Randy was fantastic! He always was responsive and awesome. He was respectful and timely. I would recommend. The only reason I left is because I opened my own agency.

I cannot say enough good things about Randy Minshew and his office staff! Been with them for 20 years in some capacity. Recently, Michelle Rico took an urgent call from me regarding a former policy I had with them. She did the research so fast and within minutes returned with information to me. She also wrote an email on my behalf to another party that solved the problem! I was so relived! Went in to remove vehicle & update coverage. Good people.

This place it the worst to buy insurance with. The are all liars, never backup what they claim. I pay in full for my house insurance in 2017 and get charge an additional amount in 2018 when i renew, I then cancel the renew and ask allstate to remove the charge but they blame the Minshew but they said they can not change it and blame allstate. What a liars!! I definitely not in good hand. So stay away from them.
