Awesome experience! My wife and my mother got full interior details at the Maple Heights location. Brandon, the manager, was easy to work with and was happy to explain all the work that was done on our cars. They were able to get out some pretty deep/tough pet stains too. I would highly suggest this location and it is worth the drive if you live a little further out.

Brandon did a great job at getting the interior of my husbands car super clean and smelling much better. DIdnt get an exterior detailing, but they did rinse it off which was unexpected and nice. Fast, friendly service and love being able to schedule online (plus they give you reminders of upcoming appointments). Will be back for sure!

Greatest detailing place around. I played soccer for 14 years and there was a lot of stains and crud on the seats of my car. I took my car in and they were able to do great work and remove almost all the stains (my car has a very very light brown interior, so I didnt expect much). Extreme auto detailing exceeded my expectations and I was very surprised with the work that was done. I would recommend anyone to this place for their detailing work. Absolutely fantastic job, I could not be happier.

I actually bought a 2004 lexus es330 from this place as they also sell cars. The customer service and experience was excellent! Honest straightforward business much more than I expected from the typical car salesman. You can tell when a person just cares about making a sale versus someone who genuinely is selling a great product. I never write reviews for anything but on top of all this the car was absolutely immaculate! I got an awesome deal all around. I also received a complementary detail before I drove the car off of the lot and was so impressed that Ill definitely be a regular customer. I also intend to purchase other vehicles from this place in the future!

Fabulous! Not only did I think they did an amazing job cleaning the inside of my Subaru(which was salt stained, dog haired and everything else disgusting.....) the staff was the friendliest group, totally polite and accomodating. Best I have ever worked with.Its one month later and I still love the inside of my very clean car.If youre looking to have your car detailed, this is where you should consider. They are timely and all work was completed as promised. Ill be back without ever considering calling another company for estimates!!!!

They did an AMAZING job with my car and the customer care was top notch!

Our Sunroof was leaking and caused a horrible moldy mildew smell in the car. After leaving the car with them over night, the smell was gone! They did a Great Job! They even ordered us a brand new cargo mat for our car after it was found to be missing when we got the car back. Great Service!
