Well I thought this would be a reliable place to take my wifes car here for service so I wouldnt have to worry about anything. Got an oil change just to find oil filter was not on tightened and dripped away dry. I was lucky enough to catch it before the motor blew but I have no confidence in the motor and in this business! When I went in they had the nerves to look at me make it seem like I had done something to it. Best part is the staff on duty told me he spoke with the manager who had worked on my car and said that he said the oil filter that goes to my car has been known to be faulty. I GUESS JIFFY LUBE IS OK WITH GIVING CUSTOMERS KNOWN FAULTY OIL FILTERS or was it just a way out to not owning up to their mistake. I get the that mistakes can happen but if something is to go wrong with my engine down the line because of this who is held accountable. I spoke to Corporate Customer service and they had said I would get a response no later than 36 hours. Its been a week now no response so guess Ill have to get the attention here. I will be voicing my experience here to those who are around me and to the community so they can avoid issues like what I have experienced.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had an oil change done and my oil was leaking after. I brought my car to my normal dealership and they told me that the reason my oil was leaking was because jiffy lube put the wrong plug back in after the oil change. I called the store to tell them and the office manager Robert was extremely rude from the moment he called me back and refused to do anything to correct the situation. If you want the correct work done and good customer service do not go here!

The people who work here are great. The price is high for an oil change about 115.00 for a full synthetic, so make sure to look up coupons online. The convenience for me is worth the price if I have kids in the car and errands to run, which is practically all the time.

Filicia and Riley are great techs. They changed my oil check my air filters and filled my tires. Pulled in a they started on my truck right away. Changed oil and inspected all fluids and they also put on new wiper blades at my request. Very quick and friendly. Would recommend them if you need service done right away!

Excellent service from technician Robert today. I went in to have my battery checked. Hard to find battery on an Audi Q5 but the technician persevered, found it and checked it. He gave me a full diagnosis of what could be wrong with my car at no cost. Highly recommended!

LOVE this Jiffy Lube! I go out of my way to bring my vehicle to this location. Quick, courteous, no judgment and no pressure from the technicians! They have always done an excellent job, and I also appreciate seeing gender diversity in the automotive field.

A few months back ago I got into a car crash and ended up in a ditch. One of the employees from this company insisted that they lead me to their place of work and it was a huge mistake on my end. My car was in the shop for three weeks and I paid $1,000 just to be told by another car shop that they didn’t complete everything that needed to be fixed, and flash forward to now i’m still having the same issue. They placed some of the car parts on the opposite side in which needed to be repaired so now for the past few months I’ve had to pay to fix all their mistakes. DO NOT go here unless you want to be ripped off.

They were able to get me in fairly quickly and were wonderful helping me out. This place is one of the very few places Id trust with my vehicle.

Jiffy Lube in Maplewood got me right in for my oil change with no appointment needed. They are very efficient and quick and check over your car to let you know if you may need anything else.

Technicians were fast and knowledgeable. Kind of hard to hear due to mask but aside from that they were very helpful and not pushy on trying to sell other products as well.

They crack my suv transfercase and will not pay for the full cost of the repair. Store manager there accidently blur out while talking about the situation. Non of the worker there and including the manager are certify!

Jiffy Lube store -3073, top-notch technicians! I went in for an oil change, they found a low fluid level on my vehicles transfer case, during normal system checks. And, took time to explain, the manufacture-recommended transfer case fluid change is coming up, mileage-wise, and with the present fluid level, asked me what I preferred to do right now. No hard-pressure sell, just good solid professional care and advise! I got the transfer case fluid change service too.

Fast service at a fair price. No waiting, I just drove in and they started right away. They did an oil change, tire rotation and vacuumed in about an hour, for less than $100 (with a coupon from their website) the guys who work there are laid back yet hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, will be back for my next oil change and am going to recommend this place to friends and family.

Like the way how Tim works and give me Offer of Oil change selection everything was in time also check my tire pressure really good place to stop by. Just kinda sad can’t rotate my tire because I drove a Truck but it’s understandable, still gonna come next time.

The people did a great job changing out the front and rear differential fluid. I also got the transfer case fluid changed. Id do my oil changes here but my truck takes 0W-20 synthetic. The price at Jiffy Lube would be around $100. At any Chevrolet dealer the cost is around $60. I go buy the book with oil changes and will only use synthetic and 0W-20 is synthetic. If Jiffy Lube could match the dealers price with the same lubricant for oil changes Id do it.

Great customer service! Very pleased with the workers there. Very informative and told me what was wrong without beating around the Bush, plus didnt put pressure on me to get things that would need to get done or were due to get done. They told me I could always come back at a later date to do these things. Will always go back to get an oil change.

This was my second time getting my oil changed here, and it was excellent service twice in a row. They are all enthusiastic, courteous and polite. They even helped me get my stroller out of the back. I headed over to the mall while I waited and took my keys with me (mom brain), so they werent able to finalize their checks before I got back. I felt terrible about it, but they were all extremely understanding and friendly about it. I will definitely be back here for my next change.

I love going to this Maplewood location. The staff there are always great help and great with customer service. They communicate with you regularly to let you know how things are going with your vehicle. The prices are never a surprise and theyre always great at explaining any additional costs before they get started.

I went to the Maplewood, MN location right before Christmas. I really liked that I was able to stay in my car while the technician changed my oil. It was a great distraction and felt like I was there for only a matter of minutes. The technicians are ALWAYS quick!My only negative comment would be: they never cleared the code for my oil, so I still have ENGINE OIL CHANGE displayed on my screen, and I dont know how to reset it.

We just did a walk in, it was pretty quick for just an oil change. Very knowledge courteous employees. Only my second time coming to thia location and it was the same both times. Safe to say we will be returning.

They’re quick and friendly. I didn’t feel pressure to over buy or over do anything. I know very little about cars but they were very understanding.

Stopped in early to get tires rotated. My back tires were just fine. My fronts were worn. It was a FWD vehicle and the man declined to rotate my tires probably because he had a sandwich in the microwave. I think it would have been safer to rotate than decline because of the tread depth. I was heading on a long trip and needed this done. I did go down the street to another shop who was more than accepting of my business. I will also use this new shop in the future!

When I googled for Jiffy Lube, this one was on my way home so I called to inquire about my transmission fluid. I didnt get the name of who I spoke to on the phone but he was friendly and very informative on my questions about how to change the fluid. I made the decision to come in as he even offered to show me how to do it. I got there as it being the down time, everyone was making sure the place was clean. Felicia saw me waiting and she ran right over. She knew exactly what to do and politely asked for me keys and pulled the car around to take a look. The best part about all of this? She had me come back into the shop and showed me where everything was. She didnt have too and could have just checked it and said it was good, but she took time to discuss what I didnt know about fluids and, well everything car. She was super informative and knowledgeable and I would give this review 20 more stars if I could because I have never experienced someone like this that went above and beyond her job and made it a learning experience. That was greatly appreciated!

Service was quick and easy. Wouldve been 5 stars, but the panel that covers my fuses is missing and my hood wont stay down. Not quite sure what happened, but the fuses are above the hood release.

They always take great care of me. They never try and mislead me, which is great because Im not very knowledgeable about cars. But the staff is always helpful and polite. Can’t complain about pull up service that was busy when I got here and made sure to get me in right away. A little pricey for an oil change but I will pay a little more to have service quick and friendly vs just cheap and quick. Also very clean place to sit and wait.Thanks guys.I have to say I changed from 4 stars which I believe is normal good service. I put 5 stars now because I called to get a oil change and a belt. They ordered it on their way out the door the night before I showed up. The next morning no wait, parts installed, and my truck is running like a old ford should.

Just moved into town and was looking for a new regular oil change spot. Also asked them to rotate my tires, I was surprised how much the oil change was ($70 for blend) when I had been paying around $30 for the same thing at my old place. When I got back home I realized the tire that was missing a hubcap was in the exact same place, turns out one of their tools went out while they were working on my car and the message didnt make it to the front desk so I wasnt told. Luckily I was missing that hubcap or I never would have known. To their credit, they gave me a full refund even for the oil change once I called them out and drove back, but even before that I had decided to go somewhere else less expensive next time.

They took 20 minutes to start looking at my car and another 15 to talk to me so I could grab some food nearby. There were two cars when I pulled into the third stall. Inefficient use of time, most shops will get the inspection taken care of right away so your car can queue up. These guys seem to do it one car at a time then talk to the next customer. I counted 4 guys in the shop that I could see up top so it wasnt like they were understaffed. They used to be pretty speedy, maybe they were all newbies today?Service was otherwise professional and speedy once it started rolling so it evens out.

I went ice fishing and my skid plate underneath my car dislodged out. As I was driving home, I mistakenly thought my muffler broke off as I heard scraping noises against the concrete as I drove. I pulled into the nearest jiffy lube, which was the location in maplewood, and I was kindly greeted by Max who was the servicemen there. He checked my car and pin pointed the problem - the damaged skid plate that was broken and loose. He assured me not to worry and uninstalled the skid plate from my car free of charge. If you ever need maintenance or service with your vehicle, I would highly recommend taking your car to Max at the jiffy lube in maplewood. He did an outstanding job!

It took forever to pay because I used a debit card, but didnt have the pin so wanted to use it like a credit card. The person helping me didnt know how to handle this type of transaction. It turns out that they have their system set up that if you use your debit card like a credit card you have to individually enter the card number and expiration. There should be a big sign up that says if you want to pay with a credit card it will take extra super long.

It was professionally and quickly done. I didn’t have to wait 30 mins for an oil change and the customer service is more than satisfactory.
