The experience is always decent. The only disappointing thing is that they dont work with u on anything. Ive been a loyal customer of Enterprise for nearly 20 years n I feel like some things they should give those kind of customers a break on... Like, if Im using my debit card n I left a bill at home, I feel like I should get a break if I genuinely wasnt able to get a copy of it, but instead I wasnt able get my rental. Its like, theyre more willing to chance losing a loyal customer rather than work with them and that,s not good for business.

Thank you to the team at Enterprise in Mansfield. Before even delivering our rental, they noticed it had a mechanical issue and promptly set up another rental for us from another location. Even though we had to wait a little extra past our pick up time for the new rental to be delivered, the whole process went smoothly.

Absolute terrible customer service amd communication. Insurance company and body shop set up my reservations, was instructed to bring car back Monday to swap for a pickup truck to meet my work needs. Show up no truck available, drove 40 minutes for nothing. No phone call to let me know in advance there was not a truck available. Service reps had no idea of the reservations either. Not impressed at all. Complete waist of time.

After two bad experiences in a row I was reluctant to reserve a third rental. However, due to price matching I did. I arrived at Enterprise with an attitude that if I experience anything unsatisfying, I would let everyone know it and I would never return. Well, there actually was a delay with the reservation but this time the interaction was different! The customer interaction provided by Alex was 5* and this overall rating would equal that if it had not been due to a negative measure of past experiences. He was upfront about the delay and followed up with an offer that was impressive. The next week I reserved another rental and once again I was greeted by Alex and he not only presented a satisfying vehicle but he provided a good overall end-to-end customer experience. This interaction of better customer engagement has placed my trust back in the Brand! Im now a loyal customer who will continue to use them.

Absolutely terrible!!! Reserved a Tahoe or something similar online back in January for pickup at noon. Get a phone call the day of pickup at 11:30 asking if it was okay if they punch out pickup until 4, they were still trying to locate a vehicle for me. I arrive at the business at 4 to pick my vehicle up and they ask for my payment and license, I proceed to ask what kind of vehicle they found me before giving them my payment. They tell me a Dodge Journey. If you know vehicles a Journey is a lot smaller than a Tahoe. I proceed to tell them I drive a Telluride which is larger than a Journey, why would I waste my money on a rental smaller than the vehicle I own. Now it is 5:15 and my family was supposed to be on the road heading to Florida at 6, they find me a Tahoe at a location 1 hr and 15 minutes away. So no I have to take two and a half hours out of my day to drive out to Mansfield from Cleveland to pickup the vehicle!! Enterprise was an absolute joke!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience renting with Enterprise here in Mansfield, OH. The Enterprise representatives were quite helpful and knowledgeable--the vehicle was in superb condition; we will be renting again from them soon. The logistics of the rental, with the online reservation system, featured easy navigation--just a great experience. Thanks especially to Sydney, who very patiently and expertly answered my myriad of questions when I went to pick up the car.

People were nice but since they are the only place in town really to rent a car they over charge and dont pick up or drop off.

Luis Cintron Diaz went above and beyond to offer exceptional service. We were stuck, 4 hours from home, out of state, with car trouble. He did everything he could to get us in the road to finish out our vacation. We had some struggles with our situation, and he was extremely patient and kind the whole time! Thank you Luis!!

Negative stars....called to rent a car. got a confirmation and all. go to pick up car and they would not take my credit/debit card unless I had two proofs of address. one was excepted but needed another one so drove back home, got several pieces of mail and went back. because the one utility bill shows a past due amount if you dont pay BY A CERTAIN DATE they said it shows we owe money so they would not let me have the car. it was NOT past due....it just said if it wasnt paid by THAT DATE it would be. went to hurtz and within 15 minutes I was driving away with a rental.

I called ahead to make sure they could tend to me, I had a choice to pick a vehicle withing the specified allowance from the insurance. People were friendly and nice. Paper work was explained in detail. In and out. Will come back again.Thank You

I highly recommend Enterprise if you ever need a car for absolutely anything! We had to extend our rentals out a couple days due to unforeseen circumstances and every time we called there was always a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone. Picking up the vehicles was just the same. Staff members greeted us with smiles and cheerful attitudes despite having to wear masks. The vehicles are very well maintained and I have never had any issues.

I reserved an economy size car. When I got there, that wasnt available. So, they brought out an intermediate. When returning it, a different employee tried to charge me the full price for the upgrade that was beyond my control. However, instead of changing the paperwork for a different car, he was able to change the time of return that put the overall price in the same range as I was expecting to pay based on my reservation of an economy size. So, I give them 4 stars for quickly figuring out a reasonable solution. If they had communicated or documented that the upgrade was on their side and not requested by me, they might have gotten a 5.

Covid 19 has affected everything. The staff at Enterprise was GREAT. The first car I was offered was something I didnt really like. No problem, another one was offered and accepted. We had to return the vehicle on a Sunday and the staff was understanding and made sure the proper amount was billed. We have rented from Enterprise for many years. As long as they are open, we will continue to rent from Enterprise!!

Great staff - busy place, but very accommodating.

Got a vehicle from here while mine is broke down. The fella doing my process, Alex, was kinda rude, and of course I did it online, which in turn didnt tell us that they wanted my utilities bills. What should of been quick and no problem, was a systematic failure and definitely a series of unfortunate happenings.

Well this is my first time using a rental car place. And for my example oh but how everything went phone 28 point B to point C I give Enterprise 5 stars over and over again because excellent service the car was immaculately clean and the vehicle that I had was it Nissan Spectre I believe and the technology that was in the car I was so amazed at it. If every time comes again that I need to rent a car I would definitely go back to Enterprise over and over again.

Easy to pick up car. Friendly staff. Fair price. No drop-off box for after hours turn in of car. No instructions for after hours drop off. Site is cleared for after hours drop off. Spent 35 minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone to tell me where to leave the keys. Location in my city was closed due to COVID. Had to drive to another city to get the rental.

They always have cars that run good, maintenanced well, and clean. You can always call on them when there is a problem. I love enterprise! Ive been renting from them since I was 18 and I refuse to go anywhere else. Btw the points system is AMAZING!!

Check in and check out process is very easy and making the reservation was great as wellThis was the second time we rented a van with stow away seats which is great but the van needed swept, particularly where the seats go down.We had satellite radio our entire trip and it was great. I would like to suggest that Enterprise provide this service on any vehicle that is capable. I didnt think we would care for it but it was really nice to have.

I have been using this Enterprise location for work purposes along with a colleague of mine for the last 6+ months and we have had nothing but exceptional service! I rent a vehicle for 30 days at a time and have been doing so for the last 6 months.I occasionally need to switch vehicles based on uses and the Counter guys and Managers have all been very accommodating and willing to help. Even when the correct vehicle isnt in the inventory, they have made the necessary arrangements make sure I had what I needed.The Mansfield Ohio store has a culture of making the customer feel like they are important. They have never failed me and I appreciate this type of service. Way to go guys/gals!

Asked for a four door whatever to replace my pacifica while being repaired. They gave me a dodge challenger...2 door. Nothing else available ... Took it. Horribly unsafe with a child in tow, rear wheel drive, and ice on the road. When my car repair got delayed, they called and told me they sold the challenger to someone and I had to return it. Went to switch it out and they gave me a four door vehicle... Finally . I wasnt upset about a hot-rod but highly unpracticle for my needs. Staff however was very nice and informative. I would work with this company again. I would just hope its at least summer time when I do.

While our car was being repaired after hitting a deer, our insurance company recommended Enterprise for us to use. While we are not a frequent renter, we have dealt with Enterprise since 2008,We had a rental from Enterprise for over a week. Everything was great. The agent at Enterprise was personable and made sure we understood all about the car. It was great that Enterprise could drive me back to the dealership when I turned in the rental.

Leaving only three stars. The initial pick up we asked for an suv. When we arrived we waited 15 min to be shown a Jeep. Upon inspection of the Jeep we noticed an odor of weed. We were asked if we wanted another vehicle we would have to wait for one to be sanitized. Instead of waiting another who knows how long we said we didn’t mind. The gentleman gave us a discount due to the smell which was kind. When we were returning the vehicle we waited almost 30 minutes in a line outside since the virus. People came after ya and were helped before us. Finally after standing in the hot sun I went and told an employee we were there to just drop off a car and I was upset because we waited forever. To which then the employee gave an attitude back and said just give me the keys then and leave.

The enterprise in Mansfield Ohio is the best they have the best crew, the friendliest crew and they always have a good selection of vehicles and if they dont they will try to get what makes the customer happy from another store

I was very indecisive on what vehicle I was going to choose as I was taking some large items halfway across the country. I believe his name was Chris, was beyond gracious and patient with me as I made two different choices.I was blown away at the lack of hassle, bureaucracy, and red tape.

I was disappointed with our rental experience this year. The first car they gave us smelled like dog! Dog hair all over the back seat and packaging for a dog collar in the back seat! That car was clearly not cleaned & sanitized before they gave it to us! I called them when my husband got home with it. The tags were expired too! Gave us another car and we got 2 days into a 19 day trip and the change oil message came on. We were in south dakota. Called our office back in ohio & they said you have to find an enterprise where you are! So we had to spend our vacation time locating an enterprise! Then take the car to a garage to get oil changed! That should have been checked before we left enterprise back in ohio!

My rental and location were great. Here is the Corporate problem. You advertise to this day we will pick you up. Untrue. I called corporate and spoke to a female.I was told they are not doing pick ups due to the virus. Fine then change your ancient advertising! She then advise we can’t change the advertising since our computers will not allow us to do that!!! Sure!!! It gets even better.To further insult my the intelligence, I told her why could I make an appointment at the Ashland location and find out that office is closed on the day of my rental. She said the Mansfield office will service me at the Ashland location. Wrong. No pick up no service was told by her to call Uber. Great customer service.

Price was ok but when I returned the car the woman was rude and tried to blame me for damage that was already there! Even though it was already documented.

When to budget first what a mistake lady there is rude. Also they didnt even have my reserved car there and acted like it was my fault. Went to Enterprise they were very nice and helpful and found me a car asap. So we could make are trip. Daughter liked the car so much she is going to buy one.

This was the most difficult company I have ever rented a rental car from. This will be the last time I will ever rent a car from Enterprise. if it was possible to leave a no star rating I wouldnt even leave a one star rating. The hoops and the total BS you have to go through to rent from them is rediculous. My pick up time was 10 am this past Saturday and by the time I got a vehicle I ended up an hour away at the Mansfield location. By the time I got my car and got on the road to Wisconsin it was after 4 pm these clowns made me way late getting on the road to Wisconsin. Save yourself the trouble and major hastle rent your car from anywhere else but Enterprise.

Too expensive and rude to their customers. I gave them 4 different pieces of paper to verify my address and my pay stubs plus my drivers license but it still took over an hour to verify. So I just left and didnt rent anything.

I went with someone to return the vehicle they had rented from here, June.It was a quick procedure.Return visit for a rental 1st weekend of October and only vehicle available was a pickup truck, ugh. Budget closed down in Ontario and Hertz had nothing to rent. I didnt need nor want a pickup, prefer cars but I had no choice. Counter man was pleasant throughout the rental and return process.

Called in morning.Stopped about 4:30pm.At first, really didnt have an SUV,but the gentleman helped me and they were cleaning up an SUV and he gave that to me.I was very grateful.Thanks a million.Needed it for work,while I got my car fixed.

Van worked great for the trip we had to take. Downside was when I picked it up, it had a half of tank fuel. Very difficult to bring vehicle back with half a tank. Accidentally put to much fuel back in. Good for you not so much for customers.

With COVID-19 cars should be cleaned prior to your reservation. Then advise the rep of the filthy car only to take it the back and return it to me with the “crumbs wiped out of cup holder”! The absolute worst!!!!!

Needed a car to drive to Texas that has both comfortable back seats and is fuel efficient.Bringing back my 87 year old Mother with a recent hip replacment. Reserved a Nissan Altima and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we had one. He drove after closing to pick it up in another town nearby and returned and cleaned it to make sure we were taken care of. Not sure you can put a price on that kind of service as well receive it at another car rental. They have had my business the past five years because of the way they care for their customers.

Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Before I left, I noticed the tire pressure light was on, but was assured that the tire pressure warning light would go out shortly. However after several hours of driving it did not. The car I was given had a screw in the tire. Im not sure the car was given a thorough inspection, and instead was quickly aired up and given to me. I then had to contact an Enterprise nearby my current location to exchange the car. However, no Enterprises within 200 miles had extra cars available. I was then directed to a shop that was able to repair the tire at no cost to me, thankfully. Still, the whole endeavor cost me an annoying amount of time and effort. Not exactly a smooth rental, considering I was given a car in an unsafe condition. Positive note, the staff were friendly and prompt with service for checking the car in and out.

We rented a “Luxury SUV”.. it was far from luxury. We notice the low tire tread when picking it up. As we were driving to Florida the next day. We mentioned it to the sales rep and he said he could have them replaced but did not know how long it would take and if it would even be ready for the next day so we decided against it. The surburban was filthy. Mud, dirt and finger prints all over the place so we had them wash and clean it again. Needless to say I had to vacuum and clean it again when we got it home. Food in between the seats toys and other nasty stuff. The dents and scratches on the outside of the vehicle made it far from even being a nice rental car. We didn’t notice the brakes right away until driving in traffic in Columbus and coming to a complete stop on the highway we notice the brakes shook the vehicle when slowing down. Normal wear and tear as the “Luxury Vehicle” was a few years old and should of never been over looked by the staff. They knew the tires were old and probably knew the brakes were bad but had no problem putting me and my family in it to travel 1200 miles each way. I just thank god we did not hit any bad weather because who knows what would of happened. When we returned the vehicle a week later we made them aware of the problems we had and they gave us a one day Luxury Vehicle free rental. I hope they fixed the problems before renting this SUV to anyone else. I would not recommend renting a vehicle from here. I believe they know they are one of the only rentals in the area so they do the bare minimal.

The cars have always been exactly what we have requested, clean, and ready to go when we arrive. We highly recommend Enterprise!

The customer service has always been very good at our Enterprise in Mansfield.The current drop off procedure needs to be looked at.I would like to see the key drop off be reinstated so that I do not need to be late to work in order to drop off the vehicle. Our location does not open until 8:00 a.m. which is the same time most folks need to be at work. Previously I could drop off earlier in the morning or the evening which I return from my trip. Placing the keys in a secured lockbox.Providing a more convenient drop off would definitely be worth 5 stars.

When we arrived at the Mansfield OH office we were greeted pleasantly. The auto we had reserved was waiting for us. It was clean and ready to go.The office personnel did an inspection with us and instruction about the vehicle. When we returned the office personnel was equally courteous. It was a pleasant experience.

Friendly Service, very prompt and responsive, but cars are always dirty. Its like they check the oil then use the same rag to wipe the windows down. Have had to clean multiple cars windshields and mirrors directly after picking them up. The sales staff is great and always accommodating to almost any need.

The actual rental process was 5/start experience but unfortunately when I was delivering my vehicle back and picking up my vehicle my car was broken into on the Enterprise property. Basically everything inside the truck and the bed were stolen. Police report completed but basically not a high probability things will be found. When the police officer asked about security cameras they said they had requested cameras 30/days ago and no response back. That is what is disappointing.

I serioualy cannot express how horrible this service was. If I could rate less than one star, I would. We were picked up by Enterprise from Toyota where a car was supposed to be ready for us to drive. We waited in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 minutes for a car to be available to us. This service is completely unacceptable. Overall Enterprise was very disorganized. Multiple people were waiting for vehicles and none were available at the scheduled time of pick up. We basically sat around and waited for other customers to return their rentals then for them to be inspected, washed and cleaned. I would never suggest using this service.

Quick and painless, Taylor was a joy to work with and the team offered an upgrade to a larger vehicle, which was incredibly appreciated as I am a larger individual.

We had an appointment at 10:30 am to pick up my rental car but he said it wasnt going to be ready for 30 more minutes, so we decided to come back at 1 pm. When I arrived the car still wasnt ready yet. He said 20 more minutes .We were very disappointed. We left without a car and we are going to use a different company. I will never suggest this service to anyone!!

Terrible staff. They didnt cover all options for the rental. Made reservation well in advance, had a 8am pick-up time but then was told they couldnt get a car until 11am. I had a 13hr drive to my sons military graduation and they ruined it. I quickly made alternate plans and made it happen but no thanks to this location. Zero concern for customer service here
