I took my 2007 Lexus 460 LS to these wonderful mechanics today, 10/31/18 to repair an oil filter housing, They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and gave a fair price to complete the repair. The dealership wanted to charge me 4 times more.These guys were my angels today!!!!’ Take all of your repairs to Parks Auto. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Mediocre service and kind of rude won’t be spending any more money here.

Repeatedly charged an arm and a leg to replace parts that didnt fix the problem. Does not try to redeem the situation at all: no discounts on follow up repairs, no refunds for the work the didnt fix the problem. Just gives a bunch of lies about that needed to be fixed anyhow. Save your time and money and take it to a mechanic who can actually solve your car problems.

They dont have sophisticated equipment to diagnose your car problem, so they basically just take an educated guess on what the problem is. The majority of the time, they guess wrong, you still have a problem, and they still will to charge you $600. They make absolutely no effort to make things right: No refund, no free follow-up work, not even a slight discount on follow-up work. They just tell you oh that part needed replaced anyhow... So if you like paying hundreds of dollars for them to not fix your car, come to Parks Auto Service.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle. Honest and trustworthy, they are the best auto shop I know.

Do not trust them you were warned!They will say your car has an oil leak you need the whole oil pan replaced. To solve the problem all you had to do is tighten the bolt.

Ok, my name is James and not Dudley. I live in Marietta. Shons Auto is excellent. They really know Honda, Toyota and Nissan. My uncle had them replace the engine electrical harness on his older Honda Accord a few years back. It worked without a problem. That level of skill is remarkable for a small shop. Recently, I had my front brake roters and pads replaced. They did a great job. Park and his team do good work at reasonable prices.

I definately bring my car to let them fix. He is so sweet and he know what is he doing. He check my car until problems are gone away. If someone said they are bad it automatically means he or she is the one who never listen and just do whatever he or she wants to do. They let you know how to keep your car. A lot of people like them and let them fix their car. All customers who visit more than twice, they definately trust on them.

I wanted to share my experience with A-1 Japanese Auto (also known as Park Japanese Auto _The best mechanic, seriously. I went to Autonation Nissan Dealership because my car was buckling and after spending 122 dollars they told me I needed over 4 thousand dollars worth of work on my Murano which only just got 100k miles on it. I was thinking, I might as well trade it in and left.While driving home, I saw Park Japanese Auto shop listed online as a-1 Japanese Auto. I stopped by and the gentleman was very nice, told me he would give me a good price to fix everything. Just to drop it off in the morning.Next day (today) I dropped it off and was called an hour or so later, saying that 1 I did not need two new control arms bushings for my car (autonation Nissan charge was 1200) Second I needed 3 engine mounts ( autonation quote 1800) that they would do that for 600 and the rest was a little bit over 400 more dollars. They also changed my oil and new wiper blades and filled low fluids for a total of 1050 dollars all together(compared to over 4000 dollars at Nissan Autonation)When I arrived to pick up my car the gentleman was almost done and showed me all the parts he replaced and what he did with the car. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond my expectations. Not only that he saved me a ton of money that I am so grateful for.My car feels and sounds brand new now and for a great and honest price.Thank you Park Japanese Auto !!I highly recommend everyone to go there if you have a Japanese car or any other car reallyAvoid Nissan Autonation at all cost, I knew the dealerships were higher but those prices were crazy
