I hired Horton Electric Company to install an exterior subpanel and run power to a hot tub, as well as electrical outlets for an outdoor kitchen and other small appliances. They were professional, fast, and educated throughout the process, and the end result was fantastic. They not only accommodated my evolving scope of work as the project progressed, but they also charged me less than what was originally quoted. Wanted to hire them to fix 2 outdoor outlets - the day of our appointment I didnt hear a thing during our time window. When I called, I was told to expect a call back. It was a long time coming, the electrician asked me to send pictures of the outlets, then a full 25 minutes, he then diagnosed via text message what was wrong (wut?) And gave us a price that seemed high. After waiting all morning, and not even getting an on-site inspection, weve chosen a different company.

I had an electrical problem at my house that just went on the market 2 days before, and it was the Thursday before memorial day weekend. I couldnt get any electrician to barely even talk to me and they not only talked to me, they rescheduled some of their other stops that werent so urgent and came out on Wednesday to fix the issue when they knew the house was on the market for sell. Just unbelievable service. While I live further away now, Ill definitely still call Horton Electric Company for any electrical work in the future.

Horton Electric Company is the real deal! Friendly, knowledgeable, and he cares about what he does. I read all the prior reviews when I was looking someone to rewire my kitchen and hook up my new appliances. I was a little skeptical but now, I am a believer.
