Chuck was the nicest most professional customer service rep I have had the chance to meet in 2021. I was out of town from Nashville, rented a car with a blown out tire, and it was near closing and he helped me get a tire on the car and back on the road. He was so courteous, kind, and he was working alone doing many tasks. I would recommend this place over and over again. Need more customer service reps like Chuck!!

Went for a routine oil change and service was excellent and it only took about 25 minutes at most.I REALLY appreciate how the staff didnt force a bunch of other services like filter replacements, fluid changes, or any other stuff like that. Worked with Alex on a alternator replacement for my older Sorento. Great experience from beginning to end. They even kept my car inside as they held it while I was on vacation and it was kept out of a snowstorm. When I received my car back, I drove it away and had the engine light go on right away. I took it right back and Alex immediately connected it to their computer and he determined it was an O2 sensor. He told me that their technician must of bumped it and was fully willing to replace it at no cost. Extremely direct and transparent with everything he did and that was refreshing.

These guys do their job great. Recently took my bmw there to change tires. There were no problems and questions, especially when comparing with a tire shop near where they wanted to take a double price from me just for the fact that I have a bmw.

I have gone to this Firestone on four different occasions now and I could not be more pleased with their service, customer care, and repairs. Alex is always very friendly and will give it to me straight. If my car needs a repair, they will lay out the options. If it does not, they tell me all is good. They never try to pressure me to do repairs that are not needed. Last time I brought my car in, I thought I needed an exhaust replacement, and they could have easily taken my money and replaced it. Instead, they told me that there was a small rust spot and they fixed it. Great service, no complaints.

I came first thing in the morning to patch a slow leak in a tire, and I was greeted with a smile and no-frills service. Shop looks clean and employees are kind - offering a comfy seat on the couch and hot coffee while you wait. They were able to get me in right away and solve the problem quickly and efficiently. Costs are slightly above average at Firestone shops but Im rating my experience not the price; but perhaps thats necessary considering the level of service guaranteed.

I had a great experience bringing my car here for an oil change. The associates were friendly. The process was quick. They did find a small problem with my car but did not provide pressure to get the work done that day or an exorbitant estimate, as I have encountered at many other places. I would recommend this place.

They got me rolling in a new set of tires and I couldnt be happier with them best tires i have ever driven on and ive had michellins, toyos, goodyear etc. They dont compare to these tires. I got to use a loaner car while they installed my tires. I will always come here for all my car needs.

I first took my car in late last year. I highly recommend this place for 3 reasons. They are very honest. Their prices are very competitive and affordable. They do a very excellent. Bob and Chuck treated my car like their own car.

I went in an asked if they were having a sale and Bob told me he had an even better deal on two great tires with a 70,000 mile warranty. They were a discontinued item so he was giving me a great deal on them. He hand wrote the warranty information on my receipt, but Im sure he will honor it if something goes wrong with the tires before 70,000 miles.

Went in to have my winter wheels/tires rotated in and summer ones out. Easy to make the appointment, got in on time and out promptly. They even reset my TPMS system for me!

I went to the store on Monday 10/8 to get tires and an oil change before leaving for vacation. I was fully expecting to have an alignment done as well as that type thing is always recommended I feel like. After doing the tires and the oil change they did an alignment check and were honest with me that one wasnt needed. This is what has been lost in the auto repair industry, and Im glad I found a shop that I can trust.

On the whole, I believe this place does a very good job. Now that Ive had some work done here and experienced their service, I definitely would consider bringing my vehicle back for additional service in the future. Auto repair shops can be a real hit or miss. While I know not all customers here enjoyed their experience, if you are considering Firestone, give them a shot to earn your business. I believe they are trying their best to do a good honest job and I frankly cant say that about most repair shops.

Bob and his team have done a great job with our cars for many years. My 2004 Honda Accord has 237,000 miles on it and it runs great- which I attribute to the guys at MG Firestone. If there is ever a problem they take care of it. Great service and great people- you cant ask for more.

Not only do they do a complete check they have the best service and most honest pricing. Never trying to rip off anyone. Small hometown feel in the big city! They also have free loaner cars and have personally came to my house to jump a dead battery! Stayed open late on a Saturday when my check engine light came on. Know me by name and always leave happy satisfied and with a big smile! Been there? If not get there for every car need!

We have been using this Firestone since it opened and have been very happy with the service. We have had routine service done as well as major repairs and have purchased multiple sets of tires. In the past we have used Goodyear, Tires Plus, Car Dealers, various local shops and even other Firestone locations and we have been happiest with the Maple Grove Firestone.Bob and his team at Firestone have always informed me when other issues were identified with the vehicles, AND more importantly, they have indicated when I didnt actually need work done that I originally thought was necessary. Additionally, they have assisted me with very urgent mechanical issues and worked with me on finding lower cost or temporary solutions at a time when I was financially strapped.When it comes to pricing, of course it’s cheaper if you can handle the repair yourself and you can always find some individual willing to do the job for a little bit less; but every time I called around to other major shops for pricing (franchise and independent), the pricing at Maple Grove Firestone was always fair. This included a time when we decided to drop a refurbished motor into a vehicle instead of scrapping it. And since I know they stand behind their work and I’ve had great experiences over the years, I stick with Firestone. Plus, the fact that loaner vehicles are made available when possible is a really convenient benefit I didn’t find at a lot of other service stations.Overall my experience with Bob and his team is that they are fair and honest and I believe them to be good guys that stand behind their work.

I came here when it first opened at this location, had full synthetic oil change and car checked. Oil change lasted me almost 1 year, as I dont drive crazy miles, so after a year, I am back had another oil change and both front brake rotor, pads and calliper changed. It was expensive ordeal, but worth and required and the store manager Alex, took time to explain to me what was wrong with brakes and I liked it, as most mechanics dont show what is wrong. Alex showed jammed pistons and uneven pads. He gave decent discount on overall job, and it was very appreciative as that is how one can retain customers, also I did not mind the waiting as long the work is A+. Really good work, and I look forward to get other car repair or any work done there only, whenever I am in MN.

I have lived in Maple Grove for 4+ years now, and Ive always been comfortable going to Firestone. Bob and his team have always taken care us. They let us know if there are issues with the vehicle, but never pressure us unless its truly an emergency and needs to get fixed immediately.

Ive been there a few times and their customer service is always amazing. They do great work for a good price and theyre very clear about everything theyre doing.

I stopped by in the morning dropped my van off in which they gave me a loaner to drive to work. They did a thorough check of my vehicle for $19.99 + tax and realized that I had a bad wheel bearing. I checked online found the part for under $60 delivered. I passed on their $349 offering and proudly installed the part on my own. They did a great job identifying the issue but they were very high on the fix it price and hassled me for wanting to do it on my own. Only 3 stars because price was high and they were a little pushy in the sales but would recommend them as a quality shop.

My wife and I have been coming to Maple Grove Firestone for over 15 years. We take both of our cars in for oil changes, tires and service. Bob and the guys at Maple Grove Firestone are always friendly and accommodating (offer of a loaner vehicle even for a short time frame knowing we have kids and multiple errands typically to run). They always do their best to get us in and out in a timely manner.The guys in back (rarely seen but know they are working hard!) are accurate with their diagnosis and we have no complaints about any repairs we have received over the years. They are not pushy with repairs or maintenance and we trust their opinions and value their honesty.We wouldnt take our cars anywhere else.

Get your quotes in writing!!! The owner stated a price to fix the heater in my car over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my car the cost of the repair when up by 20%. Not only did the cost of the repair go up, but the repair was not completed as committed to. I was informed that in order for me to be able to change the temperature it would cost an additional $500. The heater was either ALL ON or ALL OFF. When I asked for the bill to be adjusted to the original quote I was informed only the owner could update the bill as he was the one who opened the job and he had already left for the day. How convenient. I would strongly recommend finding another shop to manage your repairs!!!

I recently stopped in to get some routine maintenance on my wifes vehicle. While my vehicle was being worked on, the owner, contacted me to inform me that I did NOT need one of the services I was requesting. I wanted a coolant flush in addition to the other work but he said that his technician had tested the fluid and this service was not needed at this time. He then informed me that the rear brake calipers had failed on the car and were not working. I had no rear brakes! I believe that most people would be upset at this news. I, however, was happy to be informed of this. I went back to the shop and they brought me back to the vehicle so they could show me what was wrong. I then realized that the car my wife and kids were in, almost every day, was unsafe. It was not only unsafe for them, but also other people on the road. I came to this conclusion myself and never felt pressured to get any service done on the vehicle.Unfortunately, I do not believe the owner and his team get enough praise. In the previous experience, they not only informed me of a service I did not need, but informed me of a situation that could have put myself, my family, or others in danger. I want to thank all of the teammates in this shop for the hard work they do every day. Thank you again and I will see you in the future!

I bought a new set of tires after they said old tires were trashed because of a nail in one tire. New tire still leaked. Brought back to shop and they said valve in a tire was broken and they would get part by the end of day. Called back next day, no part. Called back at end of week, and they said still dont have part; well call you when it comes in and hung up on me. Havent heard a word since.

Took car in knowing I had radiator issue. Got quoted X to fix it. Decided to do it myself. It was actually the thermostat but thought I might still have a radiator issue and was gonna do myself anyway. Ended up back at Firestone when my car died the day before I was gonna do radiator. Quoted me completely different price for radiator. I knew something was seriously wrong so resisted sales pitch two more times until I said, Put some water in it, start it up, then diagnose my engine, please... Calls me back and says, motor is gone. Try to get the $450 out of me then afterwards tell me its a head gasket for more $$$ afterwards. Good stuff. I laughed. Got me to write this crummy review though as I havent trusted them there for a while. Will never go back or recommend.

I WASNT acknowledged about my presence at all when I entered building. The guy behind the desk stared at me. It was pretty obvious he knew I was there because we made direct eye contact. After standing there for about 5 minutes and receiving no help, a lady came AFTER me and he immediately asked her if she needed help. Pretty pathetic if you ask me, right?After all of that, the real reason I was there to get some tires installed I had them order. A different gentleman who handled my requests wrote down a price of about $390. This was $40 HIGHER than what I was originally quoted. I saw this and said I was quoted about $350 beforehand. He quickly changed back to his original quote he gave me. Made me uneasy as soon as he did that. I then asked how long it would take and he said about an hour to an hour and a half. I decided to wait.I got there a bit before 4 p.m. and didnt leave till 6:50 p.m. Almost 3 hours later, my tires are finally done. My estimated time was WAY off.Save your time and hard earned money to go else where. I usually dont leave reviews, but I feel like people should know these things about this place. The best part of this experience was leaving the building and knowing I had new tires.Im glad to have my new tires, but this place sucked. While they are nice people, the customer service aspect was horrible.

A few years back I bought 4 new tires at Firestone store in Maple Grove. Less than a year later I brought the car in for tire balance and rotation. After about half an hour wait the guy -I think he was the manager/owner- came out and said my car needed ALL new tires, the threads were less than 2/32. I pointed out to him the receipt was dated less than 12 months ago that I had bought the tires. He went back to service and came back out to tell me (exact words) You dont have to get new tires if you dont want to - with a straight face. Needless to say, Ive never been back there again. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! go to Discount Tires instead, they dont try to sell you anything; free rotation and balance for the life of the tires- even on your other car regardless of where you buy the tires. This is the worst rating and review Ive ever given to any business.

Very poor service and made electrical damages to my chevy trailblazer when they connected jumper wires wrong and blew my fuse for electrical power in my truck, I had to take my truck to a chevy dealership to repair the damages. This was the first and last time I have ever use this repair shop, I highly recommend not going to this repair shop

They price matched my coupon and were respectful, but I was lied to about how busy they were and how long it would take. Not a big deal usually but I was waiting at the store so that can be fustrating.

Oil change was a good deal...wipers and top offs not so much. Thought I was going to pay $30 and I ended up paying $85

Worst place to get work done. 1 star is generous. Lied about brake rotors needing to be replaced, upchange and upsell all the time, wont take appointments to get snow tires put on. Oh well attitude pervades. Just this morning my wife was told there were 20 cars in the shop and hers wouldnt be ready until late afternoon. New guy starts checking in cars and there is only 3 ahead of her. GREAT customer service, if you like to be lied to. I wouldnt trust what they tell you. Go across the street to Youngsteadts.

Went for an oil change this morning and as soon as I left and got on the high way my car broke down... brought it to a family friend who fixes cars for a living and he said that my belt got teared up and he said that he thinks it was tampered with... will never go there again.
