We discovered several brown bats in our attic on Sunday, and Ron Henry’s Wildlife Removal came to assess the situation on Monday. They safely removed the bats and cleaned the guano thoroughly. We contacted Kenny last winter about some type of critter in our attic. He was so responsive and worked diligently to rid our house of what turned out to be mice in the attic (boy they are loud!). After ridding our house of the mice, they sealed the attic so we wouldn’t have more enter the area.My kids started hearing noises again in December, so I texted Kenny knowing we had a warranty. To say he stood by it would be an understatement! He has come out regularly over the last three weeks to get rid of the gray squirrels that had invaded. He trapped them live and took them elsewhere. He identified the location of their entry and made sure it was sealed appropriately as well as made sure there were no other points of possible entry.To top it off, Kenny’s communication with us was great. After calling three different, also highly rated companies, I finally got a person on the phone at Ron Henrys. I was in absolute panic mode after walking past my gutter and seeing a huge snake slithering down the brick right next to it (and me)! I sent Kenny a picture of it, and he reassured me that it was not poisionous and that he would come over as soon as he finished up the job he was on. He showed up in less than an hour, and even though the snake was gone, he checked all around the house, and gave me great advice about how to seal up holes I had never even noticed before. Then he went up into the attic and traversed the entire space, which I wouldnt do if my life depended on it. He reassured me that the black king snake was not a threat and was only there for any rodents that may have made themselves at home in the attic. My house is very clean, and the attic is almost empty, so I was surprised that I could have critters up there. He said if I see it again to call him back and hed catch it for me. Kenny was so knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring, that I actually slept well last night. I cant express how happy I am with Kenny at Ron Henrys. One other company called me back late yesterday, and another this morning. My need was yesterday, at that moment, and Kenny came to the rescue. I had two other companies and three technicians come out to the property. I was informed that I might have a bat or so hanging around the area of concern. They just failed to see the bat that was in plain sight. Ron Henry’s technician spotted the bat in less than a minute of looking for it. I was provided with the proper information to begin appropriately addressing the situation because the Georgia DNR has to be involved. The house was surveyed to make sure our health and the animals health was secured. I also gained a wealth of knowledge from the technician for any future considerations.
