Worst post office ever. They have lost important mail, and didnt care. Told me to call and have another one sent and took over 6 weeks to get a mail key after moving.

Worst customer service ever - Management could not go over and above to help a customer with critical payroll checks for employees !

2 of the ladies are so rude. One didn’t want to give me a customs form because she would be out at her register. Really!!! She told me to go to the other one since they have more. I can’t stand coming here but it’s the closest one.

They don’t know how to do return label

The folks here are AWESOME! Very personal and receptive to helping and offering suggestions to customers. I am in there often and they always receive me with respect and a smile.

Having to send mail I decided to come to this post office. Was the first time being here.Although there was a short line the wait was not long. With in five minutes I was at the counter. Tamera was the one who helped me. She was personable, knowledgeable and helpful, all in a professional manner. She is definitely a benefit to the post office.This is where I will come from now on...great experience for a mundane errand..BC Beyer

Jacqueline is courteous, nice, respectable helpful. She is the best and hardest working person in this office!! God Bless all the federal workers.

Trying to call the post office @ 9a.m. to let them know we have new Mail boxes & no new keys! Id like to know how we are supposed to get our mail. Dont really want to have to go to the post office. Our neighborhood is on Santiago Way. Is there any information. A note or sign on the bew msilboxes could of been helpful. No one is answering the phone😤

Everytime USPS gets my packages it take too long and it sits for days before anyone actually does anything! I wish people could really just do there job! I requested a redelievery from manteca to ceres on 4/20 and nothing still hasnt happened! In requested it early enough on 4/20 for it to have at least left the manteca post office! Instead its been just sitting there! And tomorrow I have to pray it hopefully gets to the ceres location and itll sit at the ceres location for at least a day or 2 before it even gets out for delivery! Why? Why does it take this long and why does it sit and sit before it gets actual delivered! And my mail man dont even come around until 3 or 4 sometimes 5! Never again I will m asked sure anything I order does not go to USPS because itll take forever on top of me already waiting 2 months for this package!
