I rent trailers and pickups from this location all the time. They are always in great condition and extremely convenient. This is one of the best locally owned businesses in MV!!

It is a desk in the gas station. The guy that works it is very friendly and helpful.Note, they only have the 4-flat wiring harnesses, so if you dont have that, you will have to buy an adapter from them for $20. You can get them for $7 on etrailer.com

Chris02 was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first U-Haul rents from Wilderness Chevron, Maple Valley, WA and they will be my go-to dealer in the future for small trailer and truck rentals! I also had a pleasant experience with the mini mart attendant. She knew many of the regular patrons by name and had a great interaction with everyone.

So you come at the time you reserved the truck..and then you told that people who walk in are first??dont understand that part....female person who runs the place are extremely not helpfull and only polite to locals..plus definetely doesnt like people with foreighn accent..Слава ВДВ!!

Truck is not ready at time it was supposed to..Hunter is helpfull though..

Eric was very helpful in arranging for a replacement vehicle at the same rate when the one we reserved was not available. Otherwise, the change made by the UHaul office would have added an extra seven miles back and forth to the rescheduled location- at 90 cents per mile plus the extra cost and inconvenience of dropping off and picking up .

No contact check in was a nightmare and did not function, had to wait for the place to open but the customer service rep was very helpful and got us on the road.

Fast service, easy to rent truck place and conveniently located in Maple Valley. I recommend to anyone!
