I’ve been going to Quicklane for over 3 years now, the service is exceptional, you get a free car wash, and my service advisor Andrew makes it a painless process. He explains everything to me thoroughly, and shows me all my options. Plus the renovations they’ve made look great along with the amenities for waiting customers.

Costomer service is great i just wish their prices wouldnt be so high.

Been going here for years. At the time of this review they were still going through renovations. I strongly encourage you to get an appointment for services, otherwise it wont be that quick. I have my preferred associate there, Andrew. Always looks out for me. Never pressures me to get services that can wait a cycle or two.

So again my 2016 turbo Mustang threw a wrench code locked up the car put it in like a safe mode no brakes no steering no nothing. Theyre telling me that that didnt happen however Im the one whos driving the damn car and theyre trying to tell me that could not have happened. Because I wanted to bring the car there how about noSo again they didnt find anything they drove it around and they gave the car back to me even though they knew that its like a freaking death trap.Oh they gave me a free service an oil change thinking that that would be the right way to do business.I am not at all happy with their service department. The cars been back four times for the same thing and they tell me that theres nothing wrong with the car me and while I drive the car every day Ive had it since 2016, tell me who would know better then the owner of the vehicle?Needless to say its happened several times there after I just shut the car off and start the car again providing the button isnt Frozen and youre able to restart the car and then it works great however, I think its a door issue because you can hear the road and I have a feeling that somehow the door sensor is setting off that code and or its a throttle but they dont want to deal with it so Im done I will be going to the Delray one and see if they can figure out whats going on if not the car is going in it will be traded

Make an appointment and your always waiting. I regret purchasing the pre-paid maintenance package. For a quick oil change prepare for at least 2-3 hours of your time wasted even with an appointment. When my lease is up Im going to find a new dealership.

I cant get them to fix anything trucks just started making noise they claim normal. Been here 4 times to much they suck off to another service department. Bunch of lazy people

Terrible service. Infact no service. I stood at the counter for 25 minutes before I left I told them I will never be back there again.
