Ive had glass cut here to fit a table of mine before & I really liked the service. So when we needed a window replaced on our RV for a trip we were taking off on too Kansas, the very next day, I figured wed give Dons a shot. We werent expecting to have it done in such short notice. As usual they beat my expectations & took care of our window right away & it was done within the hour. Thanks to Dons Mobil in Manteca, we left on time & had a safe trip. What a great experience! Booking an appointment for my back windshield repair was quick and easy with the nice receptionist. My technician Conner was super friendly, on time and professional. This place is outstanding they replaced my windshield a year ago my adhesive on my mirror wore out they replaced at no charge and had me all fixed up in 45min I highly recommend this shop.

I needed to get my windshield replaced and decided to go with someplace local. I saw that Dons had good reviews so gave them a shot. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and helpful. During the windshield repair they noticed that some clips that held the trim were worn down, they then went the extra mile and have them replaced as well. The manager Ryan was very helpful and informative and was able to answer any question I threw at him. Overall, great and friendly service and will return in the future if Shelia (my car) has any window needs.

NEVER use this company!! They replaced a window in our truck 2 months ago. My husband closed the door yesterday & it completely shattered. Obviously defective. Now they expect us to pay for a new one. Yeah.... NO!! Lost our business including anyone we know.

I made an appointment from 8-12 in Manteca .Dons mobile was supposed to show up to my house to fix my windshield. 12 o’clock rolls around and still no Dons mobile glass. I call the store Lupe the customer service was not only rude but also told me he was going to be late. Nobody called me to notify me that they were not going to be on time. When I explained that I had already been waiting for 4 hours she kept stating that he would be late but again I was not notified. Very inconsiderate. I have never had such a bad experience with a windshield company. Especially there high prices and low quality service.

My windshield was the victim of a semi truck and freeway debris, so I called Dons Mobile glass. They came to my work, took a look and determined that it needed to be replaced. That was about 2pm. By 4pm someone called and said they could fix it as early as the next day. We scheduled it for the following Monday and Ryan Bell came out to do the replacement. He was courteous, kind and professional and got the job done quickly (under an hour)! I have nothing but good things to say about DMG and will use them in the future.

Their craftsmanship is good, but I had a guy come out to measure my screen door and he came through my home with no mask. Regardless of what you believe if covid is real or not when you come into someone’s home just be respectful and wear a mask to be safe.

The service was excellent over the phone and in person. They explained all of my options for my windshield. I had my windshield replaced and was happy with the results. I recommend Dons for your windshield needs.

Cheaper than Safelite with mobile service!Great service from my first phone call with reception to my technician Philip. Philip was very knowledgeable on glass repair and installation and even explained the step by step process. He came to my place of residence, but you can also go to their store if wanted. Philip went straight to work and I caught up with Netflix. After an episode of Locke & Key my window was repaired and I have had no issue since.I called for service on Friday and was seen on Monday. Replacing a window is an unexpected cost but the blow was easier with Dons Mobile Glass pricing. I saved 100+$ in comparison to Safelite with mobile service.I am grateful for the service I received!

After confirming my 8AM appointment the day before, to fix a chip in my windshield, they had not called or even shown up by 9:30AM. Not even a call to say the schedule had been changed! Very poor customer service! I cancelled the whole thing and am going with someone else.Note: Bill did call me this afternoon to apologize.
