Home Depot: FIRE Premier Product Management!!This company is an absolutely abomination to work with, giving the poorest quality customer service I have ever experienced! They are a third-party install company for GE and Home Depot, their contracts with GE and Home Depot should be revoked!I was stood up THREE TIMES in a row with No Shows from them! I took three days off and when I called to complain they state, theres nothing we can do... What a cop-out, so Id re-book the install, three different times, I was met with lies:-- They would call the day before to confirm: NOPE, they did not!-- I was promised the driver would call first when they were 30 minutes out, and then at the house: NOPE, they did not!-- Called to said they didnt come by (while I was at the house in a room facing the street, so I know they did not come), Sorry, we believe our driver, so well re-book you a fourth time...NOPE, you will not!Youve fooled me three times, and while I dont wish ill on others, but in this case I hope your business fails ASAP so others wont have to be in the same Home Depot No Show hell.

Customer Service – Home Depot – NOT! The WORST Customer Service across multiple departments!When I ordered a door with install, I expected it by the contract date. If not I would expect a follow up call to tell me what the problem is.When I make multiple visits to the store to find the door I expect people to make an effort to find it. Third visit the guy went digging a found it! Oh, it’s been there for a while!When the installer comes I expect a call; not show up on the wrong day! When he says he will return the next day (scheduled day) I expect a call and for them to show up……. I expect too much!When I go to the store…again, I expect customer service; no such luck! Waited a ½ hour for the delivery person to show up; ½ hour is 5 minutes to Home Depot for a customer waiting!Lowe’s her I come because Home Depot has no clue what “Customer Service” means!

I will drive to Lowes from now on. Cant tell you about what I wanted because there was no customer service to help me get it!

Word of advice never special order anything from home depot. Windows doors or cabinets.

Just like any home depot. have what i need.
