I always have a great experience when dealing with Tysons Agency.

I was hit on I-20 by a Tyson Firm client and was told that Mr. Tyson would take care of my claim. Ive left voice messages, sent letters, and made calls to his office and my claim is still not completed 3 months after the incident. How does someone run a business without answering/returning voicemails, emails, or letters in todays world??! Anyways, I went right to Allstate (called their Illinois main office) today and bypassed Mr. Tysons office, and my claim (which hadnt even been filed by the Tyson office, though I was told that it had been) is now processed and will be handled directly by Allstate, not by these clowns. Please beware. I know of one other client here who was represented by an earlier Allstate agent and was happy but has not been happy with Mr. Tysons service. I wasnt either.
