Disappointed. Went in to print my two weeks’ notice for my job—a single standard piece of paper, black and white, one single side page, no pictures, as basic as can be. I asked how much that would cost to print. I was told over $3–I believe $3.04 was the exact total. I was incredulous. Apparently they charge the $2.50 computer fee regardless of whether you actually use the computer to get it printed (I was just going to email it in as I’ve done at other UPS stores), on top of the cost to actually print. I asked to confirm that I was understanding correctly and I was.I ended up going to Staples (just a mile away) where I was given a warm welcome and charged just $0.18 to print. I’ll definitely go there instead in the future.

My first time here and I would definitely come again. Theyre super deluxe busy with a lot of friendly regulars and a lot of foot traffic, so if you have a tricky thing, just be patient and theyll take good care of you.

Ana is the best. No matter how busy they are and no matter what they still smile and Greet you and still apologize for long waits and everything. They have a good building relationship with the people that come in. I will always be back.

ANA was great! She is what great customer service is all about!I was in a jam to get some notices printed and laminated, she could have easily said it was too late (it was 5 minutes until closing).She stuck it through even as other customers were trying to get last minute stuff done (and she didnt know I was in a jam). I have been to other places which I wont name, like STAPLES in Manteca next to TJ MAXX and Home Depot, and they treated me very unprofessionally and unkind.I found my forever home for printing and laminating needs, thanks ANA!!

I have been using this store for over 2 years. The women who work there are all so nice and helpful. Was in there today to ship Xmas to my granddaughters and Ana got everything packed and shipped. If you want a good experience go see them.

Do you enjoy being ripped off? Youll love this UPS store next to Safeway!!This is the worst experience I had at a UPS store while trying to mail a package. I had an item that I needed to send but needed a box to send it in. It was a medium sized package. I was expecting to buy a medium sized box; however, the UPS clerk wanted to charge me almost $27 to place the item in the box and tape it. I decided to buy the box myself, but the clerk was reluctant to sell me one and starting to give me a lecture about being a packaging expert and assuming that I don’t know how to pack. Since I am not from here I decided to look for a better option and I am glad I found it. There is another UPS Store down the street at 1112 N Main St. I decided to go there, and I am glad I did. I got the same item boxed and packaged for $17.97 a difference of whopping $10 and they told me it even came with a pack and ship guaranty (whatever that means). I will highly recommend everyone in this town to check your options before going to the store next to Safeway.

Those ladies who work there are the best workers really helpful,super fast and I love this store service. They are always cheerful 😃.

The help I received at the UPS Store on South Main Street this morning was AMAZING!I needed door hangers printed for marketing for our small-family-owned business and my first stop was at Staples.... The lady at Staples told me it would cost $70 for black a white prints by 8PM, and if I wanted her to stop what she was doing to get my printing job done it would cost an additional $30 bringing the total to $100. Oh and this would be on card stock (NOT door hangers because they dont carry those in store) -- I said thank you but no thank you.I then went to UPS on South Main Street and met Ana and Leah! They had a pack of door hangers, they helped me with my design, gave me a competitive price match on my printing and Im VERY HAPPY!THANK You so much for your assistance - you saved the day!!!!

I had to ship a package that the post office couldnt ship so i decided to come here. a little on the expensive side but i was able to ship it nonetheless. they were helpful, knew what they were doing, and got it done very quick.
