Pretty decent job. I was told inside and out including tire shine was 17 dollars on the phone. Ended up being 25. A bit too pricey. Theres another car wash where they do it by hand just down the road for 17.

Good team members,, terrible equipment, this is the first automatic car wash Ive seen that seems to never have soap in it. The team members spray soap on the vehicle before it enters the wash. Manager seems very fair and caring to their employees. Seems they are willing to really help people that Need A Job a chance. That is what makes this local carwash special. We need to try to support this place so they can update the equipment and compete with the competition. In summary: even with the substandard equipment,, these team members make Sure your vehicle comes out clean! You can tell they are thankful for the job and they show it though their work ethic.!Erick Belmer

Truck came out decent both times I’ve gone. After talking to a co-worker he also had a poor experience with the German Shepard that is inside.. pretty dog but it will scare ya good. I won’t be back for that small reason there, no reason to have an unpleasant experience when there’s a 5$ touch-less wash down the street.

I just want to tell you something about this place here Ive been in many car washes in my life the Park Avenue Car Wash has the best group of guys that Ive ever seen I left my wallet in the car I go to the car wash after they clean vacuum did the windows did the tires beautiful job excellent service you know what one of the guys is man you shouldnt leave this in the car that theres an honest place and I know its because of the owner Tony is a great man he treats his employees well and they do not steal none of them I just want everybody know about this car wash first class

Was not happy with the job done considering the price increase... I paid $15 for an inside and outside wash. My console where my cups go still had the same dirt and lint in it it had when I pulled in and I had even taken the divider out so they could get to it... where you get into the car was still filthy. Like it hadnt even been wiped very disappointed and probably wont go back

Highly disappointed. Very expensive for the quality. I purchased the full service deluxe package and my truck was still dirty. They sprayed cleaner on my sunroof and dash and never wiped it off. They didnt vacuum the back seat or under the mats. They did not wash any of my back windows. They only treated 2 of my tires. Never again!

Good and fast service. Are car is always well cleaned. Only one thing, please. Completely dry the Windows. They are kind gentleman. Please,tip them. They deserve it.

They always have my car looking spotless when I go there. 16 bucks for the full wash and a tip to the guys wiping everything down and vacuuming the car out and it looks like a full detail every time, definitely recommend going here!

I took my car in for a simple outside wash inside sweep and let me tell you these guys were phenomenal. I have never seen my car looks so good in and out. they certainly went the extra mile by putting all my lost in car items on my seat for me and threw away the embarrassing amount of trash I had in my center console. worth way more than the 16 dollars I paid and I will always bring my vehicles to them!!!!

They forgot to clean off back floor mat. I ask for wheel cleaner, left side was beautiful right side was half done on each wheel. Spent $22 plus $10 tip. Next time Ill do walk around. It was my first time there.

I prefer Park Avenue Car Wash over any other car wash in the Mansfield area. The people that work there do a good job on my car every time I get it washed plus they do a good on vacuuming and cleaning the interior of my car. I will keep coming back as long as I’m still living in the area.

Cleaner car and A+ customer service everytime

Ive been using this facility for quite awhile. All of our vehicles are cleaned and detailed here. I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended. Sue and Tony will always treat you right. And the guys always have a good attitude and do great work.

Love this place, but visited Saturday for the first time in awhile.. and they didnt even wipe off the dash ?? everything else sparkled.. I was rather shocked actually.. wasnt even that busy at that time either ??

I grew up in Mansfield, I like to support local businesses there. I was in town and needed a carwash, so I figured no better place to go than here. However, I was disappointed to see that entire rear bumper if my white vehicle was still dirty when I pulled away & no one noticed it. Come on guys, I know you all can do better!

Drop off Friday to have the interior detail I understand it was bad but when I went to pick up the vehicle the battery was dead like they use it to listen to the radio now I have to jump it ever te I want to go somewhere and there also did clean all the panel in the vehicle this was the second time here the first car they did was amazing this on not so much

Nice people but I had a bad experience! I had things in my door that got stolen. And I tried calling and calling and now they are closed. So pissed. I hope to get answers.

I love this place! I went to Buckeye carwash and my car smashed into the truck in front of me! Never again! I love that I see the same smiling men making me feel like my car is the most important.

They put my floor mats in with water puddles on them the Windows all had practical fuzz all over them the carpet under the mats was not swept the passenger outside was still dirty...very disappointed In their work...use to be great place to go....guess Ill continue to go to the one on Lexington ave from here on out!!!

I used to go every week to get my car washed at 17.00 per wash..someone broke the cup holder in my lexus😣 To make matter worse I recommended them to a friend for a full detail..what a disaster! They did a very poor job when they were clearly wrong..the owner was rude and mean and we had to call the cops! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I WISH I COULD RATE NO STARS!
