Rude and unprofessional. Called to ask a question and the guy that answered the phone just said hello. He didnt say the business name no good afternoon just hello. I thought I called the wrong number so I asked it it was Eddies Towing. Before I could say anything else he snotty said we dont have any trucks available and hung up.

Great Place. If you need your vehicle Towed. Call Eddies Towing or Marana Tire. They will take care of you.

Dishonest Crooks. Stay away from this place!!! If you have any other option call them, do not use Eddie’s Towing. I had a medical emergency requiring I leave my vehicle running at an intersection – key in car, my car was towed courtesy of MPD which used Eddie’s Towing. My police report lists the key in the vehicle, Eddie’s Towing employees saw my key in the car at THEIR lot, however the key didn’t make it to the front office… When I picked up the car they tell me they don’t have a key and to call MPD… thankfully I took a spare and got my car back. Called MPD confirmed the key was in the car, went back to Eddie’s and they tell me the employee that towed my car no longer works there but that a worker saw my key in the car. I then talked to the owner Emil, he told me he owned the business for over 40 years and would make it right. He said, we are past the point of blame and he’ll replace. He gave me his cell and said he would price the key and get back to me. Even had me go to a locksmith to talk to them about it. That was 3 months ago and I’ve called him at least 40 times. Never a call back. He answered once to tell me he’s not replacing it and will pay half. That sucks! But I agreed, then he ghosted me again and never followed through. If it weren’t for the MPD using them I’d be surprised if this place wasn’t being investigated by some sort of agency, take a look around and you’ll know what I mean. If you have had similar experiences here and want the owner’s number I’ll gladly provide.
