I am a new patient to Dr. Carr and her service has been excellent. She listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I have been dealing with a crown done by another dentist and she is helping to correct before possibly replacing the crown. She also noticed via my teeth that I may have sleep apnea. I was referred to Dr Carr by my new eye doctor, Dr Ono. My experience with Dr Carr has been nothing short of exceptional, from the ladies at the front desk, the assistants and Dr Carr. Very impressed with the steps they have in place to ensure a covid safe environment, starting before you walk in the door. I had a crown, old mercury fillings replaced with a more safe product and a deep cleaning. Dr. Carr explains each process so you have an understanding. I am glad to be a new patient and highly recommend Dr Carr.

I visited Dr. Carrs office today for the first time. I just have one question... WHAT HAVE ALL THE OTHER DENTIST BEEN DOING IN MY LIFE!!!?? First of all, I was so impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff. They were very professional and the office is CLEAN!! I am picking about cleanliness especially in this day and time and EVERYTHING was clean! This is the first time when a dentist suggested a two part cleaning. I take fairly good care of my teeth but to hear them explain why the two part cleaning would be best for me, made complete sense. I believe its actually going to help with one of my teeth that have been giving me issues. I got to see EVERY SINGLE picture they took of my teeth and she walked thru them with me. Sometimes you wonder if doctors/dentist are just adding stuff on to pad the insurance payout. I didnt feel like that at all. I think seeing the pictures helped with that. I am thrilled to have found Dr. Carr and her staff and highly recommend this dentist if youre in search for one!

The staff are extremely nice and they take the time to explain why they perform certain procedures which is something I appreciate. First off, I have really bad anxiety when it comes to any kind of dental work being done on me period. Even though I was nervous and some dental work had to be done on my teeth today, Dr. Carr, and Mrs. Bre took care of me very much. They put my nerves at ease with providing me with all the information of what was being done was presented to me in an easy way to understand. When it came time for those drills around my teeth she prioritized my comfort level and ensured I was relaxed always checking in periodically as she continued her work. My experience at this dental office has been phenomenal!!! I was looking for a dentist that has exceptional customer service and dental skills to maintain my healthy smile. Dr. Carr and Rosa did an awesome job during the process of getting my first root canal. I was extremely anxious about the process but by everything being thoroughly explained and them pausing whenever I needed them to as well as them giving me headphones to listen to music from my cellphone helped me relax and made the process go very smoothly.

Today was my first visit with, Dr. Carr. When I entered her office, she greeted me very warmly. After checking in, she gave me a tour of her beautiful office. My visit was for a tooth extraction. She examined my tooth, and discovered she could save it, by doing a root canal. After reviewing other options with her I agreed to the root canal. Her Dental Assistant Rosa, was great at assisting her. I felt no pain and was comfortable during the entire procedure.
