You would be hard pressed to find a better sales manager to work with than Brad Patrick. He makes the entire process both seamless and easy. I understand that the vehicle market is a mess right now and it’s hectic for both the customers and the dealers themselves. Thank you to Nick and Arly for clarifying the situation and owning up to the problems.Original Review:My experience truly couldn’t have been any more lackluster. Despite them advertising the whole one point of contact thing, they made 0 effort to have contact with me. I sent countless emails to the Sales Manager Arly and the Internet Specialist Fran to no avail. I will give credit where credit is due, Fran called me at the beginning and put me in contact with Arly, but when she called a second time and told I told her that Arly was not responding to the three emails that I had sent, she said she would look into it. I guess she must be looking very deep as I am still waiting for her call. I even sent her an email to follow up with her and got no response. JM prides themselves on the no dealer fee aspect, but that doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t provide quality service. Due to these reasons I took my business elsewhere and got the other dealer to remove the dealer fee. Essentially I got the same experience financially, with one big difference: they actually communicated. Take your business elsewhere folks. I’ve gotten better service from Toyota dealers. You’d expect much more from a luxury brand dealer. And to those reading this at the management level, you’re probably going to try to get Fran or Arly to call or email me. But save yourself the effort. I have 0 interest of purchasing a vehicle from this establishment.

Recall of interior panels expertly replaced on a 12 year old car at no charge, w/a loaner! Total luxury customer service. Also Luis that checked me in noticed a small scuff on my bumper and removed it in a second! On his own without me asking!! This was our second experience at JM, we are a repeat customer to Lexus, having had been repeatedly for the last 20+ years... in the North Miami dealership... but 3 years ago... needed a different experience of the standard... go to your previous dealership and start negotiating again... being in the real estate business for over 40 years... loyalty is earned... as fate would have it... we had an appointment with a salesperson... since our salesperson from 3 years ago was out on a medical leave... and we ran late so Ashley was asked to assist us... and are we happy she was the one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOYOTA FINANCIAL! DO NOT LEASE! DO NOT BUY! I leased a Lexus RC and an RX on the same day. In 2019, after making all my scheduled payments and lease end payment, I had a $0 balance. Two years after the leases ended, they are still showing a balance to the credit reporting agencies, even though nothing is owed. I have perfect credit otherwise. This issue has popped up periodically over the last 24 months, and I have contacted Toyota financial each time. Each time they tell me the I have a $0 balance, but they cant resolve THEIR problem. My problem isnt necessarily with JM, but it was the original introduction with Toyota financial. Their incompetence is astounding.

My experience at JM was pleasant and I had a good experience. I had afriendly and capable sales person who answered all of my questions.I wanted the new RX350 and had it delivered to my address in 10 days. Ionly have good things to say about JM.
