Never call back, Ive called several times and left one message after another

This company as well as every insurance company will gladly take your money . Just dont file a claim, because they will make every dumb excuse not cover you . I took my lost, but I canceled my policy. Yes they are cheap, but so is their coverage. You are basically handing over your money to drive legally, file a claim against them and see their true colors .

Worst company I Have ever had to deal with. The women are rude and very unprofessional! Jenny M, Heather Bush and Erica Moore all work here thats why they gave 5 star reviews, acting in 3rd party. Lol, wow ladies. Cant get your own good reviews so do it yourselves huh?

Do not do business with this insurance company, they cancelled our general liability insurance putting all of our accounts in a sling that required us to have insurance prior to setting foot on commercial properties. Never got a call back from Kelly May for the reason, our company always paid a year in advance for 4-5 years. Call their underwriter Tapco and they were rude to us and said the renewal paperwork did not get done which is a lie we always do the renewal and submit what is required . We guess being a loyal customer does not mean anything these days.
