This agent Juan Torres is not responsive to the customers needs. Several emails and calls have gone unanswered . When I became a client he was all nice with obtaining down payments and documentation needed to write the policies. After my premiums were paid and I had questions......crickets...I decided to cancel my policy. I contacted his office and was told Juan would call me back. Never called back. Over a week later, I called back and was told that the process was being held up because he needed to see my declaration page for the new policy. How was I supposed to know this? I immediately sent over a dec page and it has been 2 weeks and no follow up or calls from the office. Juan blames his staff for lack of communications. Dude, really, take responsibility at some point.Today I called Farmers Insurance customer service number and was made whole immediately. Refund check in the mail. How simple was that? I bet if I wanted to add additional policies, he would have called back and emailed. Very greedy and unresponsive agent. I would strongly suggest finding another agent. I was referred, initially, by two family members. They have also cancelled policies because of the same reasons as I.Farmers should do a review on this agent. One I decided to leave, he told me that he misquoted our policy and he could save us more money. He sent quote over, we saw where he reduced the value of our home making the premium lower. Dude, please and bye.I have all of this documentation should any proof is needed. This review is needed to make all aware. These are all FACTS....

My insurance was modified without my consent. My policy was renewed after requesting cancelation. Farmers is great, but try to find a different agent if you can.

I’d like to know why my phone calls are not being returned. I’ve left many messages to Ethan and no call back. Also, Juan Torres has ignored calls from my partner. I’m still waiting for a call back, if not I will have to take extreme measures to get this resolved!
