Great prices on their car cleaning services. Their staff was really helpful & friendly. We left today with no negative comments, everything from the car wash to the interior cleaning was spot on! Im glad to see their business striving!

Quality service for affordable prices! I needed a last minute detail and car washes that offered detail services were few and far between and ones I found were very expensive. Crystal Clean gave me the same service for a more affordable price along with more options to customize the detail and prices. I was very pleased with the detail I got! I will be coming here for all my future details.

My car always thanks me after a nice car wash at Crystal Clean 😀 Staff are friendly, prices are fair (starting at $6 for basic wash and free self vacuum). Seating area is basic with soda machine. The monthly package is also a great idea!

I saw all the great reviews so I went there yesterday. They took almost 2 hours, didnt know they were that busy or I would have left in the first place. Then when I get in the car a picture I have had for FOUR YEARS is gone. They left my crushed red pepper container alone but threw away a perfectly good picture. Im so mad I went to this place. If you want your personal items to disappear and be hostage in their hot waiting room with no drinks, come here. Wish I never went to them.

Normally this place has great service and is efficient. However, today I was dissatisfied. I never received a fragrance when I purchased my package and it took over an hour to complete my car. Slow service today (new staff?)

Ive been coming here since they opened about five years ago (?) with both my car and pickup. I brought my truck in last week and when I was drying off the roof I noticed multiple scratches near the trailing edge of the roof. Most I can buff out but one is rather deep. The assistant manager said it was impossible their equipment did it, but I just waxed the truck last month and this was the first wash since then. I wont be coming back!

Expensive! They dont even do a good job. I had to tell them clean my tires twice. One guy asked another to clean them again and the guy got all mad as he cleaned them again. I feel like they should do the job correct the first time.

This was a horrible experience, paid 18.00 for a cash wash that turned out to be worse than the dirty car, for 18.00 you don’t even get a vacuum. And I tipped these people 5.00 before inspecting. There is no need get mad, I just will never ever go there again. Trying to support Mansfield businesses, but I’d rather wash it myself. Terrible

Usually a great clean. I go here often. 4 stars only because the guys drying my truck tend to leave water in the same area on my bed cover. 5 day rain guarantee is nice as well.

Came in for a quick exterior wash. $14 was the first offer. No just need exterior. $11 was the next offer. I just pulled through and left. I know you get a commission off your sales, but this is not how to get long-term customers.

Often I run my vehicles thru the wash and generally get exterior detail. Generally they do a good job a little home cleaning Im use to. Today though I get the managers special...waiting to hear back from the manager/owner before I say more.

WORST CAR WASH ON THE PLANET.............. I went to this car wash the other day and Im very disappointed i asked for the best option they had to buff scratches and all the guy told me it was going to be very expensive 250$ I committed to it, left my car and was told to pick it up at 7pm with is closing time when I returned to get my car it was good they didnt even vacuum or wipe down anything in the inside i did a walk around even on the buff which was supposed to be a scratch removal wasnt even good my 5yr daughter could have done a better job i mean if your buff scratches out how can my car still have road bug splatter still on it...i asked the guy that was there what was going on he replied they only wash the outside for 250$ to avoid me getting into a confrontation i just left.im still very upset about it...i will never go to this place again....please learn from my mistakes this is not a good car wash......

Great service. I had some nasty tree sap on my car it completely came off and they towels dried my car and shined the wheels up nice.

Best car wash in the area

I would NOT recommend this place at all. I took my new truck up their to be washed and detailed. While I was waiting on them to detail the truck one of the workers stood on the top of my tonneau cover and started dancing. Three of the girls were standing around the truck dancing in place clapping him on from the ground. I told him to get off my truck. He then sat down, hanging his feet off the side and slide down to the ground scratching my left rear quarter panel, and then ran off towards Auto Zone. When I called management he apologized and gave me my money back. Would not agree to pay for the damages. This was not a small scratch. Brand new truck with a 6 inch scratch down the side and nothing done about it. Very disappointed. I will not ever go back. Did not let them finish. Very dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else.

Got upsold a clay bar. It was time. Im sitting in the chair and I watch the guy pick something out of it before he rubs it all over my car. Obvious scratches all over my trunk as a result. Im assuming whatever was stuck to the clay bar that destroyed my trunk either fell off or he noticed and removed the rest of it before he trashed my entire car. Wont be back. Wouldnt recommend anyone get anything more than a simple spray wax there.

They didnt even finish cleaning the inside of my car leaving obvious trash. I had a bunch of change in the front that they stole. Also the lady looked at me like I inconvenience her life. This place is not professional at all and dont think you can leave anything of value in your car they look at you like your a dog and you are lucky they cleaned your car.
