I had the best experience Ive ever had at a garage. I Needed new tires and decided I would try Jacks tires.They exceeded my expectations. They didnt talk down to me because Im a woman who didnt know one tire from another. They explained what and how they were doing. Were very patient and sooo nice. Also, had my oil changed and the whole thing wasless time than they originally told me. I will only usethis business in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.The man that took care of my car (an older gentleman) met me at the door (I called in to see if they had an opening) and began assessing the car right away. Extremely professional and courteous. The entire team was prompt and kind.You don’t quite expect to be treated so kindly from an auto shop, but this place was the cream of the crop. Truly impressed! Will definitely be going back for future work.

Super customer service. You feel like a person and not a number. My new set of tires and alignment was fairly priced. The friendly service at Jacks is equal to Chik-Fil-A. It must be a southern thing.

Nice people. Had a nail in my tire. They looked at it, pulled the nail out, checked for air leak. Sent me off with all 4 tires filled with the correct amount of air pressure in no time! Thank you so much!

Now, recently widowed, I feel extremely vulnerable when making decisions regarding the upkeep of my/our vehicle(s).That said, I recently took my main vehicle to Jacks Tire & Auto Service for a simple oil change. I was pleasantly greeted and, after I explained my situation, the lead mechanic, Louis, extended his condolences and assured me that I would be taken care of; my trust was in his hands. After waiting no more than ten minutes, Louis came back to me and, with great care and with no judgement, told me that my truck did not need an oil change and that it wouldnt need one for some time to come. I was told that all of my trucks fluids were topped-off and a new oil change STICKER was provided for me; gratis. I cried!I have a lot to figure out and maneuver through in this new life of mine without my best friend, my husband. I can, however, find solace in knowing that wont have to think twice about who to trust when it comes to where to go for the servicing of my vehicle(s).I am very grateful for the honesty and integrity of Jacks Tire & Auto Services employees/management, and am incredibly appreciative to Louis, who was so very kind to me.

I called one day to see if theyd be able to take care of an oil change when I got off of work, they told me they usually start winding down and getting ready to close around the time I was going to be able to get there after work and to call when I was getting off. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze me in. The experience was the best Id ever had getting an oil change in my entire life! I was in and out in no time. The staff was very friendly and went out off their way to accommodate me. I would highly recommended their services.

They spent 30 minutes trying to patch up a tire I already knew wouldnt be fixed with a patch thats why I directly asked for another tire.

Showed up out of nowhere and they had me in and out within an hour with two new tires for my jetta. Completely awesome prices, I expected to pay a lot more, and the guys working there were super friendly. Best existence Ive had in the 6 years Ive lived in Georgia. They are about 25 minutes out of my way and I will absolutely make that drive the next time I need tires, passing by at least 15 other tire places on the way. The service was that good.

Had a flat tire on my car, stopped in and the guys were on it.Spoke to someone as soon as I walked in the door and had my car up and running in 15 min.I even asked the guy to do me a favor on a different tire and they gladly did it at no additional cost.Price was fair and service was great. Good to still have guys doing work the right way.

Weve been taking our cars to Jacks for about 15 years now, and have yet to have a negative experience. Theyre honest and fair in their pricing; you might find a cheaper price, but the work at those cheap places is, well, cheap! Not at Jacks, where youll get excellent work done at a fair price. The shop opens at 7:30am, which is great for dropping off your car before work, and they close at 6pm. Not open on the weekends. And when you need an odd sized tire (my son has a Kia Rio and a lot of places dont carry the right size), Jacks can get it. That day. My car is 18 years old, my husbands is 12, and they keep them running good. Highly recommended!

He was great to work with, asking what kind of driving I do, what my needs really are, and then gave me multiple options. The office is little bit obsolete and need some cleaning, however I can understand that, this is the garage not nice looking restaurant.

It is hard to find someone to work on my Diesel Van and I was hopeful to find a quality shop. Unfortunately, I feel that I was robbed at Jacks Auto Repair. They charged me over $1000 for an oil change and a Glow Plug Relay.The relay should take 15 minutes to replace. I was charged $190 for a diagnostic test that takes less than a minute to test Voltage on the Relay. Then I was charged $330 for a $35 relay and another $120 labor for a 15 minute job.For the Oil Change, I was charged $11 per Quart and 3 hours of labor. That became a $400 oil change.Kevin is super friendly but everything stops there. I DO NOT Recommend Jacks.Update 4/5/2018During my over priced Visit to Jacks, they suggested that I get my brakes fixed. Since I already felt like I was getting ripped off, I declined to have them fix my brakes. Kevin actually wrote on my receipt that the Client Declines to repair brakes against the recommendation of the shop and Jacks is not responsible for any brake issues.Concerned by this, I took my vehicle to another shop and asked them to fix my brakes. They told me that my brakes were fine. Confused by this, I took my vehicle to a 2nd shop and they also told me that my brakes were fine.Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Jacks. Their Tire Store may be great but the Diesel repair is criminal.

Great and fast service today. They were able to remove wheel locks (I lost the key), rotate my tires, and patch a tire for 1/4 the cost the dealership quoted just to remove the wheel locks. Theyve gained a loyal customer!

Go get the job done but then theyll take you for a ride... When they commit to a repair theyll definitely get it fixed but will do everything from lie to try to use fear tactics to get you to make the purchase.My company has bought tires from them over the years for our Fleet utility vehicles and let me tell you, they do not last. After only a month or two they rupture and need replacing again! Dont make excuses as to why but all evidence seems to point to that they are selling tires either close to the expiration date or are out right expired.Theyve gotten better lately but theyre still hit-or-miss. I honestly cannot recommend them.

I brought my car in for a oil change and because it was making a horrible noise, I asked them to look at it fully expecting for them to come and give me the bad news. But that did not happen they said they could not find anything wrong with the car and when I got it back she sounded normal again!! I was so so happy! I have been bringing all my diffrent cars and trucks to them for service over the years and have never felt over charged or cheated. I will continue to use their service, Thanks guys for all your good work!

I found Jacks Tire and Auto Service via Google and decided to give it a chance. I recently moved from Cumming where I have my mechanics however, it is not practical for me to drive up there for service.I am glad I tried Jacks. The service was excellent. I will continue to come for all my auto repair/maintenance needs.

The best you know I called them like at 3:30 in the afternoon and said I need to tires places where we have to go get them they did and then they got two more for me and change the oil in my car they are the best

Honest, good price and great job. I do most my work myself but for things like alignments its not feasible to own the machine. Hate when a places try to make stuff up to generate work. These guys did the alignment and didnt try to get anything else fixed that didnt need fixed. Would highly recommend.

Went here to get new tires on a tight budget and the manager helped us out. Being a female who knows nothing about tires and walking into an auto shop can be intimidating but the manager walked me through my options and even negotiated with the price to stay in my budget. I ended up purchasing two new Toyo tires and a front end alignment and the whole process maybe took 30 minutes. I was very pleased with their customer service and prices and will definitely return in the future if I need anything else.

We have a decent size fleet of trucks and used Jacks Tires to service our vehicles. We had some good experiences, but the bad shadow the good experiences we did have. We had three separate incidents that caused us to cease using them. The first was they changed a damaged tire and forgot to tighten down the lugnuts, the second was and oil change where they left the oil cap off and left the funnel in the resevior. The last and final nail in the coffin was on our service truck and they said they couldnt find the part for it. They had our vehicle for over 4 months with no way for us to take the vehicle back. On top of that, they charged us to replace the batteries because it had sat so long and the batteries had died.Had heard good things, but these guys were careless and haphazard with their work.
