I’m a returning customer who had a great experience at 4 Corners Self Storage / Penske Truck Rental. Received prompt service and Eric the manager surpassed my expectations. Used both the truck rental and storage services in the past. Highly recommend!

She people are very helpful. I was leaving a domestic violence situation and they did everything possible to maintain my safety by keeping my reservation private and working with me for an uncertain leave date. Their rental was for a standard 4 days and since I was moving out of state this meant that I didn’t have to be charged for extra days. I returned the truck with their night drop off. This meant I didn’t have to get up early to have it back on time. I would definitely use them again. The company as a whole has good communication. They called me to confirm the reservation. They allowed me to change the date. They have boxes for sale in their office.

After another truck rental company, lets call them B and say that the name means cheap, left a message for me that they didnt have the truck I reserved an hour before I was planning to leave to pick it up. Penske came through with a rental the next day. In the Seattle area, in the summer, that took some doing and the customer service guy called me several times to let me know that they were looking and then at what time the truck would be in Maple Valley. The 12 truck I rented was in good condition--Ill rent there again.

Very well maintained and the staff are more than helpful. If you have any questions or concerns the staff will go out of there way to help you with whatever concerns you might have.

When I called the listed phone number, it routed me to an office in Tukwila. The listing for this companys Maple Valley location needs to be updated.
