Ive been going here exclusively for years!!! After being disrespected by almost every other verizon store for way to long i tried out this little hole in the wall non affiliated wireless store and recieved such awesome service since then the staff has turned over again and again but the awesome service has remained… i highly recomend this store to all my friends that have verizon!!! I just wish they didnt all show up right before i get there…. Will never let my shadow darken the doorway of another verizon company store again…. I absolutely love this store

Colin was a big help!! I had an issue with my SIM card, some kind of glitch in the system and he definitely took his time and worked through it with a great positive attitude! Will definitely be back to that location in the future

Sat in front of this store for an hour this morning. Sign said open at 10 waited til after 11. No one showed up. I would fire the whole bunch of you worked for me! Total incompetence. Went to the store at Costco and was immediately helped before the door even closed behind me. Never again will I step in the store in Lathrop.

I was working out of state in California. My cell phone service from my home state didn’t work as good as I wanted due to roaming. I decided to try this Lathrop location. To try out Verizon’s service. I waited 3 hours after a long work day to get the phone and service. I wanted to keep my same phone number and have it transferred to the new Verizon phone and service line. I could never get the Verizon phone to to accept calls . My old service carrier phone would still receive and make phone calls and the new Verizon line would just make phone calls. After not being happy with this service and standing in line for hours to get service at this location, I decided to cancel the service within the allotted trial period with Verizon. I paid all the prorated fees and turned the low end Samsung phone in. All was received and accepted by the Verizon sales staff. And I was told my obligations were completed and I was released. I then recently received a collection email months later for over $100 outstanding bill! And collection calls! Wow! Even after cancelling earlier within the allotted trial time period and paying my prorated bill. My experience here was TERRIBLE! Currently disputing this ridiculous service error!

Erin was a pleasure to deal with there was a line two people deep and Erin was the only one working in the front at the time. She remained calm and was very helpful for me with getting my phone working again. She knows her stuff. Thanks Erin.

Weve been Verizon customers for over 20 years and in the 12 years we have lived here, this store has been great. Anthony and Erin are a blessing - always kind and professional. I know that even if I have a problem, I can have the peace of mind in knowing theyll be there to fix it.

It was actually a pleasant experience I switch to Verizon about 2 years ago and made the manteca store my home base. Even though there payment system went down the staff at the Verizon store in Manteca tried everything they could to get the payment taken care of. They are very courteous and professional, that’s why I use this particular store.

Called to make sure they could help and spoke with Stephanie. She answered my questions and made me feel confident she could fix the issues we had. Couple of days later we dropped in. Stephanie and Felipe were there. While they resolved our issue, we discussed upgrading one of the phones. They provided excellent customer service. They sold us the phone my wife wanted and we left satisfied. They were very helpful.

I would not recommend that store. People there dont know how to do anything. We switched from AT&T to Verizon and we chose that store to do that for us and that was A HUGE mistake! Will not go over details but almost two month since then we still try to fix the mess they did with Verizons and AT&T procedures...

Horrible Customer service. Ordered a screen on a Sat, told them I was gonna be out of town & needed it asap. I was told 1, maybe 2 days max. I was leaving the 3rd day. I called and Mon, no return call. Called Tues was told part not in. I asked them to check stat, they never called me back. Wed I called, since no one followed up work me & was told part still not in. Went on vacation & got home today, called them and was transferred around & told they cant do it until Wed! Are you kidding me! 2 yrs ago I ordered a phone for son for Xmas. I was told 2 days, it took over a week to come in and no one ever returned my calls or followed up with me. Go some place else!

I have a virus on my laptop and I went to Click away at Verizon on Lathop Rd in Manteca, Ca. I was told by the counter person that the tech was not there, but he would tell him when he came back what I needed done for my computer. Two weeks later I call to see how things were going with the repairs to my laptop.The counter person said that he had no idea. He said that he would try to get the tech to call me. When the tech did call (One week later)he said that he would need to replace the software. I said no problem get it done . I needed it fixed. He said no problem.II waited for a week and hoped that it would be fixed. Instead, I find out that he hasnt done anything to fix me laptop. It was still sitting on the shelf all this time of one month.If I could give a lower rating than one star I would.Dont ever go ClickAway at Verizon on Lathop Rd in Manteca to get a computer repaired.Theyre dishonest and incompetent. They would have trouble screwing in a light bulb.Theyre not even worth the one star I gave them.

So my husband has been here for two hours just to get a phone and the retailer had one of his employees to drive to tracy to get the phone he was asking for because they didn’t have it at their store.

3 phones in 5 weeks. Terrible service.Young guy asking me where smart button is.I know nothing about smart button.Purchased phone wouldnt give me receipt.Hours in store with poor results.I am suspicious why they only have 1 phone of each kind. Called Verizon to complain...they said store may be selling refurbished phones. Asked me to post my experience onlineStore would not return to me my original phone...that is odd .I wanted a Samsung 7 told me they were not available. Yet Verizon is advertising this phone for $10/mth.Said they would order a screen protector for my trouble. 1 month later no one has called.Went to Verizon in Turlock. Very good service. Took them 15 minutes vs 90 minutes.Dont ever go there. I am registering a formal complaint .

First off I called at nine thirty, half an hour before the store opens. Frank the store manager answered and was extremely helpful From the get go. I went in because I wanted to edge up or upgrade which ever one was more beneficial for me. I was assisted by lauren whos customer sevice was phenomenal as well as Franks! They broke everything down for me in numbers. Note that I work sales as well so I asked many many questions and they had an answer and solution for each one. And for the cherry on top Verizon had failed to give me my military discount for almost four years now. Frank made sure it was finally done! I will definitely be returning and recommending their business!

These folks are great!While traveling out of state, my old phone died, and I came to Click Away Mobile to see what phones are available. Frank Cauthorn listened to my experiences and concerns, working with my wife and I for over an hour, demonstrating patience and professionalism. He was able to get me the perfect upgrade, a SAMSUNG Galaxy S5. I am very happy with my new phone, and wish that Verizon would use Click Away, and sales staff like Frank as a model for all their stores. My wifes last phone upgrade was not anywhere near this level of satisfaction, and we both wish we had gotten her a Samsung. This is a remarkable phone, and a great experience with this store!
