After doing a quote online i recieved a text saying they had a better rate for me. $63 a month! I hurried into the nearest branch to purchase said policy.... And they didnt have a policy that cheap. Instead it was $122 double the promised amount! This is called rate bating

Fast and courteous service, but I found out that they are mainly for people with crappy driving records that are willing to pay twice as much for insurance from a no name company. I was happy with them, but when my policy was up for renewal, I just happened to check with a major insurance company for a quote. Two vehicles with Velox: $1642. Two vehicles with the lizard: $840.

Edicson Guerra was very helpful in assisting with finding the best automobile coverage that was the right fit for me. I had never had to worry about insurance before because my parents always handled that. It seemed like an overwhelming process but Edicson was great. He was informative and understanding of the difficulty behind trying to handle things. He was very helpful. I am looking forward to working with this office and will definitely be referring my family and friends.

They work surprisingly fast and lowered my monthly fee by about $50!

This car insurance is good but they need better sale reps to let the customer know that if, when something happens they need to have a pacific car insurance why they can be covered, instead of the customer telling them what they think they should have !!!

Horrible....I found out my car insurance has been terminated from none payment after 2 weeks for getting insurance with velox, (I found this out through the tag office and not them) Never received a letter saying Welcome, never received a bill, never received a letter saying your insurance is about to be canceled or anything. From what it sounds like Velox is not an insurance company its a third party that sends your information out to anyone that will take you. I got pulled over a week after getting insurance just be told I dont have insurance, so I was riding around with no insurance and they want me to pay for insurance 2 weeks later that I never had to begin with. The attitude is oh well pay another deposit.

I just cant play with those folks anymore!!! Im with Stare Farm now!!(Yeah, I got screwed)
