I can honestly say that I’ve never given a recommendation for someone for auto repair when they never even touched my vehicle. But here I am. 10/10 would recommend Ron & Nancy. I called from out of state looking for some help for my daughter who recently moved to the Marietta area. She was stranded with her car at the dealership with a recall but they didn’t have time to repair. With it being their only vehicle they needed it repaired quickly. My son-in-law has his yearly military drill set for this week (it had been rescheduled 4 times because of covid) and they NEEDED the car. After calling multiple dealerships with no luck, we decided to call a “ma & pop” repair shop & see if we could just pay for the repair. Quick google search got me a guy named Scott who only repaired stick shifts transmissions but gave me the number of someone who could help me. Enter, Nancy. Not only was she knowledgeable about the recall process, she is also a mom who can sympathize with this mom who is trying to help her (grown) kid long distance. She called the dealership to order the part needed to repair the car and the dealership said that they would take care of it (after telling us it would take 2 weeks before they could even look at it). Y’all! There are still “good people” out there! And I’ll tell you what! Nancy is one of them! I cannot thank you enough, Nancy! I appreciate all you did today ❤️

I dont normally leave reviews on google, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. The wonderful people at RNJ took very great care of my car while my engine was being replaced. They made sure every was working properly before handing it back to me. Throughout the whole process they gave me updates and communicated with me consistently. You always worry when taking your car to a mechanic that they are going to take advantage of a laymans lack of car knowledge or screw you over with over priced parts, but I never felt that with RNJ. I could always trust that they were going to take care of my car and do whats best for me.

Rob & Nancy always squeeze us in and they have always repaired our vehicles at a fair cost.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service that I received from RNJ. My work truck had an alternator issue while in the area. I called Nancy on a late Friday afternoon, she immediately told me to bring it in and they would get me running that day. While running into some complications, Rob was able to find out that the true problem was coming from bad wiring, and they did absolutely everything possible to get me back on the road and to work. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, sympathy for my situation, and ability to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend service like this to anyone. I took my 2009 Honda CRV out of state and overheated the engine very badly needed at engine replacement I was able to bring my vehicle in and get service with a long process over the holiday of Thanksgiving after several weeks I received my vehicle engine was running but unfortunately my rear end had received damage from an unknown source to this day we have no idea who damaged three of our vehicle whether or satou people or something happened while at the shop but it has been almost a year and over 50,000 miles later the engine works and the vehicle is operating grey I am taking my vehicle back today to rnj for AC repair maintenance. The staff there are very friendly and informative
