Called the number to ask if they picked up in an area less than 10 miles away. They said no, hung up, and left me out to dry. Great customer service. Psyche.

I had a cab scheduled for an event Saturday night. No one showed up and after waiting about 10-15 I called multiple times and only got a voicemail. No follow up, no explanation.

They do not show up for scheduled appointments! This is not a reliable company at all & even if they tell you they are coming, they dont. Liars.

I called this Taxi company with a Day on advance I told them to be at the pick up addres at 7:00am in the morning. At 7:20am I had to call them because the Taxi didnt arrive. I call them again at 7:45am they told me it was on the way .. 8:10am They never answer my calls.. Taxi did not arrive lukely I call another Taxy company and they did get the Job done. IF YOU WANT TO MISS YOUR FLIGHT CALL THIS COMPANY
