I love Dynamic Dental! They are so friendly and do an amazing job. From scheduling to checking in for your appointment, they make everything as easy and seamless as possible.

Really such an awesome environment and extremely professional. I can’t thank them enough for doing more for me in one visit than what my previous dentist did in 6 months. Dr. Erin, the front desk, and honestly everyone there were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They were able to make permanent crowns in house which was such a plus for me as not every dentist office can do that. I can’t recommend this office more. :)

This is hands-down the best dental staff I’ve ever experienced. From the entire front desk staff greeting you like family, to the dental assistants, every dentist, and the orthodontist, I never want to go to another dental office.Dr. Andrea recently filled a couple of cavities on my autistic 13 year-old. I have never seen him more comfortable with any doctor, and we’ve seen a lot!Today, he got braces and was terrified going in. The office staff planned and budgeted the extra time, which was amazing! Cassie (the hygienist who also assisted on his fillings) took time to clearly answer every single question he had, making sure he was comfortable the whole time. The coordinator, Lauren, is genuinely excited to see everyone, which makes for a fun experience at the orthodontist 😂 She also makes everything very clear and easy to understand for parents and kids. Dr. Marissa is so thorough, patient and kind, which tops off the entire experience.My 10 year-old is a much easier patient, but truly enjoys going in to get his braces checked. He has been going to Dynamic Dental for orthodontics for a little over a year, and has formed relationships with the staff. It’s really cute to see Cassie or Karen come get him and ask him about something he had been excited for at the last appointment (they’ve remembered snacks he was excited for, places we were going to visit, things he had going on at school, etc.).All in all, the BEST dental office I’ve ever experienced. So glad we started going here!!!

Best dental office I have ever dealt with! The staff is all very friendly and offices are clean;l. Dynamic takes a huge list of insurances, and the people that work here are knowledgeable and great at what they do. I recently went through getting invisalign treatments and also moved a considerable distance away but the office has been great with my move and scheduling appointments together so I dont have to make multiple trips to the dentist every so often. Im planning on staying with this office although I have left the Mansfield area. I highly recommend Dynamic Dental!

I LOVE this office!I have always had a fear of the dentist since I was a child. Been to a couple different dentists and I always felt so uncomfortable. From the ease of changing my appointment the day before, to the kind and efficient reception staff, and finally the dental hygienist who performed my cleaning, everything was great! I recently transferred to Dynamic Dental and my first visit was for a cleaning. The receptionist (Amanda) was welcoming and engaging upon my initial entry. I found the waiting area to be clean and comfortable. Melissa was my hygienist and I found her to be very personable. She was very thorough in my initial visit with taking a full series of X-rays and pictures of my teeth and then proceeded to give me a thorough cleaning. She also took the time after my cleaning to walk me out front for checkout. I sometimes find after a visit to the dental office that I am left to my own devices to walk myself out.

I have received care at this practice from multiple providers. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Each doctor has provided excellent care.

We have had a great experience using Dynamic Dental as our primary dentist. We were there recently for my 12 yr old son to get braces. On the day of, the whole team was great about making him feel comfortable. Jose did an excellent job explaining the procedure to him and keeping him relaxed during the process. What I appreciate most is that he talked to my son in a way that wasn’t childish or condescending. My son hates it when adults talk to him like he’s 5. He wants to be treated like his age and as an equal. Jose and the whole staff does just that. I’ve been very happy with our visits and would recommend them anytime.

Went here because of the stellar reviews. Staff was super friendly. Went, “doctor” came in, talked to everyone in the room except for me about my teeth, I told him about an impacted wisdom tooth which he initially told me wasn’t there and then when I told him to look again he just said “oh yeah.” Had a tooth pulled, was going to get a bridge and was told I would be contacted about my next appointment. I called after two weeks, the lady that answered pretended like she was just looking at my paperwork as I called, told me she’d call back, never did. Not sure if my insurance wasn’t good enough or whatever but garbage communication in my personal experience.

Awful scheduling team, initial appointment was at 1 pm. Called me 4 times 24 hours before to change the appointment to 12:50 pm and denied saying that I was late for 5 minutes.

Dr. Andrea & the ENTIRE staff are fantastic!! My daughter is 6 and is frightened of the dentist, but now because of the friendliness and kindness of the entire staff, she has overcome her fear & now enjoys going to see everyone there! I brought my daughter in for her 1st appointment based on a dental emergency & the hygienist (Karen) was extremely polite, caring & very professional. She put my daughters fear at ease. I saw Svetylana today and she was wonderful! She filled my cavities (I have many) and I hate needles and usually pass out at the sight out needles. Not only was she very understanding and took her time with the procedure but the staff informed me of my co-pay a day ahead, which was great. I wasn’t in for any financial surprises. Very clean office, awesome staff. The woman at the desk gave me a full breakdown of my co-pay and at checkout the male working there told me that they were estimates so sometimes it can more if they downgrade. Very happy with my over all experience and scheduled my next appointment 😊oh and they have late hours so I didn’t have to miss any work for my appointments, awesome!

If you come here with a child Please note that when they do an X-ray they have very bad collars, they are small and practically do not cover anything. I think that this is unacceptable for a small child, he will not have a closed chest and neck and this is very bad! Also, if the nurse will take X-rays using a special portable X-ray gun, then keep in mind that it is quite possible that her hands will shake, since this is a heavy thing and they do it while holding the gun in the air. As a result, these pictures will not work and your child will be irradiated 5 times in vain !!! Horrible experience!

As someone who tries to avoid going to the dentist, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dynamic Dental. I have been there for two cleanings, one a deep cleaning and each time I had a positive experience.My hygienist was Melissa. She was kind, funny and instantly put me at ease. We explained every step of the process and asked if I had questions.During the procedure she asked me if I was ok and what told what she was doing.I am really happy with Dynamic Dental and have told my family and friends how great they are.

I am usually a little hesitant about going to dentist but I think dynamic dental is calming my fears. They always do a great job and I would not trust anyone else Thankyou to everyone there for makingmy visits a pleasure.

Over charged me by a few hundred dollars, been 3 months still havent gotten my money back. No one reached out to me either.

My son and I have been going to dynamic dental for over 3 years now and I don’t think I’d go anywhere else as long as Dr. Andrea is there. She is the sweetest dentist, caring and gentle plus good with kids. My son had a cleaning today with Jamie and I absolutely loved her. She was extremely friendly and had an awesome personality. She was great with my son and explained things throughout the visit perfectly. I have also seen Katie for cleanings myself and she is nice and good at her job always making my teeth feel super clean. I love the clean modern atmosphere. Only compliant is it has seemed to get very busy at this office over the years and the past couple appointments I’ve had to wait 10-15 mins before being seen. When I first went they would call me if I was a minute late now they seem to be running late more often. Not many people love the dentist and waiting causes a more anxiety. I like to get called back quickly after I check in. But still would 100% recommend this office.

Lori Pemberton was wonderful for my first visit to Dynamic Dental for a cleaning. I have terrible dental anxiety due to horrible experiences at another local dental office and Lori was patient, kind, thorough, and educated me without overwhelming me. The office is beautiful, following all COVID precautions, and the desk staff were quick and efficient. I highly highly recommend Dynamic Dental.

When I first moved to the area I was in search of a good dentist and after a lot of trial and error I came upon dynamic dental. I have been coming here for over 2 years and have enjoyed every visit! The staff behind the desk is so kind, and the hygienists and dentists are fabulous.

I had an exam and cleaning a couple of weeks ago at a different dentist not in my network bc they could get me in sooner and I was way overdue. Found I had some cavities and I decided to switch to Dynamic to have the work done since they’re in network for me. I had an appt today for a brief exam w Dr Erin. 3 fillings needed to be done ASAP and I asked if they could be done today instead of coming back and they said yes which was such a surprise! The process was extremely quick. I was in and out in an hour. I also have some issues with Novocain as I tend to panic if my throat numbs up. They were very cautious with me because of this which I really appreciate! AND I got to watch Netflix while they were working on me 🙃 Never thought I’d love a dental office, but I am very happy with my experience!

A number of years ago I had a bad toothache after not being to the dentist for about 6-7 years. I had been paying for insurance for 2 years but was too nervous to go for even a cleaning. The staff at dynamic dental made me feel comfortable and in control without talking down to me. I had an appointment at dynamic today and was able to walk in with ZERO anxiety.Now my husband and 3 year old daughter go to dynamic dental. They even managed to get my 3 year old to sit through an entire cleaning!

I just had my first appointment with Dynamic Dental and it was a refreshing change to my last dentist. They were professional yet very friendly and polite - and everyone was smiling. Dr Andrea even walked my out to the front lobby when we were done with the consultation which I thought was a nice touch. I plan to move the rest of my family to to this practice. My experience at Dynamic Dental started on the heels of an awful experience elsewhere . The woman who set up our initial appointment (squeezed my 3 kids in within a week for initial consults) was extremely helpful and kind. They accept almost every dental insurance which is a bonus. The visits were on time, but if there was time to kill there was a great room for the kids to play free video games! Both hygienists and the dentist were all fantastic and Im looking forward to continuing all of our care at Dynamic Dental! 2 thumbs up!

My 9 year old loves going there and playing the video games and my infant son has been able to sit on my lap. From cleanings to Invisalign, the service is professional and thorough. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Dynamic Dental. I was blown away by their service and attention. With the sudden onset of debilitating pain, I called for an appointment and they were able to see me just 3 hours later, no wait, quick diagnosis of the issue at hand, and advocated for a referral to an endodontist who had the availability to also see me the same day to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible to get me out of pain. Very thankful!

I am even more grateful for how well they treat my 3-year old daughter who has now started getting her teeth checked. It is a wonderful reassurance that my daughter is in good hands.Even while I had a cleaning done and my 3 y/o was there, the hygienist cleaning my teeth allowed her to “help”, engaged her in conversation, and kept her occupied while she was working on my teeth.I’m so grateful for this dental office.

My root canal was done in a professional manner, and I took a dose of acetaminophen just in case. Not much ache from the surgical area during or after. I recommend Dynamic Dental.

Dynamic Dental is the best! I had a crown pop off and I wanted to get in right away. There wasnt any pain or sensitivity so I could hold off a few days. Debbie called and texted me several times a day to assure me that she was working on getting me in at the earliest possible date and by the next business day (this was over a holiday weekend) I had an appointment that was convenient for me. Everyone at this place is wonderful but Debbie deserves a special shout out for going the extra mile.

We drive over an hour to receive our dental care from Dynamic Dental. We do that because it is the best dental care we have ever received. Edita and Jeff have expanded their practice into the most modern facility while maintaining the highest level of care AND the friendliest of atmosphere.Lori has been our dental hygienist for years. Twice a year a person who knows us well (and our teeth) performs a cleaning. Always on time. Always professional and friendly.Jeff, Karen, and the administrative team know your insurance better than you and work with you to ensure the best possible outcome - to your advantage.The facility is spotless and has he latest, least intrusive, and fast technology. Crowns can be completed in one day.I was recently examined by a private dentist as part of a Veterans Affairs (VA) evaluation of very expensive bridge work necessitated by a service related injury. The evaluating doctor noticed that I had received treatment on one of the supporting teeth inside the bridge. He asked about it. I told him my dentist (Edita) had detected decay in one of the support teeth and drilled through the bridge to do the necessary work to save the bridge work. The evaluating doctor said, Wow, nice job. Not to slam my industry but many dentists would have wanted to replace the $20,000 bridge. You have a good dentist. I answered, I know!

I recently moved to the area and was overdue for a cleaning. I was hesitant to set up an appointment from a previous experience at a different dentist. Staff are friendly, warm, and so professional. Lori, the dental hygienist was so amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone. This is by far the best dental office I have EVER been to! You can tell from the moment you step foot in that they run a tight ship. The place is extremely clean, organized, and modern. They have the latest technology here. It exceeded my expectations!
