Every interaction I’ve had with the staff for the past 4 years has been courteous and professional, but when I was in an emergency situation last year, they leveled up! My call into the office was just inquiring about liability after my tree almost fell on a neighbor’s house. I couldn’t find any tree service for weeks who could help me because they were all backed up due to a huge storm that had hit the entire area.Instead of just telling me I was 100% liable and “good luck with that”, the staff at Tonia’s office leveraged their relationships to get me help within a week to get that tree taken down. That saved me a significant amount of stress and possibly my neighbors’ lives.It’s not just about collecting premiums with this office. Definitely have a customer for life!

Not only did they lower my rates for my car and renters insurance they are so awesome to deal with. What a pleasant surprise it was go have the owner call me. She was just checking on me and my family after COVId. We went over my policies and talked about schooling and obstacles due to the pandemic. She genuinely seemed to care about my and the community! I cancelled them today. havent been happy with them for a while now, in fact, they raised my rates without even notifying me of it. then I got the rude rep, Nikki Mccray who was EXTREMELY sarcastic when I cancelled them out, ive dealt with her before and had to slam her for her rudeness in the past. I will never do business with them again and wont recommend them to ANYONE not even my worse enemy. HORRIBLE to say the LEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
