Pick someone who can properly install brakes and not someone who scams renters - They are liars. They proved nothing to Turo and I was refunded my money from Turo. You dont deserve to be trusted with anything not rentals or maintenance on other peoples vehicles.I rented a vehicle through Turo (this business rents out vehicles through Turo) and the Brakes failed in the middle of the highway. I luckily swerved the car in time or else I would have gotten into a huge accident. The host tried to blame me for his own new brakes failing.Stay away from this business. The vehicle was setup to crash and this business should not be trusted.Next time you leave someone stranded and promise to pay for their ride back home - you should follow through with that.Host mentioned that the Emergency Brakes were used - well I wouldnt have used the Emergency Brake if the actual brakes were installed properly.If I hadnt acted quickly the the car would have crashed and put my life and my passengers lives in danger.Theyre clearly trying to scam people and profit off of their older vehicles/insurance money.

I got my Mini cooper regular service done here a month ago and I really liked their service, price and I felt theyre trustworthy. Today my car broke down all of the sudden on my way to office due to battery and I called them and asked if they can do it asap. SID(remember this name, because he’ll be helpful if you ever go there) asked me to bring in my car and he could do the job in next 3-4 hours. I took my car to garage and they gave me a fair quote and explained about list of batteries available in market and what suits best for my car. They did the job in just 1 hr 30mins. They not only did a great job fast, but also cared about my satisfaction(assuring about quality of battery) and experience(walking me to the waiting room and giving WiFi details so I can work when I wait). I love this place.

They’ve done an oil change as well as a big service (timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, rear coil, rear brakes, etc) on my Lexus. They explain what is needed without high pressure tactics I’ve experienced at other locations. They offer a warranty on their work and are priced fair. I will be back as this is my go to shop now!

I purchased a synthetic oil change through Groupon I called to schedule an appointment and I was told to text a different phone number,Each time I texted the number to schedule an appointment I was told they were booked 2 weeks out each time which was a total of 3 different occasions in almost a 2 month time span.I’m assuming I was texting the same person each time and in my opinion I was given the run around because I had a Groupon vs paying full price out of pocket.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, they helped me do the pre purchase inspection at the last miuntes before my purchase. They took the car in and checked everything for me! Even afterward, the owner texted me and tell me how to maintain my car and what type oil should I put in. If you are looking for someone that is experienced at a affordable price! I bought the groupon for synthetic oil change, transmission drain and fill and inspection. 2 days later my engine blew up and car is now worthless. NEVER ONCE, did the mechanic advise me that I needed my engine looked at. So what kind of inspection did I get? NOTHING. He mentioned a couple things needed fixing that were minor in comparison to the bigger issue. I wrote a negative review of my experience, and the owner, Sid, immediately texted me and nicely had my car towed back to his shop and that is when he told me I needed a whole new engine. He told me itd be $4000.00 and that i could apply for financing through easy pay which is a terrible company with 100% interest rates. When I told him I would not be getting my car fixed because it was not worth it, he had the nerve to tell me there was a $70 towing fee. I am now in the beginning process of legal resolutions because of neglect on behalf of this shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Been going there since 2012 when I bought my 05 Audi A4, always skeptical when trying locals mechanics but took a shot with them and never regretted it... oil changes, full engine coolant system replacement, brakes, window regulator to just topping off liquids(coolant when it wad leaking and not enough funds yet) ...never had a problem and always informative of there services. Never worked on my baby until I approved off the work. And prices are never beaten any were else especially the stealership.

I had brake service with BG engine cleaning. It was acceptable price for independent auto shop. However, front brake pads are defective and I had to visit their shop several times includes dealership in order to find what the problem was. They honored to repair my car even gave me upgrade and reimburse stealership diagnostic cost. It is a small auto shop but I feel they really tried to take care of their customers.

I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil change. Unfortunately I was unable to use the groupon because I was told they were booked solid for two weeks. They had no time to do a 20 minute oil change at all for two solid weeks. What a disappointment. You advertise a special on Groupon to get business and cannot even handle the business you are getting from advertising the Groupon? Also I called this place three separate times at 9:15, 11:03, and around 1:00. No one ever answered the phone only response came through texts. If I had customers calling and money on the line I would make it a priority to answer the phone and also try and squeeze someone in earlier than two weeks for a simple oil change. There is too many other places who will make time for you, answer their phones, and try to accommodate you. I suggest go somewhere that will make time for you.

At first, I really, really, really liked this shop. I went in for the first time with my Audi to get an oil change, and I loved the place. Reasonable prices, everyone seemed knowledgeable, and the guys working inside were great. I actually chatted with a couple of the guys for a solid 20 mins. I dropped my car off and left feeling 100% certain that this was going to be my new mechanic. Was going to get all my oil changes and basic maintenance done here. I was sure of it. Then everything kind of fell apart.I came back and picked up my car, and it felt sluggish. A bit weird, but nothing too alarming, so I went home. Car was driving pretty weird for the next few days, then I came home one day and my girlfriend told me that there were oil spots all over the driveway where I parked. I parked in a different spot overnight, more oil. Uh oh. I checked the oil level and it was way over the full mark. It was all the way up the dipstick. Leaking and overfilled? Super weird.I went back to Luxury automotive, told them it was leaking oil and overfilled. To their credit, they admitted it was their fault, and I got like half of the story. This is what happened: they loosened the oil drain screw to prepare to drain the oil, but then got distracted and never drained it. Then they went ahead and filled it up with all 5 quarts of new oil. Then I guess they got distracted again and never re-tightened the screw. So, basically, they never drained the oil, put in a whole new 5 quarts of oil on top of the old oil, then left the drain plug half open. As a result, I was driving around for about 300 miles with twice the amount of needed oil while also dripping oil out of the bottom of my car. It was a mess.This also explains why my car was sluggish. If you have twice as much oil as you are supposed to, the oil level in the drain pan is way too high. Moving parts in the engine “whip” the oil into a froth, which makes it too thick to move around and lubricate properly.So, it’s basically like I drove for 300 miles with no oil in my engine. The guys at the shop said “well you only drove 300 miles. It should be fine.” Well, yeah, maybe. Maybe it is fine. I mean the engine didn’t blow up. But, did it damage some seals or internal components? No way to know. If my engine dies next year, I’m going to assume it was due to this mess. Obviously I didn’t expect them to replace my engine, but it did leave this shred of doubt in my mind that my engine has damage. That’s a very unfortunate result from a basic oil change.I’ve had a lot of oil changes at far sketchier places, and I’ve never had anyone mess it up, let alone mess it up this badly. Pretty much every step of the oil change was done incorrectly and it would have 100% totaled my car if I didn’t catch the leaking oil. This is supposed to be a luxury/german auto shop, and a basic oil change is an absolute disaster? I’ve been to $15 drive-through oil change shops run by high schools kids and they don’t make these mistakes.Anyway, they redid the entire oil change and sent me on my way. But, that’s all they did. The guy was very nice and apologetic, but they didn’t give me a refund, they didn’t offer to inspect my engine to make sure its okay, they didn’t give me a coupon… nothing. So, basically, I had to drive over there twice, I had to get down on my hands and knees and scrub the oil stains off my driveway, and there is a decent chance my engine was damaged. And, I don’t even get a refund for the initial oil change? Oof.The day after they “fixed” the problem, I went out to my car and the plastic splash-guard under my audi was dragging on the ground. They didn’t snap it back in properly. I called and told them what happened, and they said “well we’re busy today. Maybe come by tomorrow?” After all that happened, they wouldn’t even spare 5 minutes to fix their second mistake.I gave up, jacked up my car, and fixed it myself. Probably a blessing in disguise, really. I don’t even want to imagine what problem the third visit would have brought.

Euro Ultimate to have an oil leak and airbag light inspected. After diagnostics I agreed to the repairs. Upon returning a few days later to pick up my vehicle, I paid for the service and was given my keys. As soon as I drove away I knew something was wrong with the steering. I took the car back and they confirmed that they had failed to realign my steering after working on the steering. I was sent to Firestone to get an alignment. I was only supposed to be picking up my car then going to work. Due to their error I spent 3 hours waiting on a car that was supposedly ready to pick up. This interrupted my busy work schedule and caused me to discount a customer just to keep them, after I was two hours late for an appointment.The following day, my airbag light came back on, and my car began leaking oil worse. I called greg at Euro Ultimate, who told me to bring the car back and they will get me in a loaner/rental. I was led to believe that Euro Ultimate (henceforth referred to as EUA) would cover the cost of this. After about three days of waiting for a diagnostic I got a call back from Greg. It was going to cost about $1000 for additional repairs, and I decided I didnt want to continue putting money into my car, as it is now ten years old. I took back the rental (a Toyota Prius) as Greg said I could, and got my car as is. I was NEVER told I would be responsible for any expense of a rental. I was led to believe EUA would cover it. I never even asked for or mentioned getting a rental.Today my wife was billed $300 for the rental (her credit card was on file). Upon calling EUA, Greg told my wife that he repeatedly told me I would be charged if I didnt go through with the repairs. This was never said, in any form. There was no mention of billing me even when I picked up my Jetta and dropped the rental at the shop. When I tried to call the office, I got the answering machine. On the rental paperwork it is hand written Bill to [EUA]. AVOID.
