If I could leave zero stars I would. Had a 530am pick up. The company called at 0144 in the morning to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE AWFUL

Ride didn’t show up to pick us up at Logan. We were waiting for an hour in the cold and by the time we got ahold of the owner, he told us the driver took the wrong people home! Very poor service and unbelievable lack in communication. Do not use this company.

Would not recommend to anyone. The service never called us when we landed and we had to wait for 30 minutes to finally reach someone. The driver was “confused” and took the wrong passengers home. Don’t book if you actually want to get home from the airport!

Our driver never came to pick us up from Logan. Easier to just use an Uber

The website prides itself on getting you where you need to be on time however, when you call, there’s either no answer or no drivers. Do not rely on this company’s self advertising about getting you where you need to be.

Ive Always respected Bill, Tom, Mike, But you half to take look at your inner staff . No matter what! Nobody ever proof reads these schedules before their printed! Shame! Last week i had a client scream at me for a 2 an half hours wait after they called . Itd 12 years dispatching with former company and watch. With this company. and would never had this happen! Again I appreciate the opportunity!

Booked a pickup for 3:45 am on Tuesday of February vacation, for a 6am flight from Logan. Arrived just before time we booked, courteous, safe ride. Also arranged pickup on the reverse leg. Very nice and professional. I even forgot to tip during the initial ride, so I called to put a tip on my credit card. No problem, they were so nice about it. Great service for Mansfield. Will certainly give them my business again.
