged another HUGE bill for them to replace a backup bulb. On a $390 bill for a subpar job, you don’t get a second chance to waste my time. At that price I expect the job to be done right the first time with actual info on the car after the inspection.My review might be 2 years overdue, but after reading some of the 5 star reviews they have, most of them sound like they were written by the same person. So I thought it was time Roccos got honest feedback.

I definitely recommend Roccos for a pre-purchase inspection if you are looking to purchase a used car. IT IS WORTH THE MONEY! I contacted them via their website to see if this was a service they would be able to provide on a Saturday. Gino got back to me promptly, talked over what the inspection would cover and set up a time for me to bring the used car in the next day. Frankie was at the shop to greet me and again went over what they would be inspecting. They did a great of explaining the issues found on the car and ultimately advised me not to purchase the car due to body work not reported in the CarFax and the extensive work that would be needed to really get the car back to where it needed to be. The cost of the inspection was MONEY WELL SPENT! I cant thank them enough for giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Thanks again!

This was my first time with Rocco’s at his location. Loved service by Chris! They were patient and quick with service. Prices were reasonable too.Definitely coming back.

I live out of state and was buying a car sight-unseen from Select Luxury Cars, which is close to Roccos. For peace of mind, before purchasing I had the car sent to Roccos for a pre-purchase inspection. I dealt with Gino, and he was very friendly and professional. They called with a detailed report of the inspection, and so far, the car has been great and their inspection seems to have been accurate.I was especially impressed that Gino texted me a week later just to make sure everything was good and there were no issues with the car. That kind of above and beyond service is really rare! I really recommend these guys...

Impeccably clean shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff who I can trust working on my older BMW; would recommend to any European car owner not able to use the dealership, and they provided a nice exterior rinse!

I spoke to Chris on the phone about several issues. He was very polite, listened to each of my issues and offered advice/suggestions. This has not been my experience when calling around this past week to other auto repair shops. So, that alone was impressive. When I arrived the shop was very nice and clean.For this initial visit I wanted to get a quote for my SUV - I was trying to add something not original on the car. I wasnt even sure if it was possible. And I had some minor paint damage they said they could fix while I waited.In the meantime I have a second car that needs a part. So, while they were evaluating my SUV to see if I could do the add on and working on the paint damage we spoke about a part I needed for my car that is very expensive. Chris is going to look for the part as salvage or after market to save me money. Thats great - they will do the leg work!At the end of my visit the paint damage on the SUV was fixed and looked great. When I tried to pay for the evaluation on the SUV and the paint repair they said no charge - at all. WOW! I feel like I won a prize. I will definitely be going back when the needed part is found. I highly recommend this first class, polite shop!

Brought my car in on this Saturday, Chris told me the car was repaired and was running perfectly that same evening. I picked up my car on Sunday because the shop closed before I could get there on Saturday. Driving home I quickly discovered my had not been repaired. The car had the exact same symptoms and the performance was worst than when left with Rocco’s on Saturday. I am so angry! Is it because I am a women! I can’t believe this!
